Great location.
Parking is a flat-rate 2,000 yen per night. It’s first-come, first-served for 10 cars and is almost right next to the Hotel. It seems you write your name to reserve a space until checkout, but when we returned our name had been removed and another car was parked in our spot? The Hotel entrance is through a café, and you pass through the café to get to your Room. If you have large luggage, it’s hard to get through. The Room key works by scanning and holding up a barcode. The view from the Room faces the neighboring apartment building; laundry was hung out messily, so we didn’t feel like opening the curtains much. The bathroom was spacious and nice, but it smelled musty; after leaving the bathroom window open overnight, it improved. The fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, and KEYUCA tableware were convenient and easy to use.

A casual Business Hotel
Close to tourist attractions, a long-established castella shop, supermarkets, and a streetcar stop—an excellent location. The Room matched the photos and felt clean; there were no noticeable stains on the sofa or walls, and it seemed like a relatively new Facility. Housekeeping was thorough. It was helpful to have a microwave, dishes, basic cutlery, and a foldable mirror in the Room. The smoking area is outside, but it is covered, so we stayed dry even on rainy days. Breakfast—including coffee—was tasty, but not quite filling enough as morning fuel. On IKYU the checkout time was listed as 11:00, but at 10:00 staff came to the Room saying “It’s 10:00…,” and at checkout there was no apology for what appeared to be the Hotel’s misunderstanding—disappointing.

Perfect for sightseeing in Nagasaki City — a new, stylish Hotel
A spacious Room with a kitchen and a washer-dryer—perfect for long stays. Breakfast is available once at a stylish café. With international guests around, you can enjoy an exotic atmosphere. The hot sandwich was delicious, but it was disappointing that there was no salad.

Repeating digits
A Business Hotel costing 20,000 yen per night, with check-in left entirely up to the guest. It makes you wonder if the Room hasn’t been cleaned for days. Near the pillow on the low bed, several long strands of women’s hair were stuck to the light fixture. The shower booth exhaust fan was covered in dust. Of course, the toilet exhaust fan was just as dusty. Breakfast was cold bread.

Clean and in a great location.
Conveniently located near the tram stop and convenience stores, with the champon dining district within walking distance, and Glover Garden also within walking distance. Breakfast was great too—you could choose bread and enjoy it with coffee. Since I tend to overeat at a buffet, the portion was just right. All the staff were young and greeted us with friendly smiles. Recommended for those who prefer a simple style.

Stylish Hotel
Located near Glover Garden, Dutch Slope, and Oura Church, with a famous Chinese restaurant known as the birthplace of Champon just steps away. The port is also nearby, offering views of luxurious cruise ships from the Room. We stayed in a Shower Twin Room where the shower and toilet were separate, making it very convenient. A simple sink was also available, which was helpful for a Multiple Night Stay. Being new, the Facility was clean and stylish with modern amenities. The café space on the first floor had an international atmosphere with foreign guests using it and a fragrance that gave off an overseas vibe—though we didn’t use it ourselves but thought we should have tried it. However, its distance from downtown might be inconvenient for those wanting to explore nightlife on foot. Frequent trams made getting around easier for us. One concern was that the area near the elevator felt dimly lit at night; going downstairs alone could feel slightly uneasy due to many foreign guests staying there as well.

Modern and Stylish Hotel
I stayed here during a family trip to Nagasaki for my birthday. My son slept on the loft bed, while my spouse and I used the lower bed. The room was new and spotless, very clean and tidy. It came with a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator (with separate fridge and freezer compartments for the first time), and even a washing machine, making it extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a proper bathtub where I could soak and relax, relieving all my fatigue. What stood out was how delicious the breakfast was. It was great to take it back to our room and enjoy it leisurely there. While we often stay at accommodations with buffet breakfasts—which can involve waiting in line or overeating—I found this setup much better as we enjoyed tasty croque-monsieur sandwiches and burgers to our satisfaction. The hotel is conveniently located near tourist spots, making it an excellent choice overall. I’m now considering staying at another FAV accommodation in the future. One downside was that the provided loungewear felt too thin—it was more like a dress—and left me feeling slightly cold. Since both men’s and women’s loungewear were identical, men might find their legs feeling chilly as well; separate types would be more relaxing. That said, my overall impression is very positive! Thank you so much!

The Best Hotel (Stay Here in Nagasaki)
It was my first time staying at this Hotel, and it was very stylish and clean! Among all the Hotels I have stayed at so far, this was the cleanest, and it made me so excited!! I didn’t use them this time, but I’d love to try the sauna and the café on the first floor next time! If you’re looking for a Hotel to stay in Nagasaki, I highly recommend this one!

Too cheap
I stayed here for a solo trip. I made a reservation with the "leave it to us" course, and since it was a weekday, I was assigned a room spacious enough for about six people. The room had amenities like a drum-type washing machine, kitchen, and microwave, making me wonder if it was really okay to stay at such an affordable price.

