    A flawless Hotel with nothing to complain about

    I stayed for one night, and it was a wonderful Hotel from start to finish. The Room uses a PIN code system with no key, so it was very convenient to go out without having to carry a key around. In the evening, alcoholic drinks were all-you-can-drink (free). It was a shame the large public bath didn’t have an open-air bath, but it was clean and the alkaline Onsen water was excellent. Breakfast offered a great selection of both Japanese and Western dishes, and I was very satisfied. I was also impressed by the thoughtful services—being able to choose your pillow, and free coffee and drinks available at all times. What makes this Hotel stand out is how they thoroughly reduce operating costs within what guests can reasonably accept—such as shortening breakfast hours to about two hours, asking guests to help with tidying up, using PIN codes instead of keys, and not handing out unnecessary amenities—and then use those savings to enhance guest services like free drinks and alcohol overall. I felt this approach significantly increases satisfaction. I admired how well they strike that perfect balance where you feel like thinking, “They do so much for us—so we can do this much in return.” I would definitely like to stay again.

    This was the best Business Hotel I’ve stayed at.

    The staff’s warm, smiling service after check-in was the best compared to other Hotels. They also offered complimentary drinks, including alcohol, and pillow rentals, which helped me sleep soundly. I would like to stay again.

    Exceptional Hospitality

    First stay at Super Hotel as a couple. Chose this onsen-equipped business hotel due to its excellent reviews and because our preferred accommodation was fully booked. We made the reservation as a trial. Since we left after work, we arrived at the hotel just before 8 PM due to heavy Friday evening traffic. Unfortunately, with only about an hour left for the welcome bar, it felt like a missed opportunity. Check-in was done via a machine at the front desk, but having staff present made it reassuring. There was also a robot greeting us upon arrival. The hotel offers loungewear and allows you to choose your favorite pillow. With an eco-friendly and organic concept, they even give candy if you return unused toothbrushes from your room. We received meal vouchers worth 2,000 yen for nearby restaurants and walked to an Italian restaurant for dinner. Initially thought 2,000 yen wouldn’t cover much but ended up pleasantly surprised—our total bill for four drinks and food came to only 5,500 yen! Spending just 3,500 yen felt very reasonable! The local specialty "Napira" (natto pilaf) we had there was incredibly delicious. The hotel's rooms and onsen were clean with attention to detail evident throughout. While not luxurious, it’s sleekly designed and leaves a positive impression overall. The breakfast buffet the next morning was absolutely delicious—truly outstanding! What impressed us even more were the female staff members who were energetic yet kind; their attentiveness in greeting every table stood out as exceptional service. Overall, this turned out to be an unexpectedly delightful accommodation experience in every way!

    Overall, it was comfortable.

    The breakfast was very delicious. The complimentary drink service and the atmosphere were also delightful. The Room was comfortable as well. However, it was disappointing that the showerhead and hose in the public bath had mold on them. Overall, I think the cleaning was done nicely and thoroughly, but recalling the mold on the hose still makes me feel a bit uncomfortable. If this issue is improved, I would definitely like to use this Hotel again in the future.

    Super Hotel with Onsen is amazing!

    This was my first time staying at Super Hotel. The building was clean, and of course, the Room was spotless as well. The "Nakayama-do no Yu" bath had a silky texture and was great, but what impressed me the most was that the TV in the Room displayed real-time information about how crowded the bath was. Thanks to this feature, I could enjoy a relaxing bath during less busy hours. Also, the croissants at the breakfast buffet were absolutely delicious—I ended up eating four! However, I found it disappointing that although breakfast officially starts at 6:30 AM, when I went down slightly past 6:30 AM, there were already many guests who seemed to have almost finished eating. It seems they started earlier due to crowding, but I would prefer if they adhered to the scheduled time. That said, being able to choose from different types of pillows, having a free drink corner available, and seeing two adorable LOVOT robots near the elevator hall made my stay very satisfying overall. I would love to stay here again!

    Are you sure there's no slight misunderstanding?

    The Room desk was a bit too small, making it difficult to charge batteries for the next day and set up a laptop. Quite inconvenient. No issues with sleeping or taking a shower. It's unfortunate because it was otherwise fairly sufficient.

    Very clean and beautiful

    The Room, bath, and lounge were all clean and excellent. The new Hotel is very tidy. The reception process was digitalized and smooth.

    Everything was well ...

    Everything was well thought out with no waste, and since it’s a new Hotel, it was spotless and very well maintained. The women’s bath uses a keypad code instead of a key, and it is located away from the men’s bath, so I could bathe with peace of mind. Drinks are free at night, so it was fun to sample different ones. The freshly baked bread at breakfast was especially delicious. I was also happy to be welcomed by Lavot with chocolate and a latte. I’ll visit again.

    Disappointed with the service.

    The review seemed good, so I came from afar. The onsen and meal content were good, but the response of the man at the front desk was the worst. He seemed completely unaware, but I was disappointed by his extremely poor customer service attitude. He treated customers with a heartless attitude that seemed discriminatory, so I wonder what he thinks of customers.
