    This was my second s...

    This was my second stay, as I was very comfortable last time and decided to return. However, the Room key did not work and I could not enter the Room, which was very inconvenient. I went back to the front desk and a staff member assisted me, but the staff member who handled my check-in did not apologize. Another staff member who happened to be there kindly escorted me to the Room. The staff during my previous stay were courteous and professional, so this was a little disappointing.

    We had a comfortable stay!

    There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, but the area is not crowded and there is no noise. It feels like it is located in a pleasant, livable town. The Room was clean and very comfortable, and I wanted to stay again right away. I left something behind in the Room and contacted them, and they responded kindly. The staff were all wonderful.

    I was really looking forward to it, but

    I stayed at this Hotel for a trip to Tokyo with someone special. At check-in, unless I spoke to the staff first, they wouldn’t even look at me. They were unfriendly and explained everything while staring at the screen the whole time. I have never received such careless service at other hotels, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. The Hotel exterior and the Room were stylish and looked just like the photos, but the Room window seemed not to have been cleaned and was dirty. There was also trash on the floor that looked like a tag from a previous guest’s clothing, which made me worry about cleanliness. In particular, there was red mold on the toilet bowl. The bathroom smelled like sewage, and it seemed like the bathroom floor had not been cleaned—there was red mold and black mold—and it was extremely unpleasant. I was really looking forward to this stay, so I’m very disappointed. I will never use this place again.

    It’s a short walk fr...

    It’s a short walk from the station, but the location is convenient. The interior is stylish, thoughtfully designed, and functional, and it was nice to see greenery from the Room. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. I once had to cancel reluctantly, but the staff handled it with great sincerity, which left a strong impression on me—so I chose to stay again this time. It was just as good as I remembered. Thank you very much.

    Please let me stay again.

    Although the Room is small, the Hotel is cleverly designed to make full use of every inch of space. Even though it is a compact space, it didn’t feel cluttered at all, and I was able to relax comfortably. The bath area is quite simple, but customizing the bath salts offered in the lobby and bringing them back to the Room made bath time much more enjoyable. (One downside: while I appreciated having a water purifier installed on the faucet, it takes up space that would normally be usable shelf space around the sink, making it difficult to place personal items.) The drip coffee provided in the Room was delicious. The all-day dining & café on the lobby floor was stylish and spacious, and I enjoyed a relaxing tea time there. The staff also felt very warm and approachable. I lost an earring, and they handled it with great care—emailing me multiple times to follow up. Thank you very much for your help. As a couple, we really enjoyed this modern Hotel filled with thoughtful ideas. We would love to stay again. Next time, I’d like to try one of the parfaits at the chocolate shop inside the Hotel.

    Bathroom odor

    This is a Hotel I really like, so I usually stay here whenever I come to Tokyo, but this time the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage throughout my stay, which was awful. I chose the eco option and did not request daily cleaning, but since it started from the first day, I don’t think that was the cause, which was disappointing. I’m sorry I couldn’t tell the front desk directly. I hope the bathroom will be clean next time.

    Not exactly business-oriented, but excellent.

    The breakfast buffet offers a delightful selection of both Japanese and Western dishes and is delicious. The twin Room is compact and minimal, just the right size. A humidifying air purifier is also provided. In the lobby, you can choose amenities, Epsom salt bath additives, and aromatherapy items to suit your preferences. They were happy to store our luggage, and the front desk staff were kind and attentive.

    Great value for money in this location.

    This is an Accommodation I’ve stayed at many times. It’s very stylish and also reasonably priced. The on-site chocolatier is excellent. There’s a 24-hour supermarket nearby, as well as a trendy coffee stand.\nThe Room is a bit small, but the design makes up for it. You can’t go wrong with UDS properties.

    Relaxation

    The clean and aromatic space provided a very relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of offering additional hangers, especially since I was wearing a kimono. The customizable bath salts made for a soothing bathing experience! Also, the pajamas were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was served in a spacious area, which was wonderful. I would love to stay here again!

    A hotel with a cold bedside.

