    Excellent value for money.

    Great location with easy access—close to both the station and the bus stop. Both the Facility and the Room are new and spotless. You can eat and drink in the lounge 24 hours a day, and there are plenty of board games that kids will love. The front desk staff also provided excellent service— nothing to complain about!!! I’ll definitely stay here again when I travel to Kyoto!! This time it was just my son and me, so it felt very spacious, but for a family of four it might be a bit tight. Next time we’re four, I’ll choose a suite room.

    Gozan Okuribi Bonfires & Cycling

    Every year, I stay in Kyoto to coincide with the Gozan Okuribi. The location is great, the 24-hour lounge is available, and the staff are wonderful—it's easy to see why this place is so popular. On the morning of the second day, a staff member suggested renting a bicycle, and it was a lot of fun. The Gozan Okuribi and cycling around Imadegawa became very special memories. Thank you very much.

    Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

    We stayed to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Since I had mentioned it in advance, they prepared towel art and a balloon-made birthday card in our Room—it was so cute and we were truly impressed. My partner was really happy too, which made the stay even more special. The focaccia in the lounge was also delicious, Mikane Shrine—which we visit every year—was just a few minutes’ walk away, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The location was perfect! We’d love to stay again next time.

    A highly flexible, user-friendly Hotel

    This was my first stay as a solo traveler. The Hotel is just steps from the subway station, with a convenience store nearby, and I really appreciated that drinks and bread were always available. The machine coffee uses Ogawa Coffee, so it had a great aroma and was both relaxing and delicious. Alcohol is also available from a machine for self-service purchase for one coin. Above all, being able to take everything back to my Room gave me a lot of freedom, which was especially helpful when traveling alone. The Room furniture was arranged thoughtfully with easy-to-use pieces; the desk in particular was very convenient for writing. Everyone at the Hotel had a kind, welcoming atmosphere, and I had no problems during my stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    This is a comfortable and wonderful accommodation.

    Although it was only for one night, I had a very comfortable stay. I stayed in a Junior Suite on the 10th floor, and the Room felt spacious both in layout and design. The Facility and furniture were all clean and very easy to use. In particular, the LIXIL body shower in the bathroom was outstanding and truly refreshing. The bed and mattress firmness were just right, so I slept soundly and felt completely recovered from travel fatigue. The 24-hour lobby lounge service with coffee, juice, and bread was also excellent, and I enjoyed it a lot! The location at Karasuma Oike is extremely convenient as well, so I’d like to make this my regular Accommodation when visiting Kyoto. Thank you very much!

    A Hotel I Really Love

    Thank you for having us for two nights. It’s close to the station, with a convenience store just nearby, and the Room was spotless. The lounge bread and drinks were delicious. And yet, the price was very reasonable. We found a truly wonderful Hotel. We’re really glad we stayed here. It was so good that we made our next Reservation on the way home.

    User-friendly Accommodation

    I stayed here around the same time last time as well, and the property was quiet and the Room air conditioning worked well, so I had a comfortable stay. The shower temperature was a little low, and I felt it would be better if it were a bit hotter. The front desk staff were also pleasant and provided friendly service. I will visit again.

    Very satisfied.

    Thanks to you, I had a very comfortable stay. The interior of the Room was simple yet elegant, leaving a good impression. I especially loved the quilted design of the fabric on the bed headboard. The drawer under the sink was very convenient to use, and the stand mirror in the Room was also helpful. The 24-hour bread service was surprisingly delicious and extremely satisfying. It would be great if there were clearer instructions for returning alcohol glasses. Additionally, it would be even better if the rental bicycles were of a slightly higher grade. I look forward to staying here again when I visit Kyoto!

    I had a very comfortable stay. The complimentary bottle was cute, and above all, the 24-hour accessible lounge was excellent. The quality of the bread was high, and I ended up eating too much. I would love to stay here again!

For those looking to enjoy the hotel itself, there are plenty of luxurious options if you're willing to spend more. However, this Hotel offers excellent access to various locations in central Kyoto and provides a relaxing space to unwind after a busy day of business or sightseeing. One standout feature is the separate bathroom and toilet (a rarity among Business Hotels). The bathroom includes a spacious bathtub and washing area equipped with an overhead shower featuring full-body mist by TOTO (if I recall correctly), making it worth choosing this Hotel just for that experience. In the lounge located past the entrance, you can enjoy complimentary Bread & Pastries baked fresh 12 times daily—a signature offering of this Hotel—as well as a library service useful not only for international guests but also for Japanese travelers, available 24/7. This was my second stay here after visiting in 2024 and again now in 2025. Interestingly, I feel like the bread has become even tastier compared to last year! During peak tourist seasons, there seem to be many international guests; however, those who choose this Hotel tend to be respectful individuals with an understanding of Japanese culture.

    Another favorite Hotel in Kyoto has been added to my list. The 24-hour lounge service was amazing—I can't count how many times I used it during my 2-night, 3-day stay! The bread selection was impressive, with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey available for a touch of elegance. Although the Room wasn't particularly spacious, it had a separate toilet and a bathroom with a relaxing bathtub and washing area—perfectly stress-free even for traveling with friends. I would love to stay here again!

    I stayed here for work. The cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom area, was excellent—absolutely spotless! I was very satisfied. The bed was comfortable, and it was so quiet that I slept soundly until morning. The front desk staff's service varied depending on the person. There were free drinks and unlimited bread available. The chili con carne pastry was incredibly delicious! However, since the lounge is located next to the front desk and near the entrance, it might not be ideal for relaxing. It's conveniently close to the station and a convenience store is just around the corner, so I’d love to stay here again!

    Convenient Hotel

    I recently stayed here for the first time and had a great experience at this conveniently located accommodation. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the quality of the bread in the lobby, which I didn’t have high expectations for, was surprisingly excellent. The coffee was also delicious. I would love to stay here again next time.

    It was a highly satisfactory Hotel.

    The room was clean and comfortable, and the high ceiling made it feel more spacious than its 26 square meters. I was pleased with the separate bath and toilet, as well as the smart TV. Although it is considered No Meals Included, the lounge offers bread and drinks 24 hours a day, so you won't have any trouble with food and beverages. The croissants and Danish pastries, in particular, have a crispy texture like those served in luxury hotels, which lifts your spirits. It's also nice to receive a portable drink bottle.     Front Desk Service

    Front desk service, bicycle rental, and the comfort of the lounge are highly satisfactory. The small size of the Room is a bit disappointing.
