I stayed here for a concert.

The Room was spacious, and although it had a unit bath, it was larger than expected, which was great. If you’re very particular about cleanliness, you might notice a small area of dust on the table. We also received complimentary water. You can leave your luggage before check-in. Check-in (around 15:30) was extremely crowded and we waited a bit, so if you have plans to rush to, it’s best to arrive with extra time. I found the staff’s response at check-in slightly unpleasant. (They spoke too quickly to understand clearly, and there was no explanation like “Here is your stored luggage”—it was simply placed on top of the front desk counter.) It seems there is an automated check-in machine, but I wasn’t sure whether anyone can use it or only Hotel members. I think a sign explaining this would be helpful. I couldn’t use the public bath, so I rated it 3 stars.

    I was satisfied.

I stayed here solo this time. Since it was a double room for single use, it was spacious enough—I could really stretch out and relax (lol). It’s close to Higobashi Station and has parking, so access is convenient. However, I didn’t check in advance and arrived with a tall vehicle, so I couldn’t use the hotel parking and had to use a nearby coin-operated parking lot (expensive!), which was disappointing. (Next time I’ll come with a lower car.) There’s also a large public bath, and it’s reasonably priced—highly recommended!

    We had a comfortable stay.

I only stayed long enough to sleep, but everything was good, including the bath on the top floor. The only thing I noticed was that there were very few lockers available in that top-floor bath area. Even though hardly anyone was using the bath, there were only two or three lockers with keys—was there a reason for this?

It was good, but something felt off.

Although it’s an affordable, clean, lovely Hotel with convenient transportation, there were a few disappointing issues… When I entered the Room, it was hot because the air conditioner remote had dead batteries and the AC didn’t work at first. When I called the front desk, they responded right away. One of the Room key cards didn’t work and I couldn’t open the door, which was stressful. The refrigerator also took a long time to get cold, so I thought it might be broken.

    A clean Hotel

This was my first stay, and everything felt very clean. I used the large public bath, but the washing stations and hair dryers were in high demand and hard to get. In the morning, the cleaning was thorough and it felt very pleasant. When I asked for green tea at breakfast, they brought a tea bag from the back and said they don’t usually have them out, which I really appreciated. I would definitely like to stay again.

Recommended only for the location and price. It’s not clean, though.

I chose this Hotel for its location and price, but the women’s large public bath on the top floor was unhygienic. The bathroom, bathtub, and sinks were covered with hair and dust. I stay at Hotels across the whole country for business trips, but this was the first time I have seen such a dirty public bath. The public bath should be checked daily, but I had concerns about hygiene and did not use the tub. The sauna towels were also dirty.\nIn addition, the table in my Room was too low to work comfortably, and the outlet was so far away that my PC power cable could not reach. When I went to the front desk to ask for an extension cord, a foreign staff member kept their hands in their pockets and responded with “Huh?” Cleanliness standards and customer service training should be basic expectations in Hotel service. Only female staff can clean the women’s bath, but it seems there may also be issues with staffing or shift management.

What you liked and what you didn’t like

Good points The Room, the large public bath, and the breakfast venue were all very clean. I was able to stay comfortably with peace of mind. Bad points When using the elevator, you need to tap your card key on the designated reader before the button for your destination floor lights up, but the front desk staff did not explain this at check-in. Because there is no lock at the shoe storage area in the large public bath, I was worried about theft while bathing. This is not related to the Hotel, but several foreign guests used a door stopper and went back and forth in the hallway. They were very loud. I think it is necessary to remind guests about proper manners.

    The Hotel felt new a...

The Hotel felt new and clean overall. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. It was also convenient because you can access Lawson directly. My Room was next to the linen room, and after 9:00 it seemed like cleaning started. I repeatedly heard loud banging noises, as if something was being slammed against the wall, and it felt like the Room was shaking. It wasn’t very comfortable until check-out at 10:00. Also, there seemed to be many Korean and Chinese guests, and quite a few did not follow proper etiquette in the large public bath—for example, using smartphones or walking into the changing area with shoes on. I think it would be helpful if the front desk could explain the rules more clearly.
