    New and Clean

    I stayed alone on a weekday. The hotel has a modern and stylish design. The front desk is simplified in a good way, making check-in smooth. I chose the Executive Bunk Room. It features two large bunk beds: the lower bed is queen-sized, and the upper bed is single-sized. This setup allows up to six people to stay (two on each lower bed and one on each upper bed). The room also includes a small kitchen, a drum-style washing machine, and a spacious bathtub. It’s an excellent environment for multiple night stays with larger groups. The location is along Peace Boulevard. While it’s not particularly close to the station, I enjoyed walking along Peace Boulevard during the seasonal Dreamination (Christmas light-up event). For breakfast, you can choose between sandwiches or granola with drinks included. There’s also a lounge available, but I opted to take my meal back to my room. Since it was a weekday, the price was very reasonable—great value for money! I would love to visit again!

    Travel as if you were living there

    The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, knife, cutlery, plates, glasses, a can opener/wine opener/bottle opener combo tool, detergent and sponge. There is also a drum-type washing machine for added convenience. For items you don't want to put in the dryer, bringing your own string and clothespins will suffice. Please note that laundry detergent is not provided and should be brought with you. Although pajamas were listed as not included in the amenities, there was indoor wear available. I slept on the lower bunk of the bunk bed; it was spacious like a king-size bed and very comfortable. Even though I usually can't sleep without an Airweave mattress topper, I slept surprisingly well here. One concern during my stay was the artificial scent used in the front desk area and shared hallways—it reminded me of car air fresheners and wasn't to my personal taste. However, the Room itself had no odor issues. When I checked in, there was an issue with drainage at the sink. Since there was no phone in the Room to contact reception directly, I called through their website but got connected to their call center in Fukuoka instead. They suggested it would be faster if I reported it directly at reception myself but kindly contacted them on my behalf when requested. About 15 minutes later, staff arrived to address the issue by cleaning out clogs and adding drain cleaner while advising me to run water after 30 minutes—this resolved everything before heading out. Cleaning standards were generally acceptable; however, I noticed some toilet paper debris under the base of the toilet handwashing basin—a spot likely visible only when seated on the toilet itself. Additionally (though this didn’t cause major inconvenience), water flow from this handwashing basin’s faucet seemed weak or nearly non-existent—but since both kitchen sink & bathroom sink worked fine elsewhere within our space overall functionality remained intact! Taxi rides cost less than ¥1k (~¥1000) reaching nearby stations or ~¥2200 (~2200 yen) towards Hiroshima Port making group travel cheaper/faster compared alternatives! Many taxis pass right outside Hotel eliminating need pre-booking pickups altogether! Overall satisfied w/stay yet hope future improvements focus enhancing housekeeping/maintenance quality further!

    The Room was clean and comfortable.

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay as a family, and it was very affordable. The Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having a washing machine in the Room was extremely convenient. The surrounding area had some questionable shops, but there was a convenience store nearby, and we also enjoyed visiting an okonomiyaki restaurant close by. Not having parking available was slightly inconvenient. However, considering the price and the Facility provided, we were very satisfied with the Room.

    For a 5-person Room, there are 5 twin beds...

    The room was spacious and hygienic. However, despite reserving a room for 5 people, it had 2 double beds and a bunk bed for 2 people instead of 5 twin beds, which was slightly disappointing. It would have been nice to have a washing bucket in the bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast was surprisingly very simple.

    Trendy feeling

    The facility is designed with practicality in mind. The room is quite spacious and clean for the price, with a skillfully designed maisonette-style layout, and it is functional with a kitchen and washer-dryer. Check-in and check-out are done via QR code. There is almost no interaction or conversation with the staff. During a Multiple Night Stay, there is no room cleaning. If you leave the trash bin and towels inside the door, they will be exchanged. Since people have different expectations from a hotel, if you accept it as such a facility, it offers "the best value for money." The surrounding area is more of an entertainment district. There are many good points, and there was a fresh surprise of "Oh, it can be done that way!" However, it somehow lacked warmth and was not a place to relax.
