  Dinner service was unbelievably slow.

  The Hotel was new, clean, and nice. However, I was disappointed when I went to the restaurant & izakaya on the first floor for dinner. I chose an all-you-can-drink Plan and ordered various dishes, but the service was extremely slow. I asked “Is it ready yet?” several times, but the staff only kept saying “Sorry” with no explanation. In the end, we waited 30 minutes. The first item to arrive was a salad—nothing complicated. Other guests were also asking if their food was ready. It wasn’t even fully booked. Since the food didn’t come, I couldn’t just keep drinking, so it didn’t feel like an all-you-can-drink Plan at all. It’s a shame because the Hotel is new and clean.

  Thank you very much.

  The parking lot is spacious and easy to use. Highly recommended for those traveling by car. The bathwater was too hot, and the air conditioner turned off every time we went out, making it uncomfortably warm. Other than that, we were satisfied.

  Clean

  Clean Hotel. First time staying at Route Inn. Appreciated the free parking. During the Obon season, it was the cheapest option in Imabari City, so I chose it. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Having everyone fill out a form at check-in was quite inconvenient. It might be necessary due to various guests, but still bothersome. The curry at breakfast was delicious.

  The parking lot is s...

  The parking lot is spacious, so there's no need to worry about parking even if you check in late. The Room and Facility were excellent, allowing for a comfortable stay. I would love to use this place again if I have the chance.

  Natural Onsen Route Inn

  The rooms are simple and equipped with all the necessary conditions, making them user-friendly. Additionally, it is rare for Route Inn to have a large natural Onsen bath. The breakfast buffet is neither particularly good nor bad.

  So far!

  I often use Route Inn when I travel, and even though this inn is a bit far from the town, it was great! The bath was nice, and above all, as a drinker, the all-you-can-drink was great for me! There aren't that many varieties, but it's okay with just that! I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and headed towards the Shimanami Kaido! It was a good inn!
