    The Room was comfortable.

    Comfortable in a new Facility. It was crowded at the large public bath and breakfast venue due to group guests. The staff managing the line explained, "You can check the congestion status on your Room TV," but I wish this had been mentioned during check-in. Once you're ready to eat and leave your Room, it's hard to go back. While reading the instructions provided in the Room helps understand convenient features, important points should ideally be explained verbally. Other than that, I was satisfied.

    Enjoyed the Onsen at night and early morning. It was perfect.

    The Onsen on the 1st floor was spacious and very relaxing. I was concerned about a chlorine smell, but it was hardly noticeable. I enjoyed it twice, at night and early in the morning. The breakfast was also delicious, and the dining area was comfortably spacious. I will definitely use this facility again.

    The staff is excellent.

    The staff was excellent. I think it would be better to improve the meals even if they are charged. The content of other paid Hotels is superior to Route Inn. It's a shame because Route Inn is superior in Onsen, views, etc.

    Great satisfaction

    Thank you to the Hotel for preparing a Room on the 9th floor facing the Azuma mountain range. Although there are convenience stores and restaurants, it is in a rural area with nothing much around, but there is a beautiful Onsen with great views, making it perfect for an affordable retreat. I will come again during the May holidays and Obon.

    Bike, covered parking is helpful.

    I used this place during a motorcycle tour. Since it has been open for less than a year, it was very new and I had a pleasant stay. The parking lot is a three-story, self-parking structure, so I could park my motorcycle near the center on the first floor, allowing me to pack and change clothes without getting wet even in rainy weather, which was helpful. (I recommend parking your motorcycle near the center where it won't get rained on.) There are two convenience stores right next door, and the surrounding area is flat, so you can enter the hotel with peace of mind. Breakfast is available from 6:30, allowing you to make use of the early morning hours. I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.
