    Thank you for the convenient location near the station!

    I’d been looking forward to my trip to Kanazawa, but just before arrival the weather turned terrible—torrential rain and even lightning. I remembered how close it is to the station, so I left my luggage before check-in and went out exploring. On the way back, I stored my bags again and enjoyed shopping for souvenirs hands-free, then had lunch and tea and made the most of Kanazawa. I’d like to stay here again on my next trip. So grateful for the great location near the station!

    It was great being so close to the station.

    It’s close to Kanazawa Station, and I was able to get there without getting wet even though it was raining. They also upgraded my Room to a larger one, and since it was a corner Room, it was quiet and I could relax. The only disappointment was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all—maybe it was just on the day I stayed. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to use again when I come back to Kanazawa.

    It was a stylish Hotel.

    I chose this place because it was close to the event venue. I wasn’t sure whether to stay near Kanazawa Station or near Kenrokuen Garden, but I’m glad I chose the area near the station, where souvenir shops and shopping malls stay open late. The Room was so clean that I wondered, “Is this price really okay?” I couldn’t use the on-site parking lot, but there were plenty of coin-operated parking lots nearby. However, they were almost all full on the weekend. It was my first time back in Kanazawa in decades, and I didn’t get to see everything. I’d love to visit again. Thank you very much.

    Relax and enjoy delicious food.

    Both the Room and the bath were spacious, and I had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast is a set Japanese meal, but it was delicious, and you can serve yourself as much rice as you like, so I had no complaints. It’s close to the station, so shopping and dining were very convenient. The only slight disappointment was seeing the neighboring Dormy Inn sign advertising an Onsen, which made me wish for that instead. It would have been even better if there were a large public bath.

    I was completely satisfied.

    Conveniently located near the station. The Room is not very large, but I had no complaints. Breakfast was not buffet-style, but it was delicious and served in a satisfying portion. I was able to stay at an affordable price and had an enjoyable trip.

    Higher prices during Golden Week—especially on May 3—are unavoidable.

    Travel is expensive everywhere during Golden Week, and on May 3—especially in popular Kanazawa—it was hard even to secure Accommodation. I was lucky to find that this Hotel had just one room available and book it. I really appreciated being able to stay in a convenient location at a reasonable price.

    Very comfortable

    It was my first time staying at a Business Hotel, but most of what I needed was available on the front desk floor, and the Room also had slippers, so it was comfortable. The Room was spacious enough as well. I would like to stay here again in the future.

    The best part is being just steps from the station!

    It was very convenient—about a 2-minute walk from the large Kanazawa Station, making it easy to get around. Check-in was self-service using a machine, and the process was completed quickly by entering only my last name. I received a card key and a slip with the Room number and headed up to my Room. I made a Reservation for a single Room, but it turned out to be a triple Room with one double bed plus one semi-double bed, so I was able to sleep comfortably on the double bed. The Room was well cleaned, there is also a large public bath, and amenities were well stocked (basic skincare items are provided via the front desk), which was very helpful. It wasn’t any trouble to go shopping at the station and come back to drop off my bags. At that time, I also enjoyed free coffee in the lobby and relaxed with it in my Room. I would like to stay here again when I visit Kanazawa.

    Very comfortable

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay, and perhaps because I happened to be in a corner Room, it was very quiet and I was able to rest well every day. After walking around and getting tired, the complimentary bath salts were a welcome touch. The front desk staff were polite and attentive without being overbearing. Above all, the location is extremely convenient, so I will stay here again.

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station, the Room was more spacious than expected and very comfortable. Since there was no cleaning service from the beginning, it was clear that no one would enter the Room for cleaning, which allowed for a worry-free stay.

    If you choose No Meals Included, this is a highly recommended Hotel.

    My husband stayed at this accommodation. According to him, it is conveniently located near the station, the room was spacious and clean, the bed and amenities were excellent, and the bathtub was larger than average. The staff were also very kind. For this price with such quality, he would definitely like to stay here again. However, he mentioned that breakfast was underwhelming. While they tried to make it visually appealing with a boat-shaped platter presentation, the grilled fish seemed boiled instead. The venue for breakfast was a robatayaki restaurant on the first floor, but he felt that the food seemed like leftovers from the previous day and did not match its price value. Fortunately, there are bakeries and cafes nearby, so next time he plans to choose "No Meals Included" and have breakfast outside instead. Despite this issue with breakfast, he rated it as an excellent hotel overall. His satisfaction rating has been slightly reduced due to breakfast; however, if staying without meals included (No Meals Included), it would be a perfect score according to him.

    I would like to stay here again.

    Close to the station and surrounded by commercial facilities, making it very convenient. The rooms are clean, and for a Business Hotel at this price, both the Room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. Amenities include essentials like skincare products and bath salts, which can be freely taken as needed—a nice touch. There is also a complimentary drink machine on the first floor. I would love to stay here again.