The hotel parking lo...
The hotel parking lot has 12 spaces and is on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservations allowed. When I called the hotel, I was connected to the customer service center and told to park at a nearby coin-operated parking lot. Even when I asked for its location, they told me to find it myself and abruptly ended the call. Left with no choice, I went to the front desk and explained the situation; they kindly provided me with a map of nearby parking lots. If the website had mentioned contacting the front desk in case of full parking, this unpleasant experience could have been avoided. It seems all calls are directed to a customer service center in Tokyo. The poor handling by OP causes inconvenience even for hotel staff members. The room was spacious, clean, and satisfying overall—I hope for better handling in the future.

Conveniently located, stylish, and relaxing Hotel
We stayed in a Japanese-style Room as a family of three. The Room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the large bathtub allowed for a relaxing soak. Having a drum-type washing machine with detergent provided was extremely convenient. There was also a kitchen equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, and a microwave, making it possible to cook meals. The furnishings were simple yet stylish. We would love to stay here again when we visit Nagasaki. Breakfast is available at Rokugatsu Coffee if you apply by 8:00 PM during check-in for 1,500 yen per person. You can choose your bread type when applying; however, the simple bagels and bread seemed slightly pricey to us.

A new experience
A new concept hotel, not a business hotel, with a simplified front desk function. The café on the first floor is self-service but convenient. Luggage storage is also self-service, making it easy to access your belongings anytime. Breakfast at the coffee shop on the first floor was delightful with freshly made bagel sandwiches and coffee. In Nagasaki, where Japanese-style meals are common, having a sandwich for breakfast was a nice change! The room was a Japanese-style room with a bathtub, perfect for warming up during Nagasaki's cold February weather. With a drum-type laundry machine and mini kitchen available, it's ideal for Multiple Night Stays!

Sophisticated interior design
We stayed as a family of four, and our middle school and high school kids were thrilled the moment they entered the Room! The clean design, including taking off shoes before entering, was a pleasant touch. The coffee cups and the stylish Balmuda lighting speaker perfectly matched the chic atmosphere, making it very comfortable. The spacious sofa with plenty of cushions allowed us to relax luxuriously. The pajamas with mid-sleeves and knee-length pants seemed like they might be cold at first but turned out to be incredibly comfortable and easy to move in—I even wanted to buy them for myself! One minor downside was that while there was a washing machine in the Room, it seemed unused for some time as there was an odor around it. On the other hand, we loved the occasional delightful scents wafting through Hotel lounges. Our family is already talking about wanting to stay here again!

It was an enjoyable trip.
The amenities and customer service are minimal in this modern operation Business Hotel. However, the Room is clean and spacious, with a bathroom that includes a washing area, which helps relieve the fatigue from sightseeing. As a base for tourism, there are many places within walking distance, and the station is also nearby, making it a very satisfying trip.

Great location
Stayed in a tatami room for 2 nights with 3 people from 2024/12/23. ~Good Points~ - Close to Glover Garden and Oura Church, with about a 10-minute walk to Chinatown and Dejima, making it very accessible. - In addition to the hotel parking lot, there is a nearby 24-hour coin park. It was helpful as we arrived past 9 PM. - Despite being a tourist hub, there was no traffic congestion, the surroundings were quiet, close to the sea, and the scenery was beautiful. - The room comes with a washing machine (with extra detergent), and the bathroom has a separate bathtub and washing area. - The tatami room has Magniflex futons. It was helpful as I have back pain. - The room key is a QR code, so there is no extra luggage. ~Points for Improvement~ - As mentioned in other reviews, it was cold in the middle of winter with short-sleeved, breathable room wear. - I brought long-sleeved room wear after reading those reviews, but even with the room's air conditioning on, the room temperature did not rise at all, and it was cold. There are some concerns, but the facility is so good that it more than makes up for them. I was unsure whether to stay near the redeveloping Nagasaki Station, but after passing by the Nagasaki Station area during the trip, my companions and I were glad we chose this property. I would like to use it again when visiting Nagasaki, and I heard a new facility is opening in Kagoshima, so I would like to visit there as well.

It is a very beautiful Hotel.
We stayed with four friends. There was stylish bread placed right at the entrance, and each of us bought one to enjoy in the room. All four of us said, "Delicious!" It was really tasty. Highly recommended. The room was very clean, and there was a small sink in the room, which was very convenient. It is close to Glover Garden, Oura Church, and Dutch Slope, and the tram stop is nearby, making it convenient to go anywhere.

Family Trip
We stayed here with four family members and one infant, making a total of five people. The hotel is new and has a mini kitchen and a washing machine in the room, allowing us to feel at home. We chose a Japanese-style room, which was spacious enough for five people, and the bathroom was very large, so we had no inconvenience at all. The location was also very convenient for sightseeing. If we have another opportunity to visit Nagasaki, we would like to use it again.

Functional and very good.
It was a new, functional, and spaciously comfortable trip. I was also interested in other FVA Hotels. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
