    It was very clean!

    It was a new, clean Hotel. Breakfast was also good, with the tables well arranged! The staff at check-in—both men and women—were unpleasant! There were plenty of power outlets, which was helpful! I couldn’t connect to the free Wi‑Fi no matter what!

    Wonderful

    Breakfast used to be a bit limited, but it has improved. Considering the value for money, there’s nothing to complain about.

    It was a very clean Hotel.

    The space right as you enter the Room is spacious and nice. However, the TV was at an angle that was hard to see from the bed. The large public bath was great. It was a bit crowded, perhaps due to the time of day, but even though I usually don’t soak for long, I ended up staying in for quite a while.

    Recommended for attending live events.

    We booked multiple single Rooms to attend a concert at Sekisui Super Arena and stayed as a family. It was a clean Hotel, with a large public bath, and the breakfast was delicious—overall, we had a great stay. The Room was easy to use. It’s compact, but the location and number of power outlets were good, and having a sofa and mirror was also nice. After the concert, we had dinner at the restaurant. There were plenty of menu options, and since we were tired, it was convenient to eat at the Hotel and helped us relax. All of the staff were kind. You can also walk from Rifu Station (probably just under 15 minutes), and it took about 10 minutes to the venue by taxi after having a taxi company come to the Hotel. I recommend this Hotel for anyone visiting Sekisui Super Arena. We’d love to stay again!

    Ultimate Relaxation

    This is my second stay. I heard that the HOTEL was completed last year, and it was clean and had a sense of freshness. The Onsen was relaxing and enjoyable. Despite the reasonable accommodation fee, the breakfast made good use of local ingredients and was delicious. I would love to stay again.

    Stayed for 2 nights.

    We stayed for two nights to attend a live event at Sekisui Heim Super Arena. Positive Points: - Our luggage was stored before check-in, and when we returned to the hotel, it had already been delivered to our room. - For a two-night stay, if room cleaning is not required, you can exchange it for Ponta points or coins for purchasing drinks from vending machines. Points for Improvement: - The card key holder did not have the room number written on it (I was glad I remembered the number given verbally). - A breakfast ticket from a previous guest was found in the room. - Although the TV displayed congestion levels of the public bath and breakfast area as "not busy," the public bath was very crowded. It would be helpful if more accurate information could be provided by monitoring factors like basket usage in changing rooms (the display claims updates every 30 seconds). - At breakfast, several four-person tables were occupied by solo diners, leading to insufficient seating. It would be better if solo guests were guided beforehand to use counter seats or two-person tables. - There were no visible instructions about features like charging smartphones using bedside lights; placing simple information on how to use such features on tables in rooms would be helpful (e.g., mentioning that smartphones can be charged using stands). Given its convenient location and lack of other hotels nearby, I may choose this accommodation again in the future. I hope improvements can be made where possible. Despite some concerns mentioned above, I truly appreciated being able to rest comfortably on the bed and relax my tired feet in the spacious public bath during my stay—thank you very much!

    Comfortable

    Hotels around Sendai Station are expensive, so I chose this accommodation. It includes parking, a large public bath, and breakfast. While it’s not very close to the station, it was within walking distance. I’m glad I chose this place. There seemed to be guests attending a live event on the day of my stay, but breakfast was smooth without any crowding, possibly due to the time allocation system. The breakfast venue was bright and lovely, and the yogurt was incredibly delicious. I also enjoyed coffee from the lobby's coffee machine. When I visit Sendai again, I would like to stay here. Lastly, there was an unopened ice cream left in the refrigerator that had been forgotten by someone else. Please check such things as they might cause discomfort depending on their nature.

    Family Trip During Grandchild's Spring Break

    The Room for my grandchild and daughter was close to our Room, making it convenient to move between them. Since we traveled by bullet train and on foot, the large public bath was a great way to relax our tired bodies. The meals were delicious, and during dinner, I accidentally dropped and broke a small plate. I truly appreciated the staff's care and assistance in handling the situation.

    Family Trip During Spring Break for 2nd Graders

    Relax in the large public bath and enjoy quality time in the Room with just mother and daughter. It was great to play cards or watch YouTube together. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Having tomatoes or fruits for breakfast would have been even better.

    It was convenient.

    I stayed here for an event at Rifu Grandi. Although I couldn't book a non-smoking Room and stayed in a heated tobacco Room, there was no noticeable smell of smoke, and the Room was comfortable. The guide mentioned it was a 13-minute walk from the station, but it felt more like just under 10 minutes. I would like to stay here again for future events at Grandi.

    Satisfied.

    Beautiful with Onsen and great scenery. It's very nice to have porridge for meals, but there are few side dish options.

    It's a wonderful hotel.

    The large public bath with hot springs, the view from the room, and the newness of the facilities were all very satisfying. I would love to use it as a vacation home.
