This Hotel with a la...
This Hotel with a large public bath was very comfortable. Washing my scalp with the ReFa shower head felt so refreshing that it made me want one. Maybe because I took my time in the carbonated bath, I slept very well. Breakfast was delicious too, and I’d definitely like to stay again. One thing I noticed: there was a hole in the Room’s toilet door, possibly from the Room’s doorknob hitting it when the toilet door was open. We didn’t cause it, but we weren’t sure whether we should mention it and ended up not saying anything. The hole doesn’t go all the way through, but it doesn’t look great, so I think it would be better to cover it with tape in a matching color or something similar.

If the Wi‑Fi signal is weak, please let us know and we can bring an additional router.
The Room is new and spacious, yet affordable, which I really appreciate. However, I had several complaints. Still, it’s good value for the price (except for breakfast). The Wi‑Fi signal was weak, but when I told the front desk they brought a router. Some guests probably just put up with it and use their own data. Breakfast is expensive, and it doesn’t feel like Tsukiji at all. Charging the same 3,300 yen as La Vista Tokyo Bay—which really has that Toyosu vibe—makes me wonder. I was also surprised by how tiny the salmon roe at the “seafood corner” was; I didn’t even know roe could be that small. It feels like they built the shell first and then added things afterward, so everything ends up feeling cramped. Isn’t the area in front of the large public bath reception bigger than the space in front of the front desk? It also feels like they decided to add an in-room safe later—it's placed sideways directly on the floor. Am I supposed to press the buttons with my foot? There had to be a better way. Whoever designed this place—its layout especially—was probably a careless person of small stature.

We stayed with three...
We stayed with three adults and two children using Child Sharing Existing Bedding. The Room was spacious and very clean, so we had a comfortable stay. They pushed three 140 cm-wide beds together perfectly, and even with five of us we could lie down without feeling cramped. From the Room, we could see the illuminated Kachidoki Bridge (I think) and the Rainbow Bridge beyond it (is that right?), which made us very happy. We used the large public bath at night and early in the morning, and it was quiet both times. Especially in the early morning, I had it all to myself—an incredibly luxurious experience. At the breakfast buffet, the Chinese rice porridge was delicious. My grandchildren went back for seconds of chicken many times. Since this is Tsukiji, my husband was looking forward to salmon roe, but he seemed a little disappointed that “the portions were small.” There weren’t a lot of items overall, but I was satisfied. I also appreciated the drink service near the front desk and used it several times. One note: please bring pajamas for children sharing existing bedding—otherwise they’ll end up sleeping naked.

It was a Hotel where I could relax at a very leisurely pace.
I stayed here for a 3-day, 2-night trip to visit my hometown. The Room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and I was able to relax comfortably as if I were at home. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I really enjoyed it—especially making my own seafood rice bowl. Right after parking in the tower, I realized I had left something in the car. Even though check-in was busy, the staff responded immediately. I truly appreciated their pleasant and helpful service. There are just a couple of minor points I'd like to mention. First, perhaps because it was hot and used frequently, the area around the ice dispenser in the lobby was covered with ice. Also, possibly due to running out of ice, no ice came out. Second, the carbonated bath in the large public bath felt a bit cool. I understand this may be to enhance the effects of the carbonated bath, but I think raising it slightly—to around 37°C—would be nice. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and was extremely satisfied. If given another opportunity, I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

There was just one disappointing thing.
The Facility, guest room, location, and staff were all excellent. However, while a reservation-only parking system is fine, there is no affiliated parking. When I asked the staff, I was told to use a nearby parking lot. There are indeed many lots close by, but at 300 yen per 15 minutes, it ends up being cheaper not to stay overnight. I wish they had informed me about lots with daily caps or night rates. While I was looking into this, I missed the bath because it closes at 11:30 PM, which was disappointing.

It was a wonderful trip.
It was a very satisfying stay. The Room was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were courteous and attentive, making our stay very pleasant. One small issue was that the shower water pressure in the large public bath was a bit weak. Other than that, it was a wonderful Hotel, and I would definitely like to stay again.

