    Excellent value for money

    Conveniently located near the station, with friendly and enthusiastic staff, a bright and clean unit bath, and beer served in plastic cups that you can take back to your Room.

    Too cramped and frustrating.

    The Room was so cramped and impractical that the stay was frustrating. It felt like a single Room where two beds had been forced in, so it’s extremely small. Because of the lack of space, everything takes longer to do, which becomes stressful. First of all, the desk is tiny—nowhere near large enough for two people’s belongings. If you put a handbag on it, there’s no space left to open a suitcase. The small table next to the bed is also too narrow; even placing the latest iPhone on it feels like it might fall off. The wash area is cramped as well, with no space to set out toiletries for two people. The walkway is so narrow that even passing another person takes time. No matter what you do, the tight space kills efficiency and builds stress—especially during busy mornings. I don’t recommend staying at this Hotel with two people in one Room. Either book separate Rooms or choose another nearby Hotel. Bathroom cleaning was not thorough; there was an unknown person’s nose hair stuck there. It made it obvious that cleaning is done carelessly. On a separate note, there are many cheap izakayas around the Hotel, so you can hear drunk people shouting until late at night. It’s too noisy to sleep—but this place is so cramped and inconvenient that it becomes stressful enough to make even that feel secondary.

    Excellent service and facilities for a Business Hotel.

    This Hotel seems to have opened recently, and it was very clean throughout, including the guest rooms, making for a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were efficient and genuinely welcoming, which felt very comfortable. In addition, the in-room Facilities and the bed were easy to use and extremely comfortable—nothing to complain about. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. PS: Draft beer is available free of charge at the front desk until 8:00 PM.

    Enjoy a bowl of shirasu rice.

    I stayed for two nights. It’s located down a narrow street from the station, so I got a little lost, but it’s close to the station and directly connected to a convenience store. Above all, the breakfast whitebait was amazing—I made my own big bowl of whitebait rice and ate it heartily; absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, my schedule didn’t work out, so I couldn’t use the all-you-can-drink draft beer service, which was a bit disappointing… The front desk staff were very kind when I asked for directions, which left a great impression. It was a very satisfying stay—thank you for your hospitality.

    Wonderful Accommodation

    I was looking for a Hotel near Fujisawa Station to meet up with my daughter and her husband, and chose this one because it’s relatively new and offers a welcome drink—including draft beer. As expected, everything was clean and there were no issues. The 1st-floor lobby has a high ceiling, and the restrooms were also very clean. I also thought the exhaust fan above the toilet was a great touch. For breakfast, the space is a bit small, but I went at 6:30 AM. Since it was during a holiday period, there weren’t many business travelers, so I could eat in a relaxed atmosphere. At many Business Hotels you don’t get yogurt or natto, but this place had both, which I personally appreciated. Because it’s right by the station, the affiliated parking lot was a little far away. One thing I noticed: When I entered my Room, there was one strand of hair on the table. If it were on the floor I could understand, but on the table or bed it stands out—some guests might complain—so I rated it 3.

    The walls are thin.

    Maybe the walls were thin, but around 10 p.m. someone in the neighboring Room banged on the wall several times. I was watching TV, but the volume wasn’t that loud. Also, the breakfast selection was far too limited—I regret not choosing a Plan without breakfast.

    The Best Place Near Fujisawa Station

    I’ve stayed here several times on business trips, and if you’re staying near Fujisawa Station, this Hotel may be the best choice. Highly recommended.

    Excellent value for money

    Just under JPY 6,000 per person for twin occupancy. Clean and well-maintained. Amenities are provided, so you can travel light. Free drink service is also available on the front desk floor. Close to the station and excellent value for money.

    The hotel was close ...

