    I had doubts about the “Premium Double” category.

    I stayed in a Premium Double. First, aside from the view, I was very satisfied. I had no complaints about the Room size or Facility, and the cleanliness was excellent. There were no issues at all with the staff’s service; if I were rating hospitality alone, I would give 5 stars. However, the Room I was assigned faced a building’s equipment/mechanical room directly outside the window, as shown in the photos. I made my Reservation 22 days before my stay, so this was not a last-minute booking. I understand that even within the same Premium Double category, views can vary depending on the Room location. Still, for a Room sold under the name “Premium,” I question offering this view under the same category and pricing as other Rooms. For Rooms like this, it would be more appropriate to clearly indicate at Reservation time something like “no view” or “equipment-side,” or to sell them as a separate category with different pricing. Other than the view, there were no problems at all—the lobby services and staff were excellent. For that reason, rather than rating the Hotel overall, I rated this stay as 1 star as an evaluation of how this particular Room is positioned and sold as a “Premium Double.”

    The standalone bathtub is excellent.

    The room's bathtub is independent, which is why I made the reservation. However, the shower was painful on the body and face, possibly due to high water pressure or narrow holes. (I booked two rooms, but this refers to the larger room.) I didn't know there was a rental service for bath chairs; it would have been nice to have one. The selection of bath salts was great. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious.

    A very comfortable Business Hotel

    I stayed here last year and loved it, so I decided to visit again. The Room is simple yet comfortable, with a unique design not often seen elsewhere. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and the spacious bath feels like home, allowing you to relax without worrying about water splashing around. The sink is an extension of the counter inside the Room—an uncommon but very convenient feature. The bed is wide and offers excellent comfort for a good night's sleep. Even with a no-breakfast Plan, complimentary coffee and non-alcoholic drinks are available in the front floor area, which is much appreciated. The TV is internet-based, so regular broadcasts aren't available. While this might be disappointing for avid TV watchers, you can still watch some current shows on YouTube or other platforms without much inconvenience. Parking is available at ground level behind the building with an entrance there as well—very convenient. The front floor has sofas for waiting or meeting up with others and features seasonal decorations that add charm to your stay. Although I didn't use it myself, there’s also a coin laundry facility available. The staff left a positive impression as well!

    A hearty breakfast with a variety of small dishes

    The female staff at the front desk provided exceptional and wonderful service. Despite a mistake on our part that day, she handled it with a smile and great kindness, for which we are deeply grateful. Thank you very much. Her quick response to ensure customer satisfaction was truly professional and admirable. It’s not something everyone can do—truly impressive. The room is not very spacious but is highly functional, and having the bath and washing area separate was a great feature. Breakfast included many small dishes, and even though we had a Multiple Night Stay, the menu varied each day, making it very enjoyable and delicious. Preparing so many small dishes must have been time-consuming; we truly appreciate the effort put into providing such warm breakfasts that left us full and satisfied. We will definitely visit Aurum again next time! Thank you for everything!

    Beautiful Art Hotel

    Thank you for accommodating us so kindly despite the same-day Reservation during Golden Week. We were looking for a Hotel in Hachinohe, but since it was the same day, only smoking Rooms were available... When we searched in Misawa, Aurum came up. The Hotel interior is very clean. The staff's response was gentle and kind. The Room was also cleaned thoroughly, and even though it was a small Room, it somehow didn't feel cramped... The breakfast buffet doesn't have a large variety of dishes but is more than sufficient. Both Japanese and Western options were available. The seasoning felt heartwarming. I could eat it every day. I would love to stay here again when visiting Aomori!