At the end, I thought it was a person.
The Hotel was located just past the Tsukiji Outer Market. It was hot and we wanted to leave our luggage, so we arrived early, and the staff kindly told us to relax in the lounge with a cold drink to cool down, which we really appreciated. There were several other guests there as well. There were books available too, so we could take our time and unwind. Since we hadn’t had lunch yet, we asked for a place to eat, and they even called to check and then recommended a spot. It was inexpensive and the food was very good. They also let us into our Room a little earlier than scheduled, and we were able to enjoy the bath at a quiet time without crowds. We were a bit surprised by how many international visitors were around for the Tsukiji Outer Market, but everyone seemed busy sightseeing—so even though I used the bath three times, it stayed relaxing and uncrowded. Tsukiji Hongwanji Temple and Shinbashi Enbujo Theater are both within walking distance, and there is also a clean coin laundry room and nice baths. There is no Accommodation Tax either. The staff are kind—highly recommended Hotel.

The staff were very accommodating toward children.
They prepared a kids’ amenity set for us (the slippers were especially helpful). The in-room bath also had a washing area, which was great for traveling with children. (With me + my sister + two boys, it’s hard to take them to the public bath.) The Room was spacious and clean, and the two boys were really happy. Breakfast had a wide variety and generous portions, and the staff refilled items frequently, so we were very satisfied. A couple of small things I noticed: 1) We sent two packages to the Hotel—one shipped from home and one from the airport. We were told “both are in your Room,” but in fact the one from the airport was being kept at the front desk (a communication mix-up?). 2) I felt that some detailed cleaning could have been better. There was tangled hair in a drawer containing an emergency light (I don’t think anyone would normally open it, but I did while looking for a charger), and something like an eyebrow cap—possibly left by a previous guest—was on the floor under the sink. However, they addressed (1) right away, and since there were so many guests staying that it seemed understandable given their turnover rate, (2) didn’t bother me too much. It’s walkable to Higashi-Ginza, but a taxi is about 1,000 yen. Also, you can get directly from Higashi-Ginza to Haneda without transfers, which made getting back very easy. Overall, it’s conveniently located for sightseeing.

Wait—there’s a place like this here?!
A Hotel right in the heart of Tsukiji—what a find! The exterior is very sophisticated, and check-in was smooth and pleasant. Although compact, the service was thoughtful and covered all the little details, making for a very comfortable stay. The Room also scored highly with separate bath and toilet. Breakfast was good, but since it’s in Tsukiji, I later wished I had enjoyed eating out in Tsukiji as part of the experience. At the large public bath, there were many inbound visitors from Asia, and I found myself surprised quite often—not the Hotel’s fault, but it did feel a bit confusing. Overall, I enjoyed a refreshing “staycation” with my daughter. Thank you very much!

Kind and helpful service
Thank you for taking care of us. The Facility was clean throughout. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant, and when I dropped my chopsticks and my grandchild spilled a small amount of drink and we were wiping it up with a wet towel, the staff came over right away to help—we were truly impressed by the service. Also, regarding my grandchild’s forgotten item, you contacted the taxi company for us, and then found it in our Room and sent it to us the same day. We apologize for the trouble, and thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

It was a comfortable stay.
Because of the heat and rain, I arrived about 15 minutes earlier than planned, and I was glad I could check in. I enjoyed a free coffee in my Room and rested before heading out to the theater. Choosing this Hotel was the right decision in terms of both location and service. Breakfast the next morning was even better than expected. The Room was clean, but perhaps the air conditioner wasn’t working properly— even after lowering the temperature and switching to dehumidify, it still felt a bit warm and stuffy. I used the large public bath at night, but unfortunately ended up sharing it with someone with poor manners. The next morning, I noticed you can check how crowded the public bath is—next time I’ll check first! It’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

A clean and comfortable Business Hotel with a large public bath
Conveniently located near both Tsukiji Shijo Station and Tsukiji Station, with Ginza and Tsukishima within walking distance. There’s also a convenience store next to the Hotel, so the location is hard to beat. The building is still fairly new and very clean. On the 1st floor there’s a free coffee machine, and the lounge has a foosball table and a library—likely geared toward international guests. The twin Room isn’t large, but the toilet, sink area, and shower booth are completely separated, which made it very comfortable. My Room had only a shower (no bathtub), but since there’s a large public bath on-site, I actually preferred it. The view was almost nonexistent because the window faced the neighboring wall, though I imagine other Rooms or higher floors might be better. One puzzling thing was that there was nowhere to hang towels anywhere in the Room, including around the sink area. It was really difficult to figure out where to put wet hand towels, face towels, and bath towels. The large public bath was excellent—plenty of washing stations and even a sauna. The spacious and relaxing post-bath lounge had free soft drinks and a manga library, and many guests were unwinding there. Overall it was clean, comfortable, great value for money—I’m very glad I chose this Hotel.

