    The location is excellent.

    It’s not right by the station, but it’s about a 5–7 minute walk to the nearest JR and subway stations, and the area around the Hotel is full of restaurants. There is also a public bathhouse near the Hotel that opens early in the morning, so I really enjoyed my day off.

    Great location and very comfortable!

    Located in the heart of Shinsekai, it was very convenient and I was very satisfied. I would have preferred a slightly larger toilet, but the value for money is excellent. I would like to stay again.

    The bathroom, washbasin area, and toilet smell extremely bad.

    I don’t usually leave Reviews, but I’m writing this because I want to see improvements. As the title says, the bathroom had a very strong odor. It smelled like damp laundry, and I kept wondering what it was—most likely the shower curtain. I was too uncomfortable to smell the curtain directly, but the bath towels and face towels did not smell. If it isn’t the curtain, it could be the drain, but I can’t say for sure. The Room was clean and felt appropriate for the price. Some other Reviews mentioned that there is no trash bin at the sink area and that it’s inconvenient; I did find it inconvenient as well, but I made my Reservation knowing that, so I have no complaints about that. However, there’s no way to know about a bathroom odor at the time of Reservation. It was so unpleasant that even going in to use the toilet or brush my teeth became something I wanted to avoid—not just bathing. If the shower curtain is causing this smell, it makes me wonder whether it isn’t being washed after other guests use it. I hope you will improve this so other guests don’t have to feel the same way. I gave 3 stars for service because it was difficult to understand what one foreign staff member was saying. This is not meant as criticism of foreign staff. Other Hotels I’ve stayed at also had foreign employees, and I always appreciated their efforts. However, when checking in at this Hotel, although their Japanese was limited they spoke very quickly and also very quietly, which made them hard to understand. My friend who stayed with me and I managed somehow, but it would have helped if they spoke a little more slowly or louder. There were other foreign staff members who were friendly as well, so this may simply have been specific to that person. Sorry for such a long message—I’m leaving this Review in hopes of improvements going forward.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    Located right in the heart of Shinsekai, we enjoyed delicious food and drinks, then relaxed at a leisurely pace in a spacious Room. We couldn’t make it this time, but there’s a public bathhouse nearby that opens early in the morning, so we’d like to enjoy that on our next visit.

    Stay in a vibrant city with your mother and daughter

    At first, I was unsure about the location, but I decided to complete the reservation because it met my conditions of accommodating 4 people and having a stylish room. The location was quite deep in the area, but since it was on the outskirts, the room itself was quiet. Additionally, it offered great views of Tsutenkaku Tower, Abeno Harukas, and Ten-Shiba. A downside was that there were fingerprints on small details like elevator buttons and TV screens. However, being able to grind coffee beans, enjoying the openness of corner windows, having a table like in a living room, and experiencing an extraordinary space were all wonderful aspects. The bed was also very comfortable to sleep on. From a female perspective, having a hair iron available was extremely helpful.

    You might hear the sounds of animals!

    At night, I could faintly hear animal sounds (probably a lion or jaguar). Since I stayed here to visit Tennoji Zoo, it felt like a surprise night zoo experience and was very enjoyable. While some might find it a downside, for those visiting the zoo, this is the perfect option. The room's cleanliness and customer service were excellent, so I would love to stay here again when visiting the zoo. It only happened once or twice, so it wasn’t loud enough to disturb sleep—more like a "lucky if you hear it" kind of experience.

    Stylish Business Hotel vibe. The Room was spacious, the location was excellent, and I’m glad I chose this place. The staff were polite and left a good impression. There were many international guests, which made me think it’s a popular tourist destination.

    Thank you for your hospitality the other day. I attended an artist's event and stayed at your accommodation after traveling from afar. I was with my daughter, but unfortunately, I forgot to bring my essential hair iron from home. It was a disaster as I couldn't style my hair for the event the next day. When I called the front desk, they kindly offered to lend me a hair iron free of charge, which was incredibly helpful. I was even able to borrow two units, and I am truly grateful for that. If there is another opportunity, I would love to stay again. The lady at the front desk was very kind and provided excellent service, making our stay very pleasant!

