    For golfing purposes

    This is my second stay. The Hotel is clean and pleasant overall, but considering the price, the breakfast was somewhat disappointing and the selection of side dishes felt limited.

    “I was disappointed with the service during check-in and check-out.”

    From check-in to check-out, there were several moments when I was disappointed with the staff’s service. At check-in, I tried to complete the procedure using the machine, but it only allowed katakana input, so I could not search for my name. When I asked a front desk staff member for help, I was told to fill in my name, address, phone number, etc. by hand. However, since it was already well past the check-in time and I wanted to finish as quickly as possible, I decided to try using the machine again myself. During my second attempt, there was no confirmation of what to do if the process could not be completed and no specific guidance or assistance. In the end, I could not complete check-in on my own. Only after I asked them to “please look it up and handle it at the counter” did they finally assist me. If counter service was possible, I would have appreciated being guided that way from the beginning. At that time, it seemed there was another guest with the same surname; I was asked (by full name), “Mr./Ms. XX for two nights?”—but this referred to a completely different person. I also felt uneasy that information about that other guest was shared with me; it raised concerns about guest verification and handling of personal information. I mentioned this issue again at check-out (to a different staff member). At check-out as well, I asked them to confirm how the machine works “for next time,” but they did not check right away; only after asking twice did they finally do so. Also, because I accidentally left a flyer in my Room and requested that it be discarded after checkout had already been completed on the machine, I wasn’t sure whether staff could identify my Room number or which Room had been used at that point—this also left me slightly uneasy. For an Accommodation provider, check-in and check-out are important first and last touchpoints. I would have liked more careful and reassuring support for guests who are unfamiliar with operating machines, as well as more thorough confirmation and handling of guest information. The meals and Onsen were excellent, which made these issues with staff service especially disappointing. I hope improvements will be made so guests can stay with peace of mind in the future.

    Golf Trip

    After golfing near Higashimatsuyama, I made a Reservation to enjoy an area where I hadn’t stayed before. With an Onsen and breakfast included, it was a very satisfying stay. There was also a nearby restaurant serving Higashimatsuyama’s famous yakitori (actually pork). When the weather cools down, I’d like to stay here again and visit Shinrin Park. If there’s room for improvement, I felt it would be better if the refrigerator door and the cabinet door opened in the same direction, as they currently open opposite ways.

    Ideal for golf trips

    My wife and I stayed in a twin Room for the first time. The Room is compact, but it was clean, and we were able to relax without being bothered by noise from around us. Koedo beer in the lounge after using the large public bath was absolutely delicious. I would have liked a few more side dishes at breakfast. We would like to stay again.

    I had a very comfort...

    I had a very comfortable stay. Both the Room and the large public bath were bright and very clean, and it seems the hotel’s approach is to use the large public bath for bathing. The Room has a separate shower room apart from the toilet, with no bathtub. The washbasin was not inside a bathtub area, but installed near the entrance of the Room. That layout suited me well, as it made it easy to wash my hands right away. Breakfast was also delicious—I really enjoyed it!

    The water in the large public bath is dirty.

    These days, having a large public bath in a Business Hotel is standard, and the description mentions “billowing steam and fragrance,” but the bath area was cold and I couldn’t notice any scent. I used it around 3:30 p.m., and the indoor bath had a lot of debris (hair and grime?) floating on the surface. Since the Room only has a shower, I got in just to warm up, then washed myself again afterward. I left a comment about the restaurant at the time of my Reservation, but received no reply. I was only informed at check-in— is this level of service really acceptable? If you claim it’s safe for women to use with peace of mind, shouldn’t you at least provide a basic skincare amenity set? The breakfast buffet was lavish and tasty, but overall it didn’t feel fresh. Most disappointing was that the coffee wasn’t good. More than carpaccio, aren’t good bread and coffee essential for breakfast?

    Simply put, it’s amazing.

    A very clean building, Room, and Facility. The Room and bed are spacious enough for a solo stay. Breakfast is quite good. It’s truly a 2-minute walk to the station. The baths are well equipped, with an indoor bath (water brought in), an open-air bath (not an Onsen), and a sauna. It’s a Hotel that makes you want to stay again. The photos show the sunrise from a 5th-floor Room and Mt. Fuji from the end of the 5th-floor hallway.

    A wonderful Hotel where you can truly relax.