    In general, as with IKYU.com, be cautious as high ratings are often highlighted in reviews. This Hotel was featured in a manga, but I chose it because it was close to my destination for other reasons—and it turned out to be a mistake. The exterior is stylish, but the head of the bed by the window in the Room let in cold air from outside, making it chilly. Although there were double curtains, they were thin; my blow-dried hair got cold and I felt like I might catch a cold, so I wrapped my head with a bath towel to sleep. I've never stayed at a Hotel where the head of the bed was this cold! On top of that, I couldn't turn off the light on the mirror—it was too bright—and calling reception late at night felt like too much trouble. It was far from restful sleep... The next morning, trying to reset my mood, I headed to breakfast only to find two staff members chatting without even greeting me. Unfortunately, I won't be staying here again.

    Engage Your Senses

    I stayed here for a solo trip to attend a friend's wedding. It was an elegant accommodation that lifted my spirits. The pleasant scent in the hallways, welcome chocolates, beautiful interior design, and furniture stimulated all my senses. Although I heard it was a bit far from the station, it was within walking distance from Suitengumae Station! The wedding venue near the Imperial Palace was about 10 minutes away by taxi and cost around 1,800 yen one way. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and enjoying a meal in such a lovely space made me happy. I would love to stay here again! Thank you so much!

    Accommodation I Wanted to Stay At

    I booked this stylish boutique Hotel, which seemed popular with inbound guests, in the area I lived in six months ago. It was enjoyable. The only downside was that I couldn't find an outlet for the hairdryer in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient as it disturbed my companion watching TV. Overall, it was a quiet and hidden gem of an Accommodation, and I'm glad I stayed here.

    Affordable even in the city center on a Saturday!

    On November 29, three families stayed in three twin rooms. Previously, we stayed in Nihonbashi, but after the pandemic, the price doubled. While considering alternatives, we found this accommodation for just under 13,000 yen per person per night with breakfast included. The convenient location near Nihonbashi and Ginza was very satisfying. It would be perfect if Japanese tea was provided in the room. We also felt there were long waiting times at the front desk. We liked that it was a quiet area despite being in the city center. If the price is reasonable again, we would like to stay here once more. Thank you for your hospitality!

    A Hotel with Unique Spaces

    I discovered this hotel through the "Solo Hotel Guide" and stayed in the smallest room this May. It was very comfortable and enjoyable, so this time I reserved a larger room with a terrace. On the day of my stay, it seemed like I was upgraded to a room where I could play records, with shelves full of glasses. They even lent me some records, allowing me to enjoy jazz music. The space felt incredibly pleasant. For those who love architecture and want to enjoy unique spaces, this hotel offers great comfort and excellent interior design for a fulfilling experience. Highly recommended for architecture enthusiasts, interior lovers, and those who appreciate beautiful spaces.

    I will visit again!!

    The atmosphere was pleasant, and I was able to relax comfortably. The amenities, elevator, and staff greetings were all excellent. However, the curry was lukewarm, which was unfortunate. Also, there were no chopsticks available.

    A wonderful Hotel you'll want to stay at again

    The room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was attractive. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo. I also appreciated the services like the original bath salts and chocolates from the on-site shop. The only downside was that it’s a bit far from the station... or so I thought, but with a limousine bus terminal nearby and convenient bus access to my destination, it turned out to be unexpectedly advantageous. It felt like discovering a new way of traveling! This time, I had plans and couldn’t explore the surrounding area, so next time I’d love to take my time exploring around the hotel.

    Unfortunately

    Perhaps due to high expectations, the experience turned out to be disappointing. Hair from someone else was clearly left in the bathroom and on the bed, and I wish I had noticed earlier so I could have requested a Room change. The pillow also smelled like hair products? I ended up using a deodorizing spray and wrapping it with a bath towel to sleep. It’s really unfortunate. Did arriving earlier than my pre-notified time cause cleaning to be rushed? In any case, it was disappointing.

    The moment I entered...

    The moment I entered the entrance, I was captivated by the lobby. It has a very stylish atmosphere, and a pleasant aroma spreads throughout the hotel. I also really like the design of the room. It is modern yet practical. The surrounding area is not a bustling commercial district, but it is very convenient with walking access to Shinjuku Line, Asakusa Line, and Hanzomon Line.

    The hotel was very cost-effective and located within a 15-minute taxi ride from Tokyo Station. The facility was beautiful, and the guest rooms appeared to be cleaned thoroughly. The bedrooms had a modern and stylish atmosphere, while the bathrooms were simple yet clean and well-maintained. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that the elevators were slow, and there were not enough of them for the number of guests, which resulted in having to wait for some time each use. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Western and Japanese dishes, making it an enjoyable experience. The restaurant also provided a lovely ambiance. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity. Thank you!