Clean, great value for money, and the large public bath is incredibly relaxing!!
The Room was very clean. We stayed in a Comfort Twin, and it was incredibly spacious. From the window, we could see Toyosu’s high-rise apartments and the Rainbow Bridge, and the night view was stunning! The beds were a low-profile design, so we could relax and spend time comfortably in a calm atmosphere. The interior was lovely, and we felt very relaxed. In the large public bath, there were ReFa shower heads and premium hair dryers. I’d been wanting to try them, so I was happy to be able to use them. The baths are well equipped, including a 37°C carbonated bath, a plain hot bath around 40°C, a cold bath, and a sauna. Cleansing oil/gel, face wash, and basic skincare products are also available in the public bath area, which helped us pack lighter. This Room also had a facial steamer for skincare. Outside the public bath area there is a spacious post-bath relaxation space where you can also enjoy manga. In the lounge next to the front desk, there were many picture books and interesting books that you can read freely—it was really enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious—the salmon roe, salmon, and sweet shrimp were especially amazing. There were also more side dishes than we could finish, plus bread and sweets, so it felt very luxurious. Everything tasted great. All of the staff were kind and sincere—it was an extremely satisfying Hotel stay. We’d love to come again!!! We had such a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

The large public bath was not used.
It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it’s a clean and nice Hotel. The Facilities were well equipped. Although I didn’t use the large public bath, it was disappointing that the Room only had a shower. I was a little uneasy because there were many international guests, but it wasn’t particularly noisy and I had a comfortable stay.

The large public bath was great.
I stayed the night before due to an early-morning medical checkup. You can go to the large public bath in the in-house loungewear, and it was great to have a ReFa shower head, a high-performance hair dryer, and lockers with keys. The sauna was very hot at 100°C and felt intense, and on my second visit I was disappointed by loud talking from overseas guests. I couldn’t eat because it was the day before my checkup, but the staff seemed to recommend the meals.

First time staying in Tsukiji!
It was conveniently located near the Tsukiji Outer Market. The Room was spacious and clean. There was also a facial steamer, which I was glad to try. The large public bath and sauna were also clean. For breakfast, I had hoped for a bit more fresh seafood, but the selection was somewhat limited—perhaps because there are so many sushi restaurants nearby. The grilled fish was delicious. If I have the chance to visit Tsukiji again, I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

The large public bath was very relaxing.
I stayed here for a week while holding a solo exhibition in Ginza. I made the Reservation because the hotel has a large public bath and the Room is spacious. At first I thought the large public bath was a natural Onsen, but it wasn’t, which was disappointing. Still, there was a carbonated bath, so it warmed me up. As other Reviews mentioned, the 36°C carbonated bath is larger while the 40°C plain hot water bath is smaller, so when it’s crowded the plain hot water bath feels very cramped. (Written by my wife) Since we stayed in a suite, the Room size was more than sufficient. However, although there is a sink in the toilet area, there was no towel rack. We had no choice but to wrap a towel around below the faucet to manage. Do guests just grab the door handle with wet hands? Also, the bed felt like it sank under my body and made it hard to turn over in my sleep. And even though it’s a twin room, the beds were pushed tightly together, making it very difficult for one person to get out of bed when getting up to use the toilet at night. I’d like you to make each bed slightly narrower and leave some space between them. I believe it’s not good for your sleeping姿 to be reflected in mirrors, so I thought it was a good idea that the vanity mirror can be rotated. I was happy that samue loungewear was provided. However, slippers don’t feel secure enough for going straight to the baths or restaurant; sturdier sandals would be helpful. I looked forward to breakfast and was glad they had curry (my favorite) and rice porridge (my wife’s favorite). My wife also looked forward to salmon roe, but she said it smelled fishy and she couldn’t eat it. We normally don’t leave food behind, but she felt sick from it and left some uneaten. It was disappointing given how close Tsukiji is. When breakfast got busy, they couldn’t keep up with refilling food—many items were empty—and plates and cups also ran out. I think there were far too few staff. All staff members were very brisk and pleasant in their service. During our stay we used the baths twice daily (morning and evening), so even if we left towels at the bath area each time, they handed us new ones immediately when we asked. If I have another opportunity, I’d like to stay again. I hope both Rooms and baths will be improved by then.