    First time at Smile Hotel

    Used for travel. As expected from Smile Hotel, the amenities are from the "Hajimari" series and of high quality. The room is clean and stylish, with a spacious desk that makes it convenient for business use as well. After self-check-in, accommodation details are explained to you. The front desk staff varies between professional hotel personnel and part-time workers. Since I opted for a breakfast-inclusive plan, I was instructed to go to the connected bar/restaurant for breakfast. During self-check-in, two receipts were printed out; however, I didn’t realize one of them was the breakfast ticket until the next morning when I went down without it and had to rush back to my room to retrieve it (luckily, I hadn’t thrown it away). As my schedule was tight with plans to catch an early train for sightseeing, this caused some stress. A brief explanation about this during check-in would have been helpful. Other than that, everything was fine!

    The price is affordable, and the location is close to the station, which is great. However, the parking lot at the Hotel only allows cars to exit starting from 7 AM, which was inconvenient. The nearby coin parking was expensive for an overnight stay, so I would rate it four stars.

    I had reserved a single room but was upgraded to a spacious twin room on the day of check-in! For around 8,400 yen using points as is, I was very satisfied. The room was kept clean with no issues. Check-in and check-out were automated, and amenities were centralized at the front desk to cut labor costs, but there were no problems at all. For this price near Kanazawa Station, I would definitely stay again. The only downside was the breakfast set served at the attached izakaya. The main dish of dried fish was so hard that chopsticks couldn’t go through it. Even though it’s mirin-dried fish, I had to stab it with chopsticks and bite into it directly. It would be nice if milk or coffee could be included in the Japanese-style breakfast set as well—though there is self-serve coffee in the lobby. Overall, it was a satisfying hotel experience and much better than my experience with the same chain in Osaka Senri!

    Very satisfied.

    I stayed for one night. The location was excellent, being close to the station. There were several types of bath additives to choose from, allowing me to relax in the bath. The Room was a twin, spacious and comfortable, with large chairs that made working on my computer easy.

    It was a clean and beautiful Room.

    Conveniently located near the station. Even in bad weather, you can reach the Hotel with minimal exposure to rain if Kanazawa Forus next door is open. The price was affordable, so I didn't have high expectations, but the Room was clean and the Facility was excellent. This is a self-check-in and check-out type of Hotel. If you're unsure about anything, the front desk staff will assist you. Amenities are available at the front desk for guests to take to their Rooms themselves. A modern Hotel that eliminates unnecessary frills.

    A budget-friendly Hotel with an excellent location

    Stayed for two nights for sightseeing in Kanazawa. The location is excellent, just about a 2-minute walk from Kanazawa Station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding dinner was not an issue. It’s also convenient to access major attractions by taxi or bus. As a new Hotel, the Room was clean and spacious enough, with a comfortable bathroom featuring a larger-than-average bathtub. Breakfast is served at an izakaya within the Hotel, offering a Japanese set meal. The main dish was grilled fish accompanied by several small side dishes, rice, and miso soup (with free refills). Served on a boat-shaped platter gave it an elegant touch; however, the quality was average. The only drinks available were cold tea and water, which felt slightly lacking. The front desk staff provided pleasant service; however, despite booking under a Plan requiring membership in their program, no guidance about this was given until I asked to register myself. Overall, it’s reasonably priced and very convenient for sightseeing in Kanazawa!

    Spacious, affordable, and very close to the station.

    A very satisfying 2-night stay. Just 3 minutes from the station, spacious enough, and very reasonably priced. The izakaya on the first floor was delicious, and all the staff were very kind with wonderful smiles.

    Best value for money

    The price was just over 3000 yen, so I didn't have high expectations for the cleanliness of the Room, but it was surprisingly new and conveniently located near the station with excellent Facilities. The amenities were plentiful, including tea, bath additives, makeup remover, and skincare products, making my stay very comfortable. The only downside was the location of the Room; it didn't get much sunlight and was dark even in the morning. I would love to stay again—thank you for your hospitality!

    I was looking forward to the set meal as I'm not a big fan of buffets, but the grilled fish was tough and the small bowl contained something sweet that didn't seem like a side dish. The pickles were just one small piece. It's disappointing because the rice and miso soup were delicious. I've used it twice, but I hope for better in the future.

    Staying for a live e...

    Staying for a live event in Kanazawa City. The room was more spacious than expected, and it helped relieve the fatigue after the rain-soaked live event. The front desk and cleaning staff were all very friendly with their smiles. I couldn't eat breakfast due to not feeling well, but my companion said it was delicious.

    Reasonable & Comfortable

    I used it on a weekday in December. It was a twin Room, but the price was very reasonable for the size of the Room and the service. There was a hair iron rental, which made my daughter happy. The small Christmas gift in front of the elevator was also heartwarming. Thank you very much.
