    There was dust.

Dust had accumulated along the edges of the window glass. There were hairs caught in the futon, and while the Room itself was impressive, it didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned. When I asked the front desk, they addressed it right away, but it was disappointing. Most of the staff seemed to be from overseas, and there were several moments when I wondered if everything would be okay.
