  Basically excellent

  The facilities and beverage services were excellent. It was great to have coffee and tea available 24/7. The room was spacious with a large bed, making it comfortable to spread out luggage. One downside was the bathroom amenities, which seemed subpar. There was no separate shampoo and treatment, only "Shampoo & Rinse" and "Conditioner." Fortunately, I had brought individually packaged shampoo and treatment as a backup, but even after one day, my hair felt rough. The hairdryer was average at best. Considering how well-equipped other facilities were, this aspect felt disappointing. The location is convenient for sightseeing in Aso and makes for a good accommodation choice when visiting the area. The staff service was also excellent.

  The same.

  A few days ago, I stayed at a Marriott in another location, and the room layout and design were exactly the same. It was easy to figure out things like the light switches right away. As with my previous stay, both the lobby and room were clean this time as well. Since it was a slightly chilly day and my body felt cold, I did notice that there was only a shower booth available.
