    The Onsen water is cloudy.

    Twice a month in Imabari, I choose among three Business Hotels depending on the situation, and I often stay at this Hotel as well. The Room is clean and the price is low, so it’s fine if you just need a place to sleep. However, there are days when the water in the large public bath is cloudy and I can’t use it. The cloudiness is clearly different from the clarity of the cold-water bath, which makes me concerned about hygiene management. I also saw overseas guests step into the changing area with their shoes on. I asked the Hotel to take measures, but it has not improved. The staff’s greetings and service are also not particularly good compared with the Hotel in front of Imabari Station or the Hotel near a major supermarket. If management of the large public bath improves, I think this would become an Accommodation that can be used with peace of mind.

    Large Public Bath

    There is a large public bath, so I was able to relax and enjoy a soak. The Room was also clean, and the service was pleasant.

    Although it was a la...

    Although it was a last-minute stay, I was able to make a Reservation smoothly, which was very helpful. I reserved a double Room, and it was clean and nice. However, the space between the corridor and the bed was a bit narrow, making it very tight to walk to the door. The front desk staff were also very pleasant and left a great impression. The welcome drink included draft beer, which was very delicious. Breakfast was also delicious.

    Imabari also has some wonderful Business Hotels.

    I had an important engagement and stopped by your city for the first time in four years on my way back from a business trip, and stayed one night. Because I felt more wear and tear than expected at the flagship Hotel where I stayed on my previous visit, I was looking for another option in the convenient city center when I found this Hotel. It is close to the station, with easy access to limousine buses, local buses, and taxis, so I hardly felt any of the transportation inconvenience that can be common in regional cities. As it is newly opened, the Room was clean, and the view from my Room—overlooking the islands of the Seto Inland Sea and all of Imabari—was wonderful. (It would have been even better if the windows were a bit larger.) Breakfast offered a relatively wide selection and tasted good as well, and I also really appreciated the complimentary welcome drink upon arrival on a hot day. The large public bath was spacious and clean, and being able to gaze at the night view through a large, beautiful window helped me unwind from the day’s fatigue and feel refreshed. It’s great that Imabari now has such a good Hotel. One point to note—not as something good or bad—is that there seem to be many international guests. I work in an international field so it didn’t bother me at all, but some people may feel unsettled seeing many overseas visitors in places like the lobby or large public bath in a regional city like Imabari. That said, during my stay there were no guests with poor manners.

    Recommended Hotel.

    This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied. The price, the convenient location near the station, the cleanliness, and the breakfast were all excellent. At this price, I highly recommend it. The only thing that concerned me was that the space between the desk and the bed is narrow and the chair isn’t very comfortable, so it’s not easy to use a laptop. If I come to Imabari again, I will stay here again.

    Best value for money! Amazing

    We had a late checkout with breakfast included for two people. The Room was better than many Marriott properties in regional areas! On top of that, every meal was delicious! If we come to Imabari again, we’ll definitely stay here again!

    It’s new and clean.

    As it’s a single room, it isn’t very spacious, but it was clean and nice. The bed is the larger type, so it felt roomy and comfortable to sleep in. The amenities are standard; you pick them up from beside the front desk. I think the service is good. Since there aren’t many parking spaces on the Hotel property, I felt they explained clearly how to use nearby parking lots. For the large public bath, you change into the in-house wear and go up to the 9th floor. I think it’s a nice touch that small towels are provided. Breakfast is served in an area on the 1st floor near the front desk. It feels a bit too open, which makes it hard to eat comfortably. I’m not looking for anything fancy, but with people checking out and everything feeling busy, I’d appreciate some kind of partition. I’d also be happy if there were a few more breakfast options. One other thing I noticed was that there is a bicycle parking area right in front of the front desk. I assume it’s for guests riding along Shimanami Kaido, but I was surprised because it’s not something you usually see at hotels in other prefectures. When I’m on business in Imabari again, I’ll stay here next time as well. Thank you very much.

    Highly satisfied!

    I stayed for one night the other day. It was a new Hotel close to the station, and the Room was very clean. The large public bath on the top floor had great views and was excellent, with a sauna and cold plunge pool as well! There was also a bench in the Room’s shower area, so even though I couldn’t use the public bath due to an early departure the next morning, I was able to warm up 충분ly. The welcome drink draft beer server was also fantastic! It was reasonably priced, and I was completely satisfied in every way. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located near the station, with clean Facilities and a comfortable stay.

    I was very satisfied with the staff’s service and the Facility itself. They even offered beer as a welcome drink, and the large public bath was never crowded no matter what time I used it. If I had to ask for one thing, I would have liked a hand towel provided at the Room sink. However, what was disappointing was the final finish of the Room cleaning. My personal tuft toothbrush was thrown away, and my pajamas from the first night were left out. (A replacement for the second night was properly prepared, so that part was not an issue.)

    I was supposed to stay for one night, but I ended up staying for two nights.

    I stayed here while doing the Shikoku Pilgrimage by car. I originally planned to stay for one night, but it was so comfortable that I ended up booking a Multiple Night Stay. The Facility was clean, and although the Room is compact, it’s very practical and comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised that draft beer was available as a welcome drink. If I had one request, I’d appreciate it if the morning bath hours could be extended a bit later. I’d love to stay here again if I’m in the area.

    A Trip to Matsuyama

    Once the accommodation was confirmed, we were contacted about parking and a good spot was secured for us. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. The room was also barrier-free, and I would like to use it again. We were able to take a morning walk around Imabari Castle as well.

