    The breakfast was fresh and delicious.

    It was clean and comfortable, and conveniently located near Tsuruga Station. I thought it would be mainly for business travelers, but breakfast is chosen in advance. I chose the seafood rice bowl; the seafood was very fresh and the portion size was just right. Overall, everything felt efficient with no unnecessary extras, and the staff were very helpful.

    Over time.

    I made a last-minute plan to visit. Since it was a new Hotel that opened at the same time as the Shinkansen service, I had high expectations... The Room size was good, and the desk was suitable for business use, so I found it easy to work. However... Dust had accumulated on top of the TV. The bathroom smelled musty the moment I entered. Perhaps because of that, there was a deodorizing machine, but when set to MAX it was noisy and gave off a strong chemical smell. The bathroom shampoo and other amenities were all grouped together on the sink, making them hard to use one by one. Also, the refrigerator compressor noise late at night was loud. The parking is multi-story so rain isn’t an issue, but if you park on an upper level, walking back can be tiring... Breakfast quality and selection were good, but for me—being used to a Hokuriku chain store on the opposite side of the station rotary—it felt a bit lacking. If you ask whether I would stay again, probably not.

    I slept well.

    I often have trouble sleeping in Hotels, but I slept soundly and was very satisfied. The soundproofing must be excellent—there was no noise at all, and the air conditioning was quiet, so I felt no stress. From now on, I think I’ll stop staying at cheap Business Hotels.

    I arrived by car.

    I was worried about parking, but I was able to park in the Hotel’s parking lot. There was also a Times parking lot right in front. I received two coupons that can be used in Fukui Prefecture, worth 8,000 yen. Everything was great. Thank you.

    A clean Hotel conveniently located near the station.

    On my first visit to Tsuruga, I looked into Hotels and chose this one because I could get there without getting wet in the rain. There are many restaurants nearby, so finding dinner was not a problem. For sightseeing, many spots are scattered more than a 20-minute walk from the Hotel, so taking the bus may be a better option. The lobby was small, but the building felt new and clean, and I think the bathroom area in my Room was carefully cleaned as well. For breakfast I chose the seafood bowl, but some of the ingredients were cut very finely; perhaps it was meant to make it easier to eat, but it actually made it harder. That said, the staff at the breakfast venue were cheerful and welcoming, which gave me energy for my next destination.

    No Meals Included Plan

    While looking for a Business Hotel near Tsuruga Station, I chose this one because it seemed relatively new and well rated. On my first visit to Tsuruga, I noticed there were few Hotels and not many restaurants. This Hotel was new, and the rooms were spacious and clean, so I had a comfortable stay. Thank you.

    This was my first time staying here, and I was very satisfied.

    This was my first stay here. We stayed for two nights in a suite on the 9th floor. The bathroom was spacious, the refrigerator cooled well, and there were no issues with any other Facility. The alcohol and drinks in the refrigerator were free, but for two people staying two nights, we would have liked four bottles of water. Also, it would be better to clean the desk between the bedroom and living room, as dust had built up there—maybe it was just this time. Overall, we had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

    A Clean Business Hotel Near Tsuruga Station

    It was very convenient, close to the station even in bad weather. The building was very clean, and the room was well maintained. Basic amenities were already set in the room, which I appreciated as it saved time and effort. Breakfast was chosen in advance, showing consideration for the environment. A high-quality Business Hotel.

    This might be the perfect place to stay in Tsuruga!

    I specifically searched for a Room with a separate washing area, and this Hotel met my criteria. Being a new Hotel, it was very clean. The quality of the towels was excellent, and there were even two bath mats! The amenities were delightful, including stylish bath salts and an overnight set from a certain brand. Personally, I found the bed (bedding) to be exceptionally comfortable. I slept very well. The free parking was convenient—definitely worth 5 stars! However... It would be great if higher-grade Rooms included massage cushions. Having the toilet in a separate space would improve convenience since when someone is using the toilet, others can't access the sink or bath. This is why I deducted one star. If I visit Tsuruga again, I'll probably stay here! Looking forward to it.

    Convenient Hotel

    Conveniently located near the station. The room was clean and new. I chose No Meals Included, but breakfast might have been a good option too...

    Breakfast was homemade by an amateur.

    - The miso soup in the morning was just colored water without proper dashi. It seems like it was made by young staff with no cooking experience. While it's appreciated that breakfast is available from 6 AM, does this mean professional chefs don't work at such early hours? The room was also small and disappointing. Accommodations like Dormy Inn or Toyoko Inn might still be better options. - If writing an honest review leads to harsh evaluations, it seems such reviews are not accepted. If only insincere, flattering reviews are published, then there's no point in asking for reviews at all. I trust IKYU and read the reviews posted there, but even if IKYU is an advertising platform, unbiased and accurate evaluations should also be included to maintain credibility. I plan to continue using IKYU in the future; however, please refrain from requesting me to write reviews again. Please reconsider how you handle reviews moving forward.

    Convenient and clean Hotel.

    Close to the station, clean, and comfortable Hotel. I stayed in a business single room, which was not cramped despite being a single; the space for one bed was utilized as a desk, making it very convenient. The drawer storage was ample and designed efficiently. The air conditioning, air purifier, and clothing refresh machine were all perfect.

