    Second stay!

    This was my second stay, and being able to have breakfast after checkout is a real pleasure for someone like me who likes to take things slowly. I haven’t been able to make it yet, but I’m sure guests appreciate being able to enjoy Orion beer from 5:00 PM. I’m also grateful that I was able to borrow a phone charger comfortably—thank you very much. I have another trip to Naha next month, and if the location is convenient, I’d like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Thank you for taking care of us during our simple two-night stay. I had stayed at the same Hotel several times before it became Estinate Hotel, and compared with then, the renovation has been done beautifully. The Room is well designed, and using the bath was comfortable as well—I felt it has become an even nicer Hotel than before. For those using the Yui Rail, the location is close enough to the station that even with luggage it isn’t a burden. There is also a convenience store nearby. You can also buy souvenirs at a nearby supermarket at a good price. We used the cafe restaurant on the first floor for brunch with friends on our last day; it has relaxing sofas and is also recommended. I felt there were many international guests, so it may be a good choice for those who want to enjoy that kind of atmosphere. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Enjoy a leisurely breakfast late into the morning!

    This was my second stay, once last month and again this month. Until now, I had been staying at nearby Route Inn or South Gate. It’s not a new Hotel, but I feel it’s thoughtfully run in many ways. The front desk is streamlined, the staff are friendly and polite with a smile, and above all, it really helps that breakfast doesn’t require going early (something you don’t often see elsewhere). Since learning that, I’ve been choosing to stay here. I’m planning to visit Matsuyama again next month as well, so I’m considering staying here again.

    A reasonably priced, convenient Hotel along Route 58

    The Hotel is located along National Route 58, and it’s also a short walk from Miebashi Station, so taking a taxi from Naha Airport is recommended. If traffic isn’t heavy, it takes a little over 10 minutes (just under 2,000 yen). From the airport, go through the tunnel and merge directly onto Route 58; head toward the Maejima intersection and you’ll arrive right in front of the Hotel. The building is compact, and check-in is done at the entrance restaurant/reception. If you complete check-in on your smartphone in advance, there’s no paperwork and it takes less than a minute. The staff were friendly and pleasant. There is one elevator, but it wasn’t an issue. The Room was clean and well maintained. This time I stayed in a bunk-bed Room, but I felt the gaps between the guard rails were wide. If you’re traveling with small children, they could potentially slip through while turning over in bed and fall, so that was my only concern. On the top floor of the Hotel there’s a workspace for PCs as well as free water/hot water and a microwave, which was reassuring. There’s also a convenience store nearby, and Kokusai-dori is about a 7–8 minute walk—an ideal distance. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    A great-value Hotel ideal for workations

    I stayed here for a workcation. Since I booked at the last minute, only a very compact Room was available, but it turned out to be comfortable. The Room was small (especially the bathroom area), but it has been nicely renovated and looks stylish. There are mirrors besides the sink, plenty of power outlets in the Room, and proper windows—smart touches that make it easy to use despite the size. The staff were also very friendly, and overall I was satisfied. The work lounge was convenient as well, and I was able to work there for long hours. It felt a bit far from the station, but I think it offers good value for money. I would stay again.

    Thank you for your support.

    My flight was delayed, and I arrived at Naha Airport around 11:00 p.m. After transferring to the Yui Rail, I reached the Hotel close to midnight. I was surprised there was no front desk, but I was welcomed with a smile, and after my Reservation and web check-in were confirmed, I received the Room key. The Room felt like an affordable Business Hotel in terms of facilities, but it was kept clean and left a good impression. The bathroom was small, but that’s probably unavoidable. There are many places nearby that stay open late at night, and the location is great, so I can accept this price (over 10,000 yen). However, since I didn’t choose a plan with breakfast included, it’s a shame I can’t comment on breakfast.

    Disappointing

    We had high expectations because of the beautiful exterior and the friendly, smiling staff, but the Room was extremely disappointing. - Several long hairs in the bathtub - Sink covered in black mold - Washlet not usable - Unstable toilet seat - Crumbs on the floor (possibly from snacks) It was disappointing because the first-floor front desk and lounge were clean.

    Stylish interior! Delicious breakfast!

    I used this for business purposes! It was a Plan with breakfast included, and I appreciated being able to use the facility until early afternoon after check-out. The selectable breakfast options were all appealing, but I chose the taco rice, which was delicious with plenty of fresh vegetables! I would love to stay here again.

    Very comfortable

    There were plenty of towels, making it very comfortable. The Room was quiet, allowing me to relax. I used the restaurant on the first floor, and it was delicious. I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

    Recommended for family and group stays.

    A long-awaited stay in Naha. I was unsure about renting a car, so I searched for a Hotel that would be convenient with or without one, and came across this Hotel. From the moment I contacted them to confirm the luggage drop-off location from the car to check-in, all staff members were very polite and helpful, making everything clear and easy. Our family of four adults stayed in the Ryukyu Modern Loft Room. While it felt slightly smaller than it appeared in photos, it was very functional with separate toilet and bathroom areas, two sinks, and plenty of outlets for charging smartphones simultaneously. However, due to some narrow spaces like when opening the bathroom door, larger-bodied guests might find this room a bit tight. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Both the service (soft aspects) and facilities (hard aspects) exceeded expectations for its price point—making this Hotel feel like great value for money. Highly recommended! I look forward to staying here again.

    Check-in was smooth....

    Check-in was smooth. There were two types of welcome drinks available. Since it was after check-in, I enjoyed them while standing. From 5:00 PM, there was free beer or cola along with toys to enjoy. The facility feels a bit old but has been renovated with stylish interiors. When I used the bath, there was unexpected water leakage. I wanted to change rooms, but it was fully booked and not possible. The room had puddles of water, which significantly dampened my mood. The staff were friendly and kind, providing pleasant service. Thank you very much!

    This is my second stay.

    This is my second stay after using it last year. It was about half a year ago, but the female staff remembered me, and such a gesture made me happy. There are many hotels to choose from, but if it's Naha, you can't go wrong with choosing ESTINATE HOTEL Naha. I will use it again.