    I will visit again!

    It was my first time in Imabari, and choosing this Hotel was the right decision. Although it's a relatively new Hotel, being part of a nearby Hotel chain ensures smooth operations. The front desk staff were pleasant, the breakfast was delicious, and the Room was clean and well-maintained, making my stay very comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality. I hope to stay longer next time!

    Clean Business Hotel

    Thank you for accommodating us during the New Year holidays. The free parking was greatly appreciated. The Hotel seems new, very clean, and has a design that appeals to women as well. We stayed in a Room with a bathtub, and the bathroom was also clean. The public bath was comfortable to use as well. I would love to stay again!

    The breakfast exceeded expectations.

    The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. The miso soup and regular salad, in particular, seemed to be of high quality with great attention to detail. I also tried the local specialty, Yakibuta Tamago Meshi, which tasted just as delicious as it looked. However, the parking space is limited, so having to walk a bit (around 4 minutes) to the second or third parking lot is a drawback. It would be more convenient if it were within a distance that didn’t require crossing traffic lights.

    Refrigerator Power Supply

    The refrigerator is initially turned off, so you need to turn it on yourself. However, there are two switches—one outside and one inside the refrigerator. I only noticed the inside switch at first, so the drinks were not chilled at all. Everything else was satisfactory.

    Close to the station and very clean

    It was a short stay as I checked in at night and checked out in the morning, so I can't say much, but the Hotel is conveniently located near the station and is quite new, which was very nice. My request was accommodated, and I had a great view of the sea, the bridge, and Imabari Castle from the window. Thank you very much. However, just one point: When I was about to sleep, I noticed something on the sheets! Upon closer inspection, there were many small holes. It didn’t seem like insect damage but rather wear and tear from overuse and excessive washing. Since it didn’t seem unhygienic and it was already late at night, I decided to sleep as it was, but it didn’t leave a good impression. Instead of cutting costs, I hope the Hotel will replace worn-out sheets with clean ones. I didn’t have breakfast, but if I have the chance, I’d like to try it next time.

    Truly a Business Hotel

    The "Business Hotel" label was mentioned during the reservation, but the room was more spacious than expected, and the large public bath was very relaxing—absolutely fantastic. The breakfast featuring local specialties was delicious, making it worth choosing the "with breakfast" option. This accommodation is definitely a repeat choice!

    I had a very pleasant stay.

    The front desk service was excellent, providing a very pleasant experience despite the busy situation. Additionally, I was impressed by the beer service at the hotel. This was my first time experiencing such a service despite staying at various accommodations. The nearby parking provided by the hotel was free, which was very helpful. However, I felt that the air conditioning in the room could have worked slightly better. I look forward to staying again when visiting Imabari.

    Highly Satisfied

    Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome beer in the lounge to relax, with free access to soft drinks as well. The Hotel is new and clean, with exceptionally comfortable beds. The Onsen on the top floor is spotless and offers a view of Imabari Castle. Breakfast includes a variety of local dishes, all delicious. I especially loved the Jakoten and can't wait to have it again!

    A new Hotel with excellent Facilities and delicious breakfast, but disappointing...

    We stayed as a group of three, including my parents in their 80s, on March 7th. Being a new hotel, the facilities were well-equipped, the breakfast was delicious, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. However, there was one disappointing point. While the female staff member who kindly guided us to the parking lot upon arrival and the male staff member who cheerfully and efficiently replenished food were both very pleasant, one of the two female staff members at check-in did not display a welcoming attitude at all. I felt nervous while completing check-in. Since it was past 8 PM when we arrived for check-in, she might have been tired; however, her cold gaze and occasional yawning while glancing at us left an impression. As someone working in a travel agency myself, I tend to observe accommodations with an evaluative perspective during stays. This experience reminded me that even in an attractive hotel with great cost performance and excellent features overall, impressions can be significantly affected by just one staff member's attitude.

    The facility is over...

    The facility is overall new and has a clean atmosphere. The breakfast is very delicious, especially the spring-limited stuffed cabbage rolls. The location is within walking distance from the station, making it convenient to visit tourist spots. The welcome beer is a unique service not found in other facilities, adding to the excellent experience.

    It was clean and comfortable.

    It was my first time using it, and the newness made for a clean and beautiful Room, and the large public bath was also nice. The staff responded with smiles and were courteous. The breakfast included local specialties, and the replenishment was quick, which was satisfying. One downside was that the parking lots were divided into several areas, which was inconvenient. The second and third were a bit far from the Hotel. Personally, I often travel using public transportation, so it seemed convenient being close to the station. I would like to use it again when I visit Imabari. Thank you very much.

    It was a very beautiful Hotel.

    I stayed for one night with No Meals Included. The Room and the large public bath were very clean, and I was able to enjoy a complimentary glass of draft beer, making my stay comfortable.

    It was a very beautiful Hotel.

    Three people, including a child, stayed in a Deluxe Single Room with breakfast. The welcome drink was limited to beer only, with one glass per person. The room had a humidifier, and the bed was spacious and comfortable. However, for dinner, many nearby restaurants were closed on Sundays, which was a bit inconvenient. The parking lot had a risk of being full if the car was taken out, so we ended up using the food we had. Breakfast was a buffet, plentiful and delicious. Overall satisfaction is 4 stars.

    It was very good. The large public bath and sauna were excellent. The food was also delicious. The rolled omelet was especially tasty.
