    Compared to when it first opened, the staff service has improved significantly,\nand it is a Hotel you can use with confidence whenever you have business in Kato City.

    The bath and the breakfast buffet are great.

    I enjoyed the morning curry—it was delicious. It was a single Room, but the bed was spacious, which was great. I would have preferred a slightly higher pillow. (If there had been two pillows, I could have adjusted it...)

    We always use this accommodation for an overnight stay before golf. The room is clean and tidy. My husband seems very pleased with the large public bath and enjoyed bathing early in the morning. This time, I forgot something, but since we live far away, you kindly sent it to us, for which we are truly grateful. Thank you so much. We will stay here again.

    It was comfortable.

    This was my first time staying here. I arrived by car, and it was conveniently located near the Takino Interchange with a spacious and easy-to-use parking lot. The Room was clean, and I enjoyed relaxing in the large public bath both at night and the following morning. I had a very comfortable stay and would love to use this place again in the future.

    Convenient Room

    It was my first time using this service, and I felt the Room was thoughtfully designed. There were power outlets exactly where I needed them, and the lights could be adjusted in detail, which was great. I used the large public bath around 11 PM, and since no one else was there, I had it all to myself. Soaking in the hot water really relieved my fatigue and felt wonderful. Additionally, I had to make a schedule change, but the staff kindly assisted me with it, which was very helpful. I would love to use this service again.

    Disappointing

    I live in a Hotel 365 days a year. I would appreciate it if you could handle things a little more efficiently. I use it to care for my grandparents in the countryside. I would be happy if you could handle things a little more smoothly.

    Due to the breakfast...

    Due to the breakfast being crowded, it couldn't be helped, but it felt like the replenishment couldn't keep up, and I couldn't eat what I wanted, which was disappointing. It's been like this every time lately.

    It was easy to find right after exiting the highway, and the staff's attitude was pleasant, making for a comfortable 2-night stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bedside lamp had a timer, which was convenient. The laundry corner was divided by doors for men and women, showing thoughtful consideration. I appreciated being able to enjoy delicious coffee freely until 10 a.m. from the machine in the lobby, which was great for a coffee lover like me. I would like to stay here again the next time I visit Kato City.