    Located in the heart of Shinsekai's bustling district. Please note that there is no parking available, so be mindful of parking fees.

    The room offers a close-up view of Tsutenkaku Tower and is almost right in front of the entrance to Tennoji Zoo. Security is reliable. An Accommodation Tax of 200 yen is charged, but staying at this location is highly appreciated by those who want to drink and have fun. However, parking spaces are limited, and if you park nearby on weekends, there may be no maximum fee limit—be cautious as I ended up paying about the same as the accommodation cost without realizing it. Choose parking lots like Times Parking with a maximum fee option. The bathroom is very small, so you can't stretch your legs in the bathtub; it might be uncomfortable for those who prefer relaxing baths, but it's fine for shower users. The building is new with comfortable beds and well-functioning air conditioning. The location allows easy walking access to various spots and is excellent overall. Considering recent price hikes due to Expo events, the rates here are reasonable. Many international guests were also staying here during my visit.

    Convenient Location

    The location is unbeatable. Right in the heart of Shinsekai, less than a 2-minute walk from Tsutenkaku Tower. It's convenient and reassuring to return to the Hotel even after staying out late at night. The Facility is modern, and the staff was courteous.

    It was a very clean and convenient Room.

    Conveniently located with access to two subway lines, close to Don Quijote and a zoo, this Hotel is clean, affordable, and a great choice.

    Looking forward to the future

    During my previous stay, there were donuts and clam chowder for breakfast. I remember them being very delicious, so I requested breakfast at check-in this time, but they were not available. I wish there was a system to inform guests in advance... This was the only disappointing aspect.

    It was really great!

    The location is very good, as it is easy to walk from the JR line and takes less than 5 minutes from the subway station. The Room is clean with no unnecessary items, and the cleaning is thorough to the corners. The window opens wide enough for air exchange, which is also nice. The atmosphere of the Room is calm with gray tones. I would like to use it again.

    This was my first time using this service. The Room was a bit small, and there wasn't much space to relax other than on the bed, but it was properly cleaned and had a sense of cleanliness. However, when I turned over the futon to go to sleep at night, I noticed a stain, possibly menstrual blood, on the mattress under the sheets, which was visible through the sheets, making me feel somewhat uncomfortable. Haha. Since the area outside is a bustling district, it was fun and convenient to go out for dinner. This time, there was something concerning in the Room I happened to stay in, but overall, it was very user-friendly, so I would like to use it again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

    I used a room with a Japanese-style room. People from various countries were staying. There is no problem with convenience. There is a zoo in front, and convenience stores and restaurants are within walking distance. I thought it might be noisy at night, but it was quiet. The room was clean, but it would have been even better if it had been a little more carefully maintained. However, the checkout time is relaxed, so I thought it couldn't be helped! All the staff were very polite and kind. I will use it again when I go to Osaka. Oh! The dessert was also delicious.

    It was good.

    It was a 2-night, 3-day stay. The check-in and check-out procedures were very quick and helpful. On the second day at noon, while I was preparing to go out in the Room, the cleaning staff came to ask about the preferred cleaning time. Although they were a foreigner, they were very polite and provided a very pleasant service.

    Was it just built last year?

    A hotel that was built a year ago. When I entered the room, there was a strange smell... The room's air conditioning was a household unit, and the vent was covered in mold, with the filter full of dust! I wet a tissue to clean the vent, washed the filter with water in the bathroom, and sprayed deodorizer to somehow tolerate it. I was expecting more, so I was a bit disappointed.

    Worth the price?

    At check-in, the staff member seemed to be a newcomer being trained, so perhaps that's why they appeared tense and expressionless, which is understandable. Once in the room, I had no particular complaints, and the destination, Tennoji Zoo, was right behind the hotel. I thought it was good for the price, but then I found someone else's hair left on the bathroom wall. When I peeked under the bed looking for something I dropped, I found an empty plastic bottle and what seemed to be a pen. (I was too scared to reach in and check.) What about the cleaning? Is this level of cleaning what you get for this price? I spent my stay feeling a bit disappointed.
