    It’s been a while since I last visited.

    I stayed here again because I had a great experience last time! There’s a FamilyMart and a supermarket within walking distance from the Hotel, so the location is very convenient. The front desk staff were also very kind, which left a great impression. I also enjoyed having a pool!

    The sauna looks great.

    The sauna looked amazing, though I didn't try it. The pool was great for relaxing. However, the security seemed a bit loose as non-guests could easily enter through the pool door. It might be better to restrict access to accommodation guests only. The room was clean and very nice. There’s also a dining area that looked good. If you're taking the bus, note that buses from Maezato Higashi are infrequent, but there are more options if you walk a bit to City Hall Mae stop.

    Recommended for those seeking a reasonable and standard accommodation.

    Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with a friend. The cost was just over 10,000 yen for 2 nights, making it very affordable, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet-style, including Okinawan dishes like Soki soba. One downside was that the dehumidifier in the room was noisy and disrupted my sleep, so I turned it off. If a dehumidifier is to be provided permanently, it should be replaced with a quieter model or even a humidifier. My home humidifier is very quiet and can run during sleep without any issues, so I recommend switching to a quieter option.

    Best value for money!

    Located near the ANA InterContinental, the hotel offers a view of the sea and a spacious park right in front. The Hotel itself is compact but clean, with friendly staff who greet you with smiles. The breakfast is delicious, and the taco rice was exceptional! At this price range, there’s nothing to complain about. With plenty of bus stops nearby, renting a car isn’t absolutely necessary!

    First Trip to Ishigaki Island

    A typhoon was approaching, but we still went to Ishigaki Island. Surprisingly, it was mostly sunny when we arrived. Everyone at the Hotel was kind and friendly, making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The Room was clean, the pool was amazing, and the breakfast buffet included Okinawan dishes, which made us very satisfied. We will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you!

    A clean and cost-effective Hotel

    Business trip with a one-night stay. I stay at hotels and ryokans about 60-70 nights a year for business trips and travel. - Location: Conveniently located near the airport, accessible by rental car, close to the city center, and within walking distance to Maesato Beach. - Facility: There is a café near the front desk where breakfast is served, and a pool behind the hotel. On this day, there was an event, and according to hotel staff, only during this season they had set up a tent sauna beyond the pool. It seems you can also have barbecues in the space behind the pool with prior reservation; some guests were ordering it. - Guest Room: All rooms are renovated and very clean. - Dining: Breakfast is served buffet-style. The café operates outside of breakfast hours as well, offering cold drinks and light meals—perfect for taking breaks between work sessions at the hotel. - Other: By chance, there was a fire dance event on this day. It was impressive; you could feel the energy of the dancers—it was truly moving! - Satisfaction Level: Very high due to its excellent cost-performance ratio. While staying at luxury hotels in Ishigaki is great too, if you'd rather spend less on accommodation and more on activities, choosing this hotel would be an excellent decision!

    Black mold in the drain of the unit bath and small holes on the interior wall of the toilet.

    I stayed for a multiple night stay for business purposes. Considering the location, front desk service, and facility in relation to the accommodation fee, I was satisfied. However, I felt that the cleaning of the bathroom was insufficient. I would like you to review the cleaning status from a user’s perspective by actually using the bathroom (bathtub & toilet). In the unit bath of my room, the overflow prevention drain in the bathtub was completely black with what seemed to be mold. Since this drain is made of white plastic parts, any black mold or dirt stands out significantly. When sitting in the bathtub, my eyes were inevitably drawn to this dirty drain, which honestly made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, when sitting in the bathtub and looking around while soaking in hot water, I noticed a small hole about 5mm under the toilet controller. This hole is located where it would not normally be noticed during regular use of either toilet or unit bath but becomes visible when seated in the tub at eye level with it directly aligned there—perhaps accidentally drilled during installation? If so understandable yet still concerning given recent social media discussions regarding hidden cameras inside hotel rooms; such meaningless holes especially within bathrooms should ideally get sealed off entirely ASAP! Upon noticing said issue myself personally blocked up temporarily using tissue paper though strongly urge management conduct thorough inspections/cleaning based upon actual usage scenarios ensuring guest comfort/safety alike moving forward overall satisfaction otherwise remains intact!

    Clean, affordable, and convenient with a bicycle rental service.

    Close to Maesato Beach, it was a small but beautiful Hotel. The price was incredibly reasonable for such a stay. Highly recommended for student trips. The fact that there was even a pool was surprising. The free bicycle rental service (up to 2 hours per use) was very convenient.

    It was comfortable.

    The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The beach was just a short walk away, perfect for relaxing. Convenience stores and supermarkets were within walking distance, and it seems bicycles are also available for rent. Breakfast was delicious as well. I would love to stay here again.

    The service at the Hotel is average, but the musty smell of mold in the Room is noticeable from the moment you enter. The black mold around the water areas was also very concerning.

    Neither good nor bad.

    This is a hotel that has been renovated from an old hotel. The front desk, restaurant, corridors, and Room living areas have been beautifully renovated. The size is also satisfactory. Considering the price, the cost performance is good. The amenities provided at the front desk are of high quality, and the disposable razors have three blades. It's great that you can order food from the Room and apply for a late checkout. The plumbing is an old unit bath, which may seem a bit different from the image of the guest Room. It's not dirty, just showing its age with some sealant mold and an old washlet. Some people might not mind, as it feels like the bathroom of an older APA Hotel. If you want to improve without spending much, you could replace the shower curtain, change the mixer tap to a single one, and replace the washlet. Also, since it's a cylinder lock instead of a card key, changing it to a battery-operated auto-lock would greatly enhance convenience.
