    Generally satisfied

    Overall, the space was comfortable and I was mostly satisfied, but if I had to mention something, the Room air conditioner could not be set to a comfortable temperature and it felt cold. Also, while the disposable Room slippers looked clean, they were uncomfortable to wear, and it was a bit disappointing that long hairs stuck out on the bright white slippers, suggesting the carpet may not have been cleaned thoroughly.

    If possible, I’d rather not stay here.

    Since this was a last-minute stay, I chose this property because it had availability. The entrance was clean. The Room was dirty… maybe because it’s old, but I was surprised by the gap compared with the entrance. There was a very noticeable large crack in the wall, the bathtub in the bathroom was dirty, and the shower pressure was very weak. I could often hear people talking in the hallway. Also, a sound like water dripping from around the wall kept echoing all night. I wonder if there is a leak somewhere… I slept with earplugs.

    Conveniently located in a great area. No need to worry even without meals. A convenience store is just about a 1-minute walk away. The Room was clean and well-maintained.

    The breakfast was excellent, and the access to the subway was very convenient. However, it was disappointing that despite the Room being clean, the ashtray was not replaced during cleaning, and there was no sheet replacement. With Hotel prices rising compared to before, the decline in service is regrettable. At the very least, sheet replacement should be an option.

    Overall, it was very clean and satisfying for the price. Conveniently located near the station, which was very helpful.

    It was conveniently located not too far from the station. However, I was prompted to check in via SMS, so I completed the check-in on my smartphone, but the machine at the front desk did not work properly, resulting in double the effort. Please note that towels and nightwear are not available in the Room and must be obtained at the front desk (no particular explanation at the front desk).

    It was a Hotel locat...

    It was a Hotel located at Sendai East Exit. Within walking distance, there are convenience stores and ramen shops, and since it is close to the East Exit, there should be no problem if you want to drink or have a meal. The Hotel was also clean.