    Not only the front desk staff, but also the staff we met throughout the property greeted us pleasantly, and the restaurant staff at dinner were warm and welcoming. We were able to check in early, so we enjoyed complimentary iced tea available for a limited time. There were several varieties, and each one was delicious. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets were carefully prepared and very tasty. At breakfast, I could choose sashimi, which made me especially happy as a seafood lover. Both the Room and the bath were clean, allowing us to relax comfortably. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    I felt truly relaxed at this beautiful Hotel. I had the dinner and breakfast buffet, and everything was delicious. The pumpkin marinade on the side and the salads felt carefully prepared, and I was very satisfied. The carpaccio at the buffet was amberjack. My only regret is that I didn’t check in early enough to enjoy the complimentary iced tea. I used the Onsen three times, and it was almost like having it all to myself, so I could really unwind. It was already spotless, but with a modern black-themed interior, greenery, and jazz playing in the background. Even the placement of the trash bin in the changing room looked stylish. It was also wonderful that plenty of wood was used throughout both the building and my room. The only disappointment was that I couldn’t watch Amazon Prime or Netflix on the TV. I thought I could if I logged in with my own account, but only YouTube was available. Still, it’s a Hotel I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much.

    I had a great stay.

    This was my second stay. Although I could have managed without staying overnight, I decided to stay and was glad as it allowed me to head out with ease. The room wasn’t very spacious but had a practical layout, and the large TV made it comfortable. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The public bath was clean, allowing me to stretch out and relax fully. Since the hotel restaurant was reserved for an event, I couldn’t wait for dinner there and walked to a nearby family restaurant, which wasn’t too far away. However, as there are few dining options nearby, I hope the hotel continues its evening dining service in the future. I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity. It would be even better if twin rooms had towel racks!

    This was my second stay at this accommodation. During my first visit, I found it to be a very clean hotel with tidy rooms and excellent staff service, so I decided to stay here again when visiting the area. This time, I stayed in a room on the top floor of the hotel. However, upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor. I thought it might be coming from the air conditioner and turned it off, but that didn’t help. Unable to bear it, I went to the front desk and explained the situation; they promptly changed my room for me. Thank you very much for your quick response. I also had breakfast this time and found it delicious. There was even a machine that automatically made pancakes! Everything tasted great, and I ended up eating too much. This is definitely a hotel I'd like to stay at again when I'm in the area!

    I had a very comfort...

    I had a very comfortable stay. The large public bath was very clean. The Room was also clean, and the location was convenient with a convenience store and drugstore nearby. I had dinner at the Hotel's restaurant. I tried the salmon ochazuke, and it was very delicious. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit the area.

    The bathroom light was turned off, which caused inconvenience.

    While enjoying the morning bath, the lights were suddenly turned off 15 minutes before the designated bathing time of 9:00 AM. Despite slippers being provided, the cold response left me feeling disappointed.

    I had a great night's sleep.

    Although my last stay was not long ago and I previously mentioned that the breakfast was lukewarm, it seems to have been improved as it was served very hot and delicious this time. The male staff working at the venue also greeted us warmly. I look forward to staying again. Thank you very much!

    Clean Business Hotel

    It feels like a clean and modern Business Hotel. Perhaps because it is newly opened, there were some issues such as the Room not being ready at 15:00, system errors on devices, and an inexperienced concierge who seemed to be a new graduate. However, considering the current labor shortage, it was relatively good. The Facility and bath were excellent. The hotel was lively with guests visiting for golf or sports. However, taking into account the location and service, it felt slightly overpriced.

    Relax and enjoy the Onsen and the clean, well-maintained Facility.

    I would almost give five stars, but the inconvenience of not having towels in the public bath (having to bring towels from the Room and take them back wet) and the fact that while breakfast had a variety of options, the grilled fish was cold, were a bit disappointing. Other than that, I am very satisfied. I will return. Thank you!

    It is new and clean.

    I arrived at night, but the area around the nearest station was very dark with only a convenience store, and I couldn't find the hotel even though it was supposed to be nearby. You can have meals on the first floor, but there are almost no places to eat dinner in the surrounding area, so please be aware. The facility is new and clean, and since I stayed on a weekday, the bath was not crowded and it was pleasant. The complimentary breakfast provided was also delicious. There are few accommodations in this area, and it seemed that many visitors came by car for sightseeing purposes.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    The facility was new and well-cleaned, making for a comfortable stay. The room's humidifier was also clean, allowing us to use it with peace of mind. It must be challenging, but I hope you can maintain this standard in the future. I initially thought the twin room might be small, but the layout was convenient and made for an enjoyable stay. The Onsen was clean and provided a relaxing experience. The meals were delicious as well. Since there are few dining options nearby and we wanted to take our time, having a restaurant available for dinner was very helpful.

    A Hotel I Really Want to Keep Secret

    The bath is so amazing that staying here is becoming the main reason for visiting Saitama. Sauna → Cold bath → Open-air bath. It would be perfect if there were chairs for an outdoor air bath, but I sit on the rocks of the open-air bath. It's compact, clean, and never too crowded. The curry for breakfast feels a bit like instant curry, but it's flavorful with spices and delicious.
