    A Hotel You’ll Want to Stay at Again

    This was a Hotel I’m truly glad I chose to stay at. First of all, the Room was exceptionally clean. Not only did it feel spotless, there were no unpleasant odors at all, and I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. What impressed me personally were the small items and amenities provided in the Room. Each one felt thoughtfully selected, and I could really sense how much care and attention the owner has put into everything. They weren’t just stylish—they were genuinely practical and easy to use, and I appreciated that level of detail. The bed was also excellent. The mattress had just the right amount of support—not too firm, not too soft—and it suited me perfectly. It was so comfortable that I fell asleep almost immediately. Sometimes when traveling, Hotel beds don’t suit me and it’s hard to sleep, but this time I slept very soundly. I stayed without a pet this time and initially wondered how it would be, but once I arrived those concerns disappeared completely. In fact, even for a regular stay without pets, this is a Hotel I would highly recommend. I’ve stayed at several Hotels in Kyoto, and this one ranked very high for me. Not only was the Room clean, but details you only notice after staying—like what’s provided in the Room and how well you sleep—were outstanding. If I have another chance to visit Kyoto, I’d definitely like to stay here again. Thank you for such a comfortable stay!

    Dog-friendly!

    The location was excellent—just a short walk from Kyoto Station. We also used the parking area on the first floor of the building, and since it rained the next day, we really appreciated that it was covered. Was it the owner who assisted us from check-in to check-out? Everyone was kind and helpful throughout. We were also very happy to receive a lovely photo as a gift for our dog, who will be turning one year old soon. We asked if you could look after our dog both after check-in and after check-out. Since our dog hasn’t had much contact with other dogs, we were a little worried at first, but you regularly posted updates on Instagram Stories, which reassured us and allowed us to enjoy sightseeing with peace of mind. The Room facilities were more than satisfactory. The only thing that concerned us was that we noticed some long hairs around the sink area and on top of the bed sheets. Overall, everything—including the bathroom—felt very clean, so that was the only disappointing point. That said, if we have another chance to visit Kyoto, we would definitely like to stay again! Also, I’m happy to report that the statement arrived safely. Thank you as well for your heartfelt letter. Thank you very much for taking care of us during our stay.

    A dog-first Accommodation

    There is a service where you can leave your dog in care on both check-in and check-out days, so we were able to fully enjoy our trip to Kyoto with peace of mind! Even while our dog was in their care, they kept us updated with videos and messages, and the staff’s warm hospitality was truly reassuring. Traveling with a dog often means extra luggage, so being able to use the parking area on the first floor of the Hotel during our stay was greatly appreciated. It’s also very close to Kyoto Station and Higashi Hongan-ji Temple, which is extremely convenient. We would love to stay here again when visiting Kyoto. Thank you very much for your kind support.

    Decided to stay at the last minute!

    We ended up staying on short notice, but the front desk staff were very kind, and the Room was very comfortable for our dog, so we were extremely satisfied.