    Spacious despite being near the station!

    I stayed in the Grand Executive. I initially thought hotels near the station would have "small rooms and low ceilings," but this was spacious and comfortable! The facility, including the LG Styler, which is very convenient for frequent outfit changes during hotel stays, was highly appreciated. Personally, I would have liked at least one room with a twin bed setup. However, the complimentary drinks in the refrigerator were stylish (and there were many types of glasses!), making my stay feel very luxurious.

    1-minute walk from Tsuruga Station. You can reach us without getting wet even on rainy days. There's a stylish Starbucks right next door! The entire area around the station is beautifully maintained, which was impressive. The Room was clean and perfect. It was quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. I would love to stay here again if I visit Tsuruga!

    I had a relaxing stay.

    The bed was spacious, and the room had plenty of space, allowing two people to get ready in the morning without feeling rushed. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. This time, we tried the seafood rice bowl breakfast that we missed last time, and it exceeded our expectations in taste. However, it was disappointing to see that the breakfast staff seemed understaffed; when we didn’t have our breakfast tickets but only made a reservation, they responded strictly by saying "We need your breakfast ticket; just providing your room number is not enough." Additionally, there seemed to be some chaos in the kitchen despite some staff engaging in casual conversations. Compared to the calm and accommodating service at the front desk, this was unfortunate.

    Convenient and Comfortable

    The location was excellent, right in front of the station, making it convenient for dining and getting around. The Room was comfortable, and I especially liked the spacious unit bath. The free parking (if available) was also a nice bonus. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Tsuruga next time.

    First Stay in Tsuruga

    Check-in was around 10 PM after work, as I needed to take a ferry the next day, and check-out was at 8:30 AM. The Room had basic amenities, and additional items like cleansing products were available near the elevator. The Room was well-designed and comfortable. The seafood rice bowl for breakfast was delicious, with several self-serve drink options available. Since they asked about my preferred time during check-in, there were no crowds, allowing me to enjoy breakfast at my own pace. I would love to stay here again if given the chance.

    Conveniently located near the station, the building is new and comfortable. The Room is slightly compact but offers sufficient space. The seafood bowl for breakfast was delicious.

    Luxury

    Staying in Tsuruga for the first time in 20 years. There are so many accommodations to choose from, it was hard to decide. I chose based on the name and rating points. Having a Starbucks next door is definitely a point booster. Check-in was extremely smooth thanks to the now-standard display input and pre-processing. The room is spacious, with warm air conditioning and a luxurious business desk. Personally, I found the chair seat a bit firm. There were almost no complaints, except for the sound of the air conditioning. Breakfast offers three options, and I recommend trying the seafood bowl. Highly recommended for accommodation in Tsuruga!

    This time, I used a double room with breakfast and a parking ticket due to a sudden plan. The room was spacious, had a desk, and seemed perfect for remote work. The breakfast was also delicious. (As it is a Business Hotel, there is no Onsen, but the unit bath is normally clean.) I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    Comfortable Stays

    This was my second stay. The room was clean, and the shampoo products were pleasant to use. Despite being close to the station, it was very quiet and I slept well. The seafood bowl for breakfast was delicious, just like last time. I would like to stay here again.

    I stayed with my mot...

    I stayed with my mother for two nights in the Grande Deluxe. I was worried because we couldn't get a twin Room, but there was plenty of space even with one bed. Both the Room and the bathroom were spacious, and the amenities were meticulously prepared, unlike a Business Hotel. The best part was being able to try the LG Styler. It was fun.

    Good choice if you stay in Tsuruga

    Worth the money and convenient to the station, breakfast is 1300 yen but has a decent size compared to local restaurants.

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station and convenient. Since it's new, the Room is pleasant and spacious enough just for staying. There are two types of slippers, and there were plenty of hangers, which was nice. It would have been convenient to have a small trash can around the bath and toilet. The strong wind at night was a bit concerning due to the noise. The breakfast, which included the option of a seafood bowl, was available from 6 AM, which was helpful as I had an early departure. The women in the dining area were all pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station, clean, and the Room and bath are large, so I was able to use them comfortably. For breakfast, I chose "seafood." It was ordinary.

    Close to the station.

    I stayed for an event at Sundome Fukui. It's right near Tsuruga Station. It's also close to a Starbucks. You can reach Kehi Shrine in about 5 minutes by car. The plan with a parking ticket was appreciated. The room is very clean, as the hotel is new. It's spacious, and I think there's plenty of room even for those with suitcases. I think it falls under the category of a business hotel, but the twin room didn't have a built-in desk, instead, there was a large dressing table, which I found interesting. There were two disappointing points. The first point was that the drainage in the unit bath was not great. It almost clogged after each person used it. The second point was that there were only two towels per person, so it would be convenient to have an extra hand towel. Other than that, the staff was very efficient and it was a great experience, so I think I would stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Satisfied even when staying as a pair.

    The room did not feel cramped, the bed was extremely comfortable, clean, and laundry was available, allowing for a pleasant stay. Nearby, there is an Al Plaza within walking distance for a stroll, and a FamilyMart in front of the station where you can conveniently buy dinner. The Hotel provides DART coffee packs next to the elevator. The front desk service was also good.
