    Conveniently located near Saito-Miyakonojo Station and Hiroguchi Bus Stop, making it easy to find. The building is new, and the rooms and facilities are very clean. The "Tabibito no Yu" on the first floor is a natural Onsen, very clean with a large bath where you can relax and unwind. Breakfast offers both Japanese and Western options with a good variety and delicious taste. Within a 5-minute walk, there are many izakayas (Japanese pubs) and yakiniku restaurants, so there's no need to worry about dinner. I visited an izakaya where I enjoyed Miyazaki beef, pork, and chicken at an incredible value not seen in Tokyo. If I have another chance to visit Miyakonojo, I would love to stay here again!

    Perfect for a Multiple Night Stay!

    I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The accommodation is located in the city center, making it very convenient, and the room was comfortable with no noise from adjacent rooms. The breakfast changed daily, so I never got bored. The space was neither too large nor too small—just right. Above all, the highlight was the large public bath. While there were no open-air baths, it was quiet and clean, leaving my skin feeling smooth! For eco-friendly reasons, I chose a plan without room cleaning and only requested towel replacements. This was sufficient for me. Just one thing... I noticed a smell in the elevator—perhaps because it's new? I would love to stay here again!

    Everything was great!

    Three Generations' Kyushu Trip: Grandchild, Daughter, and Grandmother The staff's service was excellent. The Room was clean, and we enjoyed the large public bath. Despite the reasonable price, it included breakfast and free parking, which made us very satisfied. We will stay here again. Thank you very much!

    A clean and comfortable Hotel

    The lobby, public bath, and guest rooms were all impeccably clean, making for a comfortable stay. (The public bath is accessed with a touch key exclusive to the women's area, ensuring safety even during late hours.) There is also one laundry machine available in the bath area, which was very convenient. The coffee provided in the lobby and the breakfast at the restaurant were both delicious. Thank you very much!

    The bed is hard.

    Since it was new, everything was clean. The large public bath was also clean and the water was good, but the only issue was that the bed was hard. If you have a Multiple Night Stay, your back and waist might hurt...

    Used for touring trips

    We visited with two motorcycles. We parked them in the covered space at the front entrance. It was very helpful as rain was forecasted for the night. When we called to inquire before our arrival, we were kindly guided, which made us feel very reassured. There was a coffee maker in the lobby, and we used it every time we returned from outside. Each gesture may be small, but the hospitality that contributes to overall satisfaction was greatly appreciated.

    Stable and reliable Route Inn quality!

    We received very courteous service, including guidance to the parking lot upon our arrival at 8 PM. The temperature and humidity in the Room were just right, making it very comfortable. The large public bath was also clean and beautiful, as expected from Route Inn, providing a stable and reliable bath for travelers. This time, we used it for sightseeing in Miyazaki and visiting the soccer camp in Miyazaki City. They also have a partnership contract with the J-League, so we always use it with peace of mind during J-League expeditions. We look forward to your continued support.

    I was able to be a good filial child.

    I had a pleasant stay during my trip with my mother. Right after checking in and dropping off our luggage in the room, we were surprised to find a ladybug in the room, but after that, there were no more insects, and we were able to enjoy a comfortable stay. The Onsen in the large public bath was very pleasant, clean, and comfortable. In the changing room, there were quite a few hairs on the floor, so it would be nice if more frequent cleaning times could be arranged. The amenities list included a shower cap, but I couldn't find one on-site, so please correct this if it's not available. The breakfast was delicious, and whenever food ran out, it was promptly replenished, so there were no issues. Thank you for making our trip to Miyakonojo comfortable.

    A clean hotel with delicious food and the added bonus of a hot spring, which made me happy.

    The hotel's facilities seem to be new, and although the meals and bath were good, the room cleaning was sloppy and disappointing. When I used the notepad next to the phone, a large amount of dust came out from the back of the notepad and dust flew around. I think the cleaning staff's checks are also sloppy. Additionally, hair was left tangled in the drain of the unit bath in the room. I used the large public bath on the first floor, so I didn't use the unit bath, but I think this hotel would be classified as a high-scoring hotel if only the cleaning were improved. I look forward to future improvements.
