  Reception Service

  During the elevator inspection day, there was no prior announcement at check-in. I was told to use the stairs when leaving from the 9th floor, and upon returning, I had to wait about 10 minutes at the entrance as the elevator was delayed due to inspections and housekeeping overlapping. The elevator also stopped on every floor, causing further delays with other guests waiting. The reception staff seemed indifferent and lacked proper customer service skills. It would be better if such timeframes were announced in advance during check-in.

  Conveniently located...

  Conveniently located near Kayabacho Station on the Tozai Line, it was easy to find without getting lost. The Room was well-cleaned, and the bathroom and toilet were new and spotless. I would like to use it again next time.
