    We had a comfortable stay.

    This was my fourth stay with Daiwa, so it was my first time at this Hotel, but I headed there with peace of mind. It was brand-new and very clean. It was an extremely hot day, so I really appreciated the great location—close to the station, with a convenience store and department store nearby as well. Having the toilet and bath separated is definitely a plus. They also provided bath salts, so I could relax in the tub and ease my fatigue. The free coin lockers were also very convenient, as they can be used with an IC card both before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed it at a leisurely pace. I would like to stay again. When I asked about it, I was told that skincare sets are not placed at the amenities bar and must be requested at the front desk. There were also no cotton pads or cotton swabs, so I hope this will be improved.

    Following on from last year

    I stayed here again this year to attend a live show at Omiya Sonic City. On the day, heavy rain caused the trains to run at reduced speed and stop for signal equipment checks, so I arrived in Omiya about an hour later than planned. However, by the time I got there, the rain had eased and I reached the Hotel without getting wet. Check-in was quick and easy using the QR code sent to my phone. Although it wasn’t very hot that day, the humidity was high and uncomfortable, but I was able to relax comfortably in my air-conditioned Room until doors opened. After the show, I enjoyed dinner at an izakaya I had reserved, and since it was only about an 8-minute walk back to the Hotel, it was very convenient. I soaked in a hot bath with the provided bath salts and slept soundly. The next morning, I had breakfast at the familiar second-floor restaurant. This time I mainly chose Western-style dishes, but when I went to get coffee, I spotted curry and ended up eating more than I should have. If there’s another event in Omiya, I’ll likely stay here again.

    This is the most recommended Hotel in Omiya.

    I made a Reservation for my parents and accompanied them at check-in. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the lobby had a spot to write Tanabata wishes, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They upgraded our Room, and it was clean, spacious, and even equipped with a massage chair—my parents and I were thrilled! There was also a powder-room-style area and many other thoughtful amenities. They said the breakfast was delicious as well, and next time I’d love to stay here with them.

    A Convenient Base for Exploring Omiya & Kawagoe

    Although the property is relatively new, the cleanliness and overall condition of the guest rooms are truly exceptional. While the furnishings are not particularly luxurious, they are very well designed and crafted—just what you would expect from a Hotel affiliated with a homebuilder. It may be categorized as a Business Hotel, but it offers value beyond that.

    It was great.

    The walk from the station was tough while pulling luggage, but the Hotel itself was good. It was new and clean. I was happy that checkout was at 12:00 (as a Diamond member). Also, it was a bit disappointing that items like the breakfast rice bowls were plastic.

    I choose Daiwa Royne...

    I choose Daiwa Roynet in other prefectures as well. This was my second stay at this Hotel. Since I was on the lobby floor last time, I requested a higher floor. I was assigned a room on the top floor. Thank you very much. The Facility and staff service are consistently high quality. There is an amenity bar, which is common in hotels of this class these days, and I think it’s good that guests can choose what they need. The area around the ground floor was shared with other facilities and a bit hard to understand.

    It was my first time using this service.

    This was my first stay. I was shown to a Room on the top floor, and I could see both the Shinkansen and Mt. Fuji. Since I don’t usually get to see them, I was really excited. The Room was also clean, and I had a very fulfilling time. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    This was my first time using it.

    Check-in and check-out are completed without going through the front desk, but for those of us from the Showa generation, there was no chance to enjoy a conversation with Hotel staff, which felt a little lonely (we have to adapt to the times). Since the guest rooms are on the upper floors of the building, the view is excellent! I used the breakfast service, but you need to go down to the 2nd floor, so if you want to avoid waiting, I recommend going right after it opens. The room was more than spacious enough, and I was satisfied with the in-room bath as well. Vending machines are only available in limited locations, but chopsticks, spoons, paper cups, and a microwave are available free of charge.

    An Even Better-Than-Expected Hotel

    We stayed one night in a twin Room with a sofa bed for three people. The layout is efficient and very easy to use. The bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower, which was perfect for filling the tub and soaking. The breakfast buffet was also delicious—I had two bowls of rice with grilled salmon and mentaiko. The location is close to Omiya Station, and parking is available in the same building for 1,500 yen per 24 hours, which is very convenient.

    Smoking Room

    There were only smoking Rooms available, and the moment I opened the Room door, the smell was so bad that I felt I couldn’t stay. I sprayed the deodorizer provided in the Room on the walls and ceiling, but it didn’t help at all. Only the bathroom didn’t smell. The bed sheets didn’t smell, but there was an odor coming from the bedding, and I couldn’t sleep.

    Everyone was kind. I took a wrong turn on the way from the station, but the Hotel is tall and easy to spot, so I was glad I found it quickly. There is also parking, a convenience store, and a 24-hour pharmacy nearby, which is very convenient. I would like to stay here again next time I take the Shinkansen from Omiya.

    Comfortable

    This was my second stay. The Room is spacious and well cleaned, making it very comfortable, so I really like it. When staying in Omiya, this Hotel is my only choice. I look forward to staying again.

    Great value for the price.

    It was my first time using this Hotel, and the timing was perfect as it was reasonably priced. I enjoyed great views of Mount Fuji both in the evening and morning. The bath was spacious, separated from the toilet and sink, and I could relax on the massage chair. The breakfast, though I chose a 4-item option, was quite good. We stayed as a couple, and this has become one of the Hotels we’d like to visit again!

    The Hotel entrance was hard to find. In the evening, we could see the silhouette of Mount Fuji. At the restaurant, it was difficult to locate items as Japanese and Western dishes were mixed together, but the taste was good.

