    We really appreciated having a bath.

    Although my stay was brief due to work, both check-in and check-out were smooth using the machines, and the amenities were more than sufficient, making it very comfortable. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the open, airy restaurant. Since I arrived late, there was nowhere to buy drinks or food other than the vending machines, which made me a little uneasy. However, I appreciated that the vending machines were well stocked. Above all, having a large public bath at a comfortable temperature allowed me to relax and ease my travel fatigue. The room also had a bathtub, and I thought it was wonderful to have both options available. Thank you very much.

    Choosing this place based on the great reviews was the right decision.

    The dinner restaurant was delicious, and it was great that complimentary non-alcoholic drinks were available. It would have been nice to have water in the Room.

    Breakfast Information

    The side dishes mainly consist of fried noodles and fried foods, with limited options suitable for breakfast. We overheard the staff discussing that they had prepared too much food, but we felt there were not enough edible options. A convenience store might be a better choice.

    If you’re going to Appi Kogen Ski Resort, this is the only place to stay.

    I stayed here with breakfast included for a trip to Geto Kogen Ski Resort. The building is relatively new, and the Room was clean and well maintained. The TV was large, and the in-house information monitor showed the status of the coin laundry, breakfast, and availability of the large public bath, which was very convenient. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. It’s just a 1-minute walk to the bus stop for the free shuttle bus to Geto Kogen Ski Resort. It’s very convenient, so I highly recommend it. Amenities were also well provided, including individually packaged DHC skincare items. The staff were polite and hardworking, which left a great impression.

    It was comfortable.

    Everything is new and clean, with meticulous attention to detail, making it perfect. There is also a restaurant where you can have dinner, which I found very convenient. I have no complaints, but if I had to mention one thing, since we stayed as a group of three, it would be even better if the toilet and washroom were separate.

    This may become my regular accommodation in the future.

    The meals at the on-site restaurant are delicious. The Room is comfortable, and there is a large public bath where you can relax and enjoy bathing. Additionally, it is conveniently located next to a Tohoku Shinkansen station, making it ideal for business trips. As I regularly work in Iwate, I plan to continue using this accommodation in the future.

    Clean and Safe

    Stayed on the first day of our Tohoku trip. Conveniently located near the station, providing peace of mind even in an unfamiliar area. The accommodation is new, clean, and comforting. Soaking in the large public bath after a full day of walking made a big difference for recovery the next day. There's also a souvenir shop on the first floor, making it convenient to grab something quickly before leaving. The Poké Lid right in front of the hotel added to the enjoyable experience!

    Clean and comfortable

    It felt a bit inconvenient that the bathroom was the only place to do makeup. Having a mirror near the desk would have been helpful for getting ready there.

    Journey to Tohoku

    The yogurt and milk served at breakfast were rich and the best part. However, a disappointing point was regarding the laundry. Some guests left their clothes in the washing machine or dryer even after it had finished, showing poor manners. At other Hotels, staff would remove such items and keep them at the front desk. Some measures seem necessary to address this issue.

    The Room was spaciou...

    The Room was spacious with a calm interior, and the bed was comfortable for relaxation. The large public bath was also enjoyable. There were a bath towel and a regular towel in the Room, but it would have been nice to have an extra one since I used them in the public bath. Additionally, there was no mirror in the Room, which made it difficult to do makeup. I often stay at various business hotels during business trips, and most of them provide a bath towel plus two additional towels as well as a makeup mirror, so I felt slightly inconvenienced here.

    I was drawn to the b...

    I was drawn to the bed with a raised floor and made a reservation. The place is new, clean, quiet, and every detail in the facility, room, and amenities is stylishly designed—I felt like I wanted to live here. This time we arrived late at night, so I’d love to visit again for a more relaxed stay. My whole family loved it too. Highly recommended. The vacuum-packed beef tongue sold at the vending machine or shop was affordable and delicious—I regret not buying more as souvenirs!

    1-minute walk from K...

    1-minute walk from Kitakami Station, this is a new and comfortable Business Hotel. The top floor features a 31-square-meter Room with distant views of regatta scenes on the Kitakami River. Dinner is served at an on-site restaurant that also welcomes outside guests. While there were set meal options, ordering directly from the menu might be preferable. The Hotel also has a large public bath and serves as an excellent base for visiting attractions like Hiraizumi, Kitakami Tenshochi Park, Morioka Castle, and the Rock-Splitting Cherry Tree.

    Clean and very good value for money.

    It’s a short walk from the parking lot, but check-in was smooth, the facilities were convenient to use, and the breakfast was delicious. The use of a women-only key card for the large public bath was also a nice touch.

    A new and functional Hotel

    Stayed for two nights after the holiday break. Thank you for accommodating our late-night check-in so kindly. The Hotel is new, clean, and functional. The small freezer in the refrigerator was helpful as we could reuse our ice packs the next day. It was convenient to check the breakfast venue, public bath crowd levels, and coin laundry operating hours through the TV. However, it was slightly inconvenient that there were no towels in the Room's washroom and only three hangers available. Other than that, we had a comfortable stay. We would love to stay again when visiting Tohoku!

    Close to the station.

    To reach the west exit, you need to walk through an underground passage, which might feel a bit inconvenient. The chair in the single room feels small, hard, and slightly cheap. Although it's a Business Hotel, there is no baggage rack or memo & pen provided in the room; it seems they minimize amenities (but you can request them if needed). However, the large public bath was excellent with a comfortable water temperature of 42°C. For breakfast, it would be nice to have more drink options available.

    It was excellent.

    It surpasses even the new hotels in Sendai. However, some cardboard-like items were visible from outside the lounge, and I believe the screen in the large bath would be better if it were similar to those at Route Inn.

    It was a wonderful Hotel where you can feel relaxed.

    1) The Room is fully equipped for comfort! You can set the perfect temperature with individual air conditioning, and the bathroom switches are user-friendly. 2) There is a covered walkway from the station, so you won't get wet in rain or snow. The steak and waffle restaurants are delicious! 3) There's a stylish souvenir shop, and the front desk staff are excellent.

    When visiting Kitakami

    Sakura PORT Hotel is my 3rd or 4th stay. The food is delicious no matter what you choose. The breakfast buffet always includes roast beef, which I thoroughly enjoyed even in the morning. For dinner, the sirloin steak and hamburger were exceptional, and my son ate 550g. The large public bath was quiet during early hours, allowing me to relax and unwind. I would love to stay here again when visiting Kitakami.

    It was excellent.

    I thought it was a single, but the Room was spacious, and the sofa by the window was great. I also used the large public bath; the lockers had locks, which made me feel secure, and I appreciated having water available inside. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, and I enjoyed a lot in the morning. It would be nice to have more types of bread, but there were plenty of other options, so I was satisfied. Everything was perfect!

    It was better than expected.

    The room is clean, and the bed is spacious and comfortable. There is a large public bath where you can relax. The breakfast buffet is quite satisfying. And it's very reasonably priced. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations before staying, but it pleasantly exceeded them in a good way. It was truly great. Also, the souvenir shop on the first floor offers a wide variety of items, making it enjoyable to browse through—I ended up buying more than I planned! If I had to mention one thing, I wish there were alcohol available in the vending machines.
