    I’d like to stay here again.

    I chose this hotel because it offers convenient access to Asue Osaka. It was very helpful that I could get there on foot or by bus. The complimentary breakfast included bread, salad, and drinks, which was sufficient. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Kaiyukan Aquarium was within walking distance as well. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    I stayed around Apri...

    I stayed around April for a live concert trip. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and attentive, and the hospitality was excellent. They kindly agreed to store my luggage, which was a great help. I believe I chose the lowest-grade Room, but it was very spacious, spotless throughout, and comfortable. When I visit the Kansai area again, I would love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

    It was a new, clean, and welcoming Hotel.

    After a live show in Morinomiya, we were looking for a Hotel where we could enjoy a girls’ get-together, and found this one with direct access on the Chuo Line (no transfers). The Room was very spacious and even had a dining table, so we could relax and chat. My friend especially loved that the toilet and bath were separate. We had twin semi-double beds and an 11:00 checkout. With the buffet breakfast included (bread, drinks, vegetable salad, and yogurt), I thought JPY 10,000 per person was a great deal. The staff quickly cleaned up a drink our toddler spilled, which left a very positive impression. It’s right by Osakako Station with convenience stores nearby, and you can also walk to Kaiyukan Aquarium. After checkout, I realized I’d left a bottle of water in the Room; when I went back to retrieve it, they kindly gave me a new replacement instead. They also stored our luggage for us, so we took our time strolling around, rode the Ferris wheel, and even did “Mt. Tempozan” (lol) before heading home. Their kindness made us feel wonderful. I think having more high-quality Hotels like this is great for improving Osaka’s image. Thank you very much.

    It was incredibly relaxing and wonderful.

    - We used the rooftop jacuzzi. Since there are apartment buildings nearby, we weren’t sure what it would be like, but soaking in the jacuzzi under the sunset and night sky felt far more open and special than we imagined—we’re truly glad we did it. The surrounding buildings are well screened by fencing while using the jacuzzi. - We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. There were about 10 kinds of delicious bread—so good you wouldn’t believe it was free—and we were very satisfied. - It seemed like an aroma mist was placed in the hallway, and the corridor smelled wonderful all the time, which made us really happy. It was a special experience and we were extremely satisfied. Thank you very much!

    Traveling with a 6-Year-Old Child

    Conveniently located near the station with two convenience stores nearby. The triple Room was spacious, had a table, and ample luggage space, making it very comfortable. A washing machine and microwave were available on the first floor, and ice could be requested at the front desk, which was very convenient. The breakfast restaurant featured a bright and open design; the donuts and bread were delicious, delighting children as well. We would love to stay here again!

    Located just two subway stops from the Osaka Expo and very close to Osaka Port Station, this Hotel offers great convenience. The Room is thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind. The breakfast is carefully prepared with attention to detail, ensuring satisfaction. It's a Hotel you'll want to visit again, even just for a stay.

    Would love to stay again!

    A space that doesn't feel like a Business Hotel. The breakfast was convenient and delightful! The proximity to the station was also great. Just two stations to the East Gate, making it an excellent location for the Expo.

    Very satisfied.

    I stayed at the accommodation to visit the Osaka Kansai Expo. The room for three people was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were separate, allowing me to relax in the bathtub. The station was almost right in front of the accommodation, and there was a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Perfect Location and Comfort for Expo and Osaka Sightseeing

    Perfect location for visiting the Expo. Right next to Exit 3 of Osaka Port Station, with three convenience stores nearby for quick purchases before heading out (as there are long lines inside the Expo). There is also a bus stop in front of the Hotel that goes to Namba. On our first day, we left our luggage at the Hotel and went to Namba for dinner and a show at Grand Kagetsu. The light breakfast served early in the morning was just right. The ice machine provides large ice cubes, which we used to fill up our bottles and added tea for hydration against heatstroke. The Room is spacious, with a large bath and bed. It comfortably accommodated four adults (including two university students) without needing an extra bed—perfect if you don’t mind sharing beds as a family! The two-piece pajamas were also very comfortable. Luggage storage after checkout costs ¥1,000 per item but was more convenient than searching for large lockers elsewhere. We appreciated being able to repack souvenirs or use the restroom when picking up our bags later on. The front desk staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely choose this Hotel again when visiting Osaka after the Expo!

    Perfect Hotel

    The breakfast was described as "light breakfast" on the reservation site, but it exceeded expectations with a surprisingly wide variety of options. The room was a Moderate Triple, and even with 3 adults and 2 young children, it was spacious enough to relax comfortably. When our child accidentally made a mess in the café, the staff quickly handled it for us, which we greatly appreciated (our apologies for the trouble). Facilities like the coin laundry and drink corner were more than sufficient. Overall, everything was excellent, making it a truly wonderful trip.

    Perfect choice for visiting the Expo!

    It was very convenient as it was only two stops by subway. The breakfast was also satisfying with options like salad and yogurt. I have already booked this place again for my next visit to the Expo in autumn. Thank you!

    "What is a desk lamp?" Surprised + Unable to use PC monitor

    The working desk is equipped, but there is no lighting on the desk. If you ask the front desk for a "desk lamp," they might not understand. There is a PC monitor, but without cables, it cannot be used and only gets in the way of watching TV. No scale rental available. No information about the sauna provided, making it difficult to use without prior knowledge.

    Hidden gem hotel!

    I had never heard of this operator before, but I was intrigued by the unusually high ratings and decided to stay. Indeed, I was surprised by the quality that lived up to its reputation. The room specifications are at a luxury level. The bathroom is spacious, and the amenities, including mini bottles, are well-stocked. The breakfast is light, but there is a good variety of bread. Additionally, despite checking in late at night, the foreign staff treated me courteously. I'm not sure if it was originally a residence or newly built under this concept, but it was a hotel I would recommend to others.