    The front desk service is...

    I stayed at this Hotel for my first visit to Omiya. The male staff were cheerful, polite, and made the experience pleasant, but the female staff were unfriendly, spoke quietly, and honestly left me disappointed.

    The bathroom was small, and the drain was slow, which was unpleasant.

    I have stayed at this Hotel many times and generally found it comfortable, but this time I left the Room assignment up to the Hotel and was given an accessible Room. The bathtub was extremely small, and the drainage was so slow that the water I rinsed off kept pooling around my feet, which was very unpleasant. Debris also came up from the drain, and overall it was simply uncomfortable. The accessible Room was difficult to use for a non-disabled guest, and with such an unpleasant bath experience, it wasn’t relaxing at all. Even if I leave the Room assignment to the Hotel, being shown such a poor Room made me feel there was a lack of consideration and reassurance. I stay in Hotels more than 100 nights a year, and this Room ranks in my worst three; for this price range, it felt unacceptable.

    This is my second stay.

    The view from the upper floors is excellent, with beautiful rainy nightscapes and morning city views. It’s convenient as you can reach the convenience store without getting wet in the rain. The signage within the facility is clear and easy to follow. While it’s a short walk from the station, it’s not a burdensome distance. I chose Daiwa Roynet again this time for its cleanliness and comfort.

    Clean and nice as mentioned in the reviews.

    Due to unforeseen circumstances (evening toilet clogging at home, repair scheduled for tomorrow), I urgently booked and stayed here. It was a twin non-smoking room. As mentioned in other reviews, it was clean. The TV is a large 50-inch model, and the bathroom and toilet are separated with a bathtub available for filling. The Panasonic hairdryer had strong airflow, which was great. There is a refrigerator but no freezer function. The bed was on the softer side, and the shirt gown was spacious and comfortable. Overall, it was compact yet sleek and functional—very satisfying!

    It was comfortable!

    I stayed at the accommodation because of a concert at Saitama Super Arena. It was close to the station and within walking distance to the arena. The massage chair was very convenient, and I appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate. The bed was large, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Although I didn’t use it, amenities were available as a self-service option at the front desk if needed. After returning to the hotel from the concert and changing completely, I thought it would have been nice to grab some tea bags earlier. There was a 7-Eleven on the first floor, which was very convenient. When leaving the convenience store, I tried using one elevator on the first floor of the building but noticed it didn’t seem to come down anytime soon. It’s better to use an elevator from the second floor instead; however, even then, it felt somewhat slow in arriving. That’s about all that bothered me during my stay. The staff were friendly as well. It was my first time using an automated check-in machine, but even for me, it was easy to complete without any issues. If given another opportunity, I would definitely stay here again! Coincidentally, my reservation for another hotel in a different prefecture is also with Daiwa Roynet Hotels; thanks to this experience during this stay here—I feel confident about staying there too!

    You can enjoy views of Mount Fuji and the skyscrapers of Shinjuku.

    The room was clean and functional. The view was amazing. It was surprising to see not only the nearby Super Arena and Shinjuku skyscrapers but also Mount Fuji. The separate bathroom allowed for a relaxing soak, which was very enjoyable. The bed was spacious, and the warm bedding ensured a good night's sleep. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. The dining area was open and comfortable, allowing for a leisurely experience. I will definitely choose this hotel whenever I visit Omiya.

    Conveniently located near Omiya Station

    I stayed at this Hotel near Saitama Super Arena. It was convenient as it’s a 2-minute train ride from Saitama Shintoshin to Omiya Station, and within walking distance from Omiya Station. The room was spacious and comfortable for relaxing, and the breakfast was good. There’s also a convenience store and pharmacy on the hotel’s first floor, which added to the convenience. One thing I noticed about the linens is that it would have been nice to have hand towels available.

    It was great.

    Ended my trip with a stay at this accommodation near Omiya after getting off the Shinkansen, as it had great reviews. Thank you for the warm and friendly check-in service. The room was exceptionally clean, with an amazing view of both the Shinkansen and mountains—absolutely satisfying. Having separate toilet and bath facilities made it even better. The breakfast was delicious, and being greeted with "Have a nice day" by the restaurant staff gave me a comforting feeling. During check-out, I noticed excellent communication among the staff, which left a very positive impression. I understand how busy it must be, but please continue providing such outstanding service. I look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you!

    First-time Use

    This was my first time using this service. I stayed with small children, and we enjoyed the great view. Even with No Meals Included, we were able to fully enjoy our stay, so I would like to use it again. Overall, it left a very good impression.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    The Room was clean as it is still new. The semi-separate bath with a washing area was very convenient. The breakfast buffet had a homemade feel, with delicious Japanese side dishes and hamburg steaks. The rice was also tasty, along with mentaiko, pickled plums, and grilled fish, making me want to stay again. However, the cleaning service was disappointing. I stayed for three nights, but on the second day (July 29), the trash I saw in the morning remained untouched, and it was obvious that no vacuuming had been done. Since the carpet is not very noticeable, it felt like corners were being cut. A green rubber piece remained on the floor along with other trash scattered around—it was quite disappointing. On the third day (July 30), when I returned from going out, everything had been properly cleaned and there was no trash left behind; this made me think that whoever handled cleaning on the second day did a poor job. Since the meals were excellent, I hope this issue will be improved in the future.

    New Hotel

    Easily accessible and close to Omiya Station. The Hotel is clean, with a convenience store on the first floor, making it very convenient. Nearby, there is an affordable high-end sushi restaurant that seems appealing not only to Japanese but also to international guests. Highly recommended Hotel.
