    Thank you for your support.

    The breakfast was delicious. Our Room was on the second floor, and the large public baths were on the first and second floors, so they were very close and we enjoyed them both morning and night. We often stay at Route Inn in various locations. We appreciate that the price matches the service.

    Sufficient details

    The elevator arrives at the floor quickly. The variety of meals is not extensive, but it is satisfying, so there is no problem. I did not use the parking lot, but you may need to consider the number of spaces available and vehicle height restrictions. The front desk staff are cheerful and provide explanations, but some points were unclear. The large public bath was smaller than I expected. I think it can accommodate about 10 people. It’s better to check the status on the Room screen before heading there. Amenities are well stocked, and I think it can be enjoyed for business trips or travel as well.

    I stay here every time. Thank you very much. This time, I was disappointed with the Room cleaning. There was hair left on the floor from the previous guest, and there was also hair on the desk and on the bathtub wall. It may have been from the cleaning staff, but I would appreciate it if you could be more careful next time. Also, this time I was on the 7th floor so it was still better, but the last two times I was on the 4th or 5th floor, and the view outside the window was just the wall of the adjacent multi-story parking garage, which felt extremely oppressive. If possible, I would like to be informed at Reservation that there may be no view in advance. In the past, I often had a Room on the opposite side (Haruyama side), so this has been disappointing. I always book a semi-double or double Room, but with a semi-double Room it seems more likely to face the parking garage wall.

    A great value, comfortable Hotel

    The Room, large public bath, and interior were all very clean and bright, making it a highly comfortable Facility. The Onsen water quality was also excellent, and it felt like great value for money. However, the breakfast buffet had a lot of fried items, which was the only disappointing point. Overall, it is a good Hotel and I would recommend it.

    Comfortable and spacious Room.

    It is a bit of a walk from JR Wakayama Station, but the Room was spacious and comfortable. I personally liked that the Room door closed quietly. The reception staff were very polite, and the value for money was excellent. I am very satisfied. Next time, I would love to use the large public bath as well.

    Surprisingly Comfortable Accommodation

    Approximately 50 minutes to Kansai Airport. The airport limousine bus also departs and arrives in front of Wakayama Station. The accommodation was easy to find, just a straight walk down the main road from Wakayama Station. Even though I arrived past midnight, the staff provided courteous service, which gave me peace of mind. One thing I had forgotten about was the bathhouse! It had a perfect size and a clean atmosphere, allowing me to relax comfortably in the bath and clear my mind. Truly appreciated. The room was more spacious than expected and very comfortable. Small thoughtful touches like having phone chargers available were much appreciated, making it an overall pleasant space where I wished I could have stayed longer. This is a convenient and reliable accommodation for casual use!

    The value for money is quite good.

    Close to the station and featuring an Onsen, I took advantage of the early bird discount. The Hotel is new, clean, and the staff were very welcoming. For a Business Hotel, it was excellent. The Facility is self-service but well-equipped, with a good clientele that provided a sense of security. I only used the restaurant at night; it had an izakaya-style atmosphere with set meals available, including free drinks. Both taste and portion size were satisfying. The Onsen was clean with great water quality, and its operating hours from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM were a big plus for me. I would definitely stay here again when working in Wakayama.

    The Room is relative...

    The Room is relatively new and not bad, but it was disappointing to find leftover toothpicks from the previous guest, hair stuck on the bathroom wall, and clear fingerprints on the window. It seems that cleaning is not thorough enough in some details. I frequently use this place for work, so I hope these issues will be improved in the future.

    Conveniently located near the station with new facilities, highly recommended!

    The east exit of Wakayama Station doesn't have much, but there's a 7-Eleven nearby, and it's very convenient as it's within a 5-minute walk from the station. The west side, which has more shops, is also easily accessible via an underground passage. It's also convenient for taking the train to places like Kainan or Kimiidera. I would love to stay here again.

    A new and comfortable Hotel

    This is a new Hotel. The Onsen brought in was impressive, and we were amazed by the Onsen. The desk in the Room is functional and makes it easy to work. It was great.

    Breakfast is plentiful.

    The hotel upgraded our room due to their circumstances. We chose it because it has an Onsen, but since water is added, it's unclear what concentration is provided. The water was quite light. However, being able to stretch out and soak in the water was indeed appreciated. The double room had a sofa, table, and chairs where we could leisurely enjoy a beer after the bath. Breakfast included freshly fried tempura which was delicious. It was unfortunate that we couldn't relax after breakfast as checkout was at 10 AM.

    The Hotel was clean,...

    The Hotel was clean, and there were international guests staying, but it was quiet and pleasant. There was a parking lot, but it was full, so it was inconvenient to have to look for a nearby parking lot. It would be nice if the parking situation could be checked via an app or something similar. The attentiveness and service not only at the front desk but also from the restaurant staff were excellent. Breakfast was enjoyable with freshly fried tempura and mini pancakes.

    The check-in upon arrival was crowded, but I was impressed with how smoothly it was handled. The room was much larger than expected, with a big desk suitable for desk work, and I felt the living experience was excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of items and was delicious. It was a bit disappointing that the response and guidance from the front desk staff in the morning were somewhat careless when I asked to leave my luggage, especially since the previous day's service left a good impression.