    A refined atmosphere

    I chose this Hotel for my third night of a three-night stay in Tokyo for my son’s wedding. For the third night, I wanted to relax a bit, so I carefully checked the Reviews, and it was almost exactly the atmosphere I expected—I was very satisfied. The Room was neat and clean, and the layout around the TV and bed was good. The only thing I couldn’t figure out was how to lower the window blinds. Breakfast also had a quiet, calm atmosphere. Pleasant music was playing at just the right volume, so you can eat without worrying about other guests. There was a good variety of Japanese and Western options, and the minestrone soup was delicious. I’m disappointed that I accidentally forgot to have dessert—if I come to Tokyo again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Around the Hotel, if you walk about 10 minutes there are restaurants scattered around where you can eat. It’s also a bit of a walk from the station, but it felt like a comfortable distance.

    The Hotel is clean, but the loud banging noise when doors opened and closed was bothersome. The walls may be thin. The rattling noise from the neighboring room was also noisy.

    I stayed here for a change of pace and was intrigued by its introduction as a stylish designer hotel towering in the downtown area. The greenery-filled exterior was impressive, but I was especially soothed by the futuristic lobby entrance and the aroma scent. - Amenities I loved the customizable aroma bath salts. Personally, I found the sleepwear incredibly comfortable, so much so that I seriously considered purchasing it from the lobby shop. - Dining I had breakfast at their restaurant, which featured a beautiful combination of warm lighting and greenery. Enjoying my morning meal in such an elegant space felt like pure luxury. - Room Since I brought some work with me, I requested a room with a desk. The long desk made working convenient, which I appreciated. The natural light coming through the windows near the bed was perfectly balanced—a testament to this designer hotel's thoughtful spatial design. Thanks to this, I had a relaxing stay overall. The one star deduction is due to noticing a slight odor from the bathroom pipes.

    First ECO Stay

    I chose this hotel for its great value since I planned a multiple night stay. As I was staying alone, I always felt that room cleaning wasn't necessary. The room was adequately spacious, clean, and comfortable without any shortcomings, which was excellent. The location was convenient with a 24-hour supermarket nearby, making it very handy. The restaurant also seemed nice, so I'd like to try it during my next stay.

    Worth going out of your way to stay

    Perfect for a girls’ getaway or a solo staycation. However, it’s a bit of a walk from any station. I also saw some guests arriving by bus or taxi. The breakfast downstairs is medium-sized but high quality and delicious, so I’d like to use it again next time. I also recommend the chocolatier “nel” on the first floor—it’s a lovely space that I really enjoy.

    What a waste!

    Stayed for two nights during a family summer vacation. Great location, stylish design, and affordable pricing—these three points are excellent. However, the cleanliness could be improved. There was mold on the lower parts of the bathroom floor and walls, and other issues like peeling wallpaper in the Room or an overly small trash bin in the washroom were noticeable. That said, strolling around with the Hamamachi map provided at the front desk was enjoyable, and the shaved ice from the attached chocolate shop was exceptional. I hope to visit again, so I kindly request improvements where needed!

    Stylish and conveniently located.

    It was a stylish place in a great location, and overall we had a very good stay. The only thing that bothered us slightly was a damp smell from the shower curtain. We didn’t request a replacement during our stay, but we hope this can be helpful for your future checks. We’d love to stay again next time, so we’re sharing this with high expectations.

    A Hotel with a Great Atmosphere

    This Hotel had been on my radar since the COVID-19 pandemic. I was able to make a Reservation at a reasonable price this time, so I stayed here. It has a lovely atmosphere, and I was able to relax. The DIY bath salt amenity was great, but the unit bathroom was a downside. Breakfast is served in a restaurant with a nice ambiance, but there aren’t many seats and the food was average, so I’m not sure I’d come back for it. There are lots of high ratings and it’s popular on social media, so maybe my expectations were too high.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    The impression from my previous stay was great, so this was my second visit. The service remained consistently excellent in a good way, and I had another comfortable stay. The staff maintain a pleasant distance while providing polite and attentive service. The cleaning and care of the facilities and amenities were thorough, which gave me peace of mind. If you're traveling by plane, the location is convenient as it's within walking distance from T-CAT. Additionally, the area around the hotel is interesting to explore, with no safety concerns. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again.