I stayed here.
This is my third stay at a TOSEI Hotel. I was satisfied with my previous stay, so I chose to stay again this time. The Facility is great, and I’m especially happy that each Room has its own bath. I was also pleased that the breakfast had improved compared to last time. I’d like to stay again on my next visit.

No coffee service available!
This was my second stay. The complimentary coffee machine was out of order, so I couldn’t use it. However, the notice saying it was out of order was neatly laminated, so it didn’t seem like a recent issue. Was the real reason cost-cutting? It felt like a decline in service. Very disappointing.

Excellent!!
Although check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, they kindly let us into our Room at 2:30 PM. They also had bottled water properly prepared, which I thought was only available after completing the survey. The highly rated breakfast exceeded expectations!! While it’s a bit far from the station, we enjoyed Tsukiji, rested well, and on top of that had access to the Onsen until 9:00 AM the next day as much as we liked. On our way out, we made our next Reservation.

We had a wonderful stay.
I stayed one night in a Moderate Twin Room with my daughter. The bath, toilet, and water areas were clean and easy to use. I also appreciated having an air purifier. At check-in, I paid for breakfast and added it to our stay. My daughter, who loves salmon roe, mainly chose Japanese dishes, while I prefer Western options like bread, soup, salad, eggs, and clam chowder—we probably tried almost everything between the two of us. It was all very delicious. I’d almost stay again just for the breakfast. I had two minor complaints: the bath water was lukewarm and felt cold, and I would have liked two pillows per person on the bed. Still, we really enjoyed our two days. Thank you again—I’d love to stay again.

Comfortable for a Multiple Night Stay
Good value for money. My Room had a shower only, but the shower area felt more spacious than a typical unit bath and also felt safer. I also used the large public bath, which was among the best in its class for a Business Hotel, with two large tubs and a sauna. Most guests were foreigners, so it almost felt like being abroad. Everyone was pleasant, and since it’s a new Hotel, I couldn’t hear voices from the hallway and was able to spend my time quietly. Breakfast was decent.

It was great.
They kindly stored our luggage before check-in, and once we checked in, it had already been delivered to our Room. Wonderful. The welcome drink and the lounge after a bath were excellent—everything was taken care of. The location is also great: just a little away from the bustle of Tsukiji, yet a convenience store is right nearby. It was a new, very clean, and lovely Hotel. Thank you for your hospitality.

Quiet Hotel
This Hotel is located right next to Tsukiji Outer Market. I was worried about noise because it seemed popular with international guests, but it was very quiet and relaxing. Since I went during breakfast hours, the large public bath was almost empty, so I could enjoy it comfortably. The large public bath also has a carbonated bath, which made it easy to unwind for a long time.

Beautiful Accommodation
I stayed here with my elderly mother because we wanted an Accommodation with a large public bath. Everything was clean overall, and the hotel staff were kind. We were very satisfied with the large public bath and sauna. It was also great that we could enjoy authentic coffee anytime on the first floor. It was a bit disappointing that it’s far from the station, but the bus stop is nearby, so we got around by bus. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

Delicious breakfast
I stayed for one night during my sightseeing trip. The accommodation was overall clean and comfortable. The large public bath had both lukewarm and hot water options. Breakfast included seafood and toppings for rice bowls, offering such variety that I felt I wouldn't get tired of it even after multiple stays. It was delicious. With the nearby Tsukiji Market, this is an accommodation I'd like to stay at again just for the breakfast.

Year-end use
The front desk staff provided very attentive service. The amenities and bath were also excellent. However, the shared restroom had accumulated trash, which was surprising—likely due to the behavior of some guests. Overall, I was satisfied and would like to stay here again.

The breakfast buffet is excellent.
I stayed here for a concert in Ariake. It was very helpful that they stored my luggage before check-in and allowed me to relax in the lounge. The large public bath was spacious, with a carbonated bath and sauna, which were excellent. However, the lockers and the twin Room were quite narrow, which might be uncomfortable for larger individuals. The Room was soundproof, very quiet, and I slept well. The highlight was the breakfast buffet. Unlimited salmon roe, salmon, squid, okra, Chinese porridge... everything was delicious and impressive. After seeing the high prices in Tsukiji, I was glad I opted for breakfast here. I would love to stay again.