    The hotel was close to the station and very convenient, with a direct entrance to the convenience store on the 1st floor. I also appreciated that drinks such as coffee were free, though it would have been even better if juice had been available as well. All of the male staff were very helpful, so overall I rate it highly; however, when I asked a female staff member at check-in to change my Room, my request was immediately refused and no assistance was offered. I was told the hotel was fully booked, but since I only disliked the Room number and was not asking to change the Room type—and because I checked in early—I feel it might have been possible to switch with a Room that had not yet been occupied. As a result, it was disappointing that my stay did not feel very comfortable. Compared with the front desk area and the 1st-floor restroom, the Room itself was not quite as clean, but considering the location, convenience, and how good the male staff’s service was, it is acceptable. The location is great and very convenient so I would like to stay again; however, if changing Rooms can be accommodated, I would appreciate your help. At minimum, I would be grateful if you could show a willingness to consider whether anything can be done.

    Excellent location near the station!

    The location is excellent—right in front of the station—and it was very convenient to have a convenience store on the first floor. The provided gown-style pajamas were also a longer type and very comfortable. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Welcome Drink

    I stayed for three nights because the Hotel is close to JR Fujisawa Station. On the first day, I checked in after 10:00 PM, so the draft beer welcome drink had ended, but I enjoyed it on the second day. It was my first time seeing this offered for free at a Business Hotel, and it was very tasty. I even saw someone in the elevator (a regular guest?) carrying their own mug. The welcome drinks include not only draft beer but also coffee and cocoa, which is very relaxing. I hope you continue this service in the future. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Ordinary, but the best.

    It’s a standard Business Hotel, but with free beer service, a lobby connected to a convenience store, and a great location near the station—if you’re staying in this area, this is the only choice.

    Completely satisfied...

    Completely satisfied with the location, cleanliness, and service. The complimentary draft beer and café au lait were truly delicious—an energizing drink before heading out and after coming back. They also kindly stored our luggage after checkout, which was a great help. If I visit Kamakura again, I would love to stay here again.

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The Hotel was in a very convenient location, close to the station, with restaurants right in front, and a convenience store directly connected to the Hotel. I was a bit concerned because it said the affiliated parking lot has limited capacity. Although it is a little away from the Hotel, it had more spaces than I expected, so I was able to park without rushing. The Room was very clean and had a ReFa shower head, so I had a comfortable stay. I also enjoyed the welcome coffee and beer—they were delicious. Thank you very much for your kind service and for maintaining such a clean Hotel.

    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff’s welcome at check-in was very pleasant. I also loved that the key card was made of wood—it felt warm rather than impersonal. The Room had everything I needed, so it was very comfortable for me as a business traveler rather than a tourist. Just one small note: the TV remote’s power button response was a bit slow. (Not a complaint—just something I noticed!) I was happy to enjoy plenty of shirasu at breakfast, and the friendly service from the younger staff made me feel at ease. The all-you-can-drink draft beer next to the front desk wasn’t for me since I don’t drink alcohol, but there was coffee service, which I enjoyed enough. It’s truly convenient from the station—I took an early train to visit Enoshima Shrine in the morning, then came back to enjoy breakfast at a relaxed pace before checking out. Thank you for your hospitality! I’d love to stay again.

    Affordable and convenient

    This time, I chose a Room with a separate bath and toilet, which was very comfortable. Highly recommended for sightseeing in Enoshima and Kamakura! The local Chinese restaurant across from the Hotel is excellent. Even though it's right in front of Fujisawa Station, the train noise was not as bothersome as expected.

    A clean and comfortable Hotel near the station

    I stay here when drinking in Fujisawa, and it's very convenient as it's close to the station. The room is well-cleaned and tidy, and the bed is not damp but clean, which is great. The pajamas were soft to the touch and comfortable to wear. Although I haven't used it myself, the all-you-can-drink beer service in the lobby is a nice touch. If I may suggest, during the next renovation, it would be great if you could replace bathtubs with shower booths only; this would make the room feel more spacious. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to Fujisawa.

    The Room features a high level of design.

    The twin Room had a well-designed closet space near the entrance, making the area around the door spacious. Instead of bedside tables, switches and outlets were cleverly installed on the wall. As a result, the Room appeared very spacious. The proximity to the station made it a perfect stay. Apologies for not being able to explain with photos.

