  Unbeatable location!

  This was the first time I’ve seen a Hotel with a check-in line stretching outside. Requiring elderly guests to use self-service terminals doesn’t seem to benefit anyone. That said, it’s worth it for the proximity to Mazda Stadium! Thank you for your hospitality.

  Used for a concert!

  I stayed here to attend a live concert in Hiroshima. It’s within walking distance from the station. The Room was small, but it was fine since I didn’t have large luggage. I was able to sleep without being bothered by train noise. Both check-in and check-out were smooth, which was great. However, as a woman, I was disappointed that there were no amenities such as toner or lotion. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

  When I arrived aroun...

  When I arrived around 3:30 PM, the check-in area was crowded. I would like to see more front desk staff. Even though it was hot when I arrived, there was only one counter open, and I had to wait for over 20 minutes.

  Check-in

  Since it was not an in-person check-in, I had a bit of trouble. It would have been helpful to receive advice on the check-in process when getting the confirmation email for the online reservation. The room was compact and well-organized, with sufficient amenities for a comfortable stay. I was satisfied with the quality of the toothbrush.

  Close to the railway tracks.

  The loud noise from freight trains passing early in the morning may disturb your sleep. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.

  Perfect for solo travelers.

  The room is small, but the double bed is large and comfortable. The bathtub is quite small, so even just using the shower might feel cramped for larger individuals.

  It's too noisy.

  Just opened in October I made a reservation because it's close to the station! Indeed, it was right by the station. However, this also means the tracks are close, and the noise and vibration were overwhelming. Also, it was a hot day, but since it was November, the main air conditioning seemed to be set to heating mode, so only heating was available! Should I endure the heat or the noise? The bath was clean, and the amenities were well-prepared. The trash can was large for the size of the room, making it easy to use. However, the small size of the bath! I thought, "APA Hotel (Apa Hoteru) is tough."
