    The bath drain was a bit slow. It would have been even better if the lighting brightness could be adjusted smoothly.

    It was good overall.

    I thought it was a great deal to be able to stay in Akasaka at this price. However, I think the air conditioning unit should be cleaned.

    They upgraded me, but

    They upgraded us by about two levels and moved us to a larger Room. There was a jacuzzi in the bathroom, but when we tried it, a lot of black particles floated up in the water... Maybe mold or soap scum. Other than that, everything was good.

    There is an unpleasant odor in the room...

    Both the Room and bathroom had a musty, moldy smell... I ventilated the space, but once I closed the window, the odor built up again—perhaps because the Room is small. Also, there were hairs stuck in the bathroom and on the sleepwear, which was unpleasant.

    The front desk staff's language is inappropriate.

    Used for day use. When I called the front desk to inquire about extending the time, a male staff member answered in an unpleasant tone and said, "Ah, it's not possible." This is not the kind of response expected from Hotel staff. Are you a convenience store clerk?

    Clean and spacious Room is attractive.

    I used it for a day-use stay. This is one of my repeat visits, and I love this Hotel because it is quiet, clean, and spacious. There are two sinks in the bathroom, and the size of the shower room and bathtub offers a level of luxury not found in other hotels. Considering its prime location in Akasaka, the price is also reasonable, and there are many time slot options for day-use stays, making it very convenient. This time, I was upgraded as a courtesy from the Hotel, for which I am truly grateful. Highly recommended Hotel!

    Great location

    The name has changed since the Rex era, but co-managing with the bar counter seems a bit difficult. It feels unsettling when foreign guests with large luggage come in with their families. The Room had a smell similar to toilet deodorizer around the bed area, which was bothersome. I preferred Rex. The floor feels exactly like an "office." The location is the only good point.

    The Room is clean, but I would never want to go again.

    My checkout time was 7:00 PM, but I didn’t realize it and was taking a bath at that time. When I got out, a staff member tried to open the door and come in without my permission. Even though I had locked the door, the staff tried to enter a Room that hadn’t checked out yet, which I find extremely inappropriate.

    It was a wonderful space.

    There is a counter bar in front of the reception where you can enjoy drinks at a low price before check-in, and the young staff provide attentive service with no stress. The Room was quite small but modern, clean, and offered a lovely atmosphere.

    Another guest has entered.

    I have used it several times, and apart from the sweet smell lingering in the room and it being a bit too dark, the room was new, clean, with a spacious bathroom, and the staff were friendly. It gave me the impression of an ordinary hotel. This time, I thought it was unusual to be asked to write down my email address at check-in; perhaps an inexperienced staff member attended to me. I had reserved a Superior Double Room but was taken to what seemed like a Standard Room that was so small that only the bed fit in. Furthermore, while sleeping in the room, I suddenly heard an unfamiliar woman's voice right next to me. I jumped up and asked her to leave immediately. Upon inquiry at the front desk, I found out that another guest had been given a key to my room and entered as far as the entrance. (Even during this inquiry, after explaining what happened they asked for my name and explained that my check-in hadn't been completed properly; their response felt procedural.) I wanted to rest until my plans for later in the evening but couldn't sleep due to tension afterward; it turned into a tiring day. They apologized briefly when I left but honestly speaking, since I can't use it with peace of mind anymore, I don't think I'll use this hotel again in future.

    The room is spacious and stylish.

    The hotel was clean and conveniently located near the subway station, but perhaps it was a former boutique hotel, as the entire building was non-smoking, yet the room had a faint lingering smell of cigarettes. I used a lot of deodorizer, but after being out for a while and returning, I still noticed the smell. The morning croissants were surprisingly delicious, reminiscent of those offered at a bakery, which was nice.

    First visit

    Thank you for the upgrade. I was able to relax. There are many restaurants around the hotel, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, it was raining, but there was a place at the front desk where I could have a light drink, which was very helpful. I will visit again.

    Foreign version specifications, might not be recommended for women.

    The shower hook was positioned high, causing water to splash out of the bathtub and leaving the bathroom soaked. The same issue occurred at a lower position. The bathtub water took a long time to drain, taking 15 minutes to completely empty. I believe these are foreign specifications. Additionally, the sink was narrow with no space to place cosmetics and other items, which was inconvenient for women. Furthermore, the air conditioning was dusty, with dust falling from above. This seems to be a cleanliness issue. I wonder if there is a checker. There was no table in the room, so I couldn't work on my PC. When I asked at the front desk, they brought a high table, but I couldn't work standing up. After getting off the elevator, you have to climb stairs, so you need to carry heavy luggage. The staff provided kind and friendly service. There is a relaxing space in front of the front desk on the first floor. If you choose based solely on location, convenience, and price, it's fine, but I don't think you can expect much in terms of facilities, functionality, comfort, or cleanliness.