    Convenient location near the station, delicious breakfast, and overall satisfaction. It was a bit disappointing that there was only one vending machine area, but overall it was a great experience.

    Is it worth the price...?

    A thick hair, possibly body hair, was found on the made-up bed. Since it was late at night, I gave up reporting it to the front desk, assuming there wouldn’t be a replacement room available. I regret not saying anything. The unit bath had a damp smell, making me question whether it was properly cleaned. The price was significantly reduced for the 1st anniversary promotion, but I wondered if this level of service matched the price—perhaps it couldn’t be helped. If not for the discount, I wouldn’t use this hotel again. I stayed in a smoking room and noticed how deeply embedded the smell of cigarettes was—it hit me as soon as I opened the door. Is it possible for such an odor to permeate so much within just one year? The front desk staff seemed casual—perhaps because it's a Business Hotel? However, check-in still required providing my full name face-to-face despite being informed during reservation that check-in would involve touch panels or scanning; no smartphone was needed after all. I also wished they had more rental equipment available—chargers were completely out of stock.

    Great location with various amenities nearby.

    Convenient location near stations, including the Enoden. The partnered parking lot is about a 5-minute walk and costs only 1200 yen for 24 hours, which is very affordable. The check-in QR code will be sent via email in advance. In my case, it went to the spam folder, so please check if you don’t receive it. The front desk service is excellent. Unlimited beer available. To use the elevator, you need to scan your Room key on the sensor before selecting a floor button; there are two elevators available. There are no regular stairs; only elevators are accessible even for rooms on the second floor. Rooms feature individually controlled air conditioning that works well, a small but effective refrigerator, a large TV, and power outlets near the bed area. The shower water pressure and flow are slightly low. The bed width in my twin Room was 110 cm—slightly narrow—and we found it uncomfortable after two nights as it caused back pain for us. An air purifier is provided in the Room along with a large TV and a desk suitable for work (though the chair might feel slightly low). Internet speed was satisfactory—not high-speed but sufficient. There are plenty of shops nearby to meet any needs without complaints. Breakfast costs 1400 yen—reasonable pricing with decent quality though not luxurious—but enjoyable nonetheless. Overall, this place feels like one of the best options in this area!

    It was excellent.

    The overall management was excellent, with both the guest rooms and public areas kept clean, and the front desk staff's operations were stable. The only minor inconvenience was that the partnered discounted parking lot was about a 4-5 minute walk away, which felt a bit far. It would be even better if it were closer, especially when carrying a lot of luggage. In recent years, I often feel that many hotels do not match their prices with the actual experience provided; however, this Hotel offered great value for its price and services. If I visit around Fujisawa again, I would love to stay here. Thank you very much!

    Cleanliness & Extensive Welcome Drinks

    The room and bathroom were clean and very comfortable. However, the ventilation fan seemed a bit weak, which caused some odor to linger in the toilet, but it was still better compared to other Business Hotels. The welcome drinks were excellent, with unlimited coffee and beer! During this season, shaved ice was also available for free.

    Thank you for your hospitality. I was aware of the excellent location even before the rebranding, but I had not had the opportunity to stay. The compact twin room, though equipped with a unit bath, featured thoughtful details such as a Refa showerhead, a spacious desk, plenty of outlets, well-planned room layout, security measures, and additional services like unlimited draft beer. It felt like every essential feature and extra service was carefully considered for cost performance, making my stay very pleasant. The staff's attentiveness and hospitality were also exceptional. This time I made a last-minute reservation for personal reasons but found it would be convenient for business use as well. I feel lucky there was availability during my visit. I look forward to staying again and trying the shirasu rice bowl next time! One small note: the smell of the shower curtain caught my attention slightly.

    Unlimited draft beer and coffee until 8 PM was fantastic. The Room was clean and had no particular issues. Having a convenience store right below the Hotel was very convenient. The parking lot is a short walk away.
