    Business.

    Neither good nor bad… I requested a Room with a nice view, but was the Room facing Matsuyama Commercial High School really considered to have a good view? I wished the breakfast felt a bit more homemade.

    A safe and reliable accommodation.

    I’ve had more chances to stay at other Route Inn hotels recently, so this time in Matsuyama I chose Route Inn instead of my usual Accommodation. It’s a little far from Okaido, but there are plenty of izakayas nearby, and it was great that there is an on-site parking lot. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very pleasant. I didn’t really need breakfast, so it would be appreciated if No Meals Included could be selected.

    The Room was wonderful.

    We traveled as a group of three and stayed in a Room for four. We were very satisfied with the Room size and Facility, and had a comfortable stay.

    Four children stayed...

    Four children stayed and were well taken care of. The Room was very spacious, and they seemed to have enjoyed their time together. The breakfast was also delicious. Thank you very much.

    Yamaguchi, Miyazaki, and Ehime Trip

    The evaluation was based on the breakfast-included plan. The bath was almost the same as the Route Inn Hotel I stayed at the previous days, so I felt this might be the standard size overall. Other aspects were unchanged, so I'm uncertain if I will use it again in the future.

    Affordable and satisfying accommodation

    Large public bath available, includes a delicious breakfast the next morning, spacious room, reasonably priced for a Friday weekend rate, and overall a highly satisfying accommodation.

    When I checked out a...

    When I checked out and went to the parking lot, there was no greeting, and when I handed over the parking ticket, there was no response. While waiting for hotel staff to move cars in the parking lot, I had no idea when my car would come out (no explanation at all). Even when departing, there was complete silence. The Room and front desk service were excellent, and I was very satisfied overall. However, the poor quality of service at the parking lot lowered my impression of the Hotel. It’s a shame because it could have been avoided with just a simple greeting. Unfortunately, I couldn’t leave feeling good about my stay. Very disappointing.

    Amazing and surprising!

    We stayed as a group of five: my 72-year-old parents, my spouse, our 6-year-old child, and myself. We planned the reservation about three weeks in advance, but since it was during a long weekend, there was only one room left and we barely managed to complete the reservation. I thought the room would be very small with just beds, but it turned out to be a top-floor corner room with four beds in the bedroom, a living area with a table for four people, and even a sofa that could seat 5–6 people! The bathroom was surprisingly spacious for being part of a unit bath setup! There was also an additional toilet separate from the one inside the bathroom, which was very convenient. They even prepared special amenities for children so our child wouldn’t get bored. My elderly parents were able to relax comfortably as well. Thank you so much for everything! We would love to stay again when we visit Ehime Prefecture!

    The price is too high.

    The pricing for this Hotel is too high for its level. It is 1.7 times the price of a city hotel near Kyoto Station. I will look for other options next time.

    It was comfortable.

    I reserved a spacious twin room, which made my stay very comfortable. The TV also allowed YouTube viewing, an upgrade not found in other Route-Inn hotels, further enhancing the comfort. I will use this service again.

    Public bath available, quiet guest rooms.

    Located next to Matsuyama Commercial High School, known for its frequent appearances at Koshien, which was quite nostalgic. It seemed like they were practicing early in the morning. The nearest station to the Hotel is "Katsuyamacho." You need to cross a main road, and the traffic light can be a bit long, which might be inconvenient on rainy days or when in a hurry. If you're coming from the airport by limousine bus, you can get off at "Okaido" and either take one stop on the tram to "Katsuyamacho" or walk directly to the Hotel. Walking will take you through Okaido's bustling shopping area, but as you approach the Hotel, it becomes less lively and slightly rougher in appearance. The area around the Hotel has several convenience stores, which is convenient. The Hotel itself was clean and quiet with a nice public bath where you could check how crowded it was—a great feature! Breakfast was delicious; however, it would have been even better if there were more local Ehime specialties included.

    The room was spacious, and the accommodation provided great value for the price. I would love to stay again.
