  A new Hotel with a great atmosphere

  Conveniently located near Sakuramachi with good access. It’s new with a nice atmosphere, and although the Room was small, it was clean. The Facility felt like a minimal, compact Business Hotel. The lounge offered coffee and water, plus some popcorn and candy, and didn’t seem to be used much. Breakfast had limited variety, but I was happy to see a few Kumamoto specialties. Honestly, at weekend rates, unless you prioritize a new Hotel, there may be better options in Kumamoto at the same price point.

  Reviews

  Because I had made a Reservation in advance, I was guided to the Room using only a self-service machine. The hallway was dimly lit, and the Room also felt quite dark. I wish the bathroom had been a bit larger; it was shower-only. Since it was close to town, getting back was easy. The bed was larger than expected, so I slept comfortably.

  Three disappointing points

  Overall, it was excellent. However, I had trouble sleeping because the pillow didn’t suit me, which might be a personal preference. There was no information provided about the lounge (?), and I only realized it later. Was this because I checked in late and had limited time? Or is it not offered from the start due to cost-saving measures? Since the bed has a large gap underneath, regular checks might be a good idea.
