    Hospitality and Service

    Every year since you opened, I have stayed here during the Awa Odori season. Compared to the beginning, I feel the front desk service attitude and speed, as well as the energy in the breakfast venue, have improved a lot. Please keep up the great work. I look forward to staying with you again.

    Convenient for sightseeing in Tokushima

    I stopped by on my way back from staying in Naka Town, Tokushima Prefecture. Since I wanted to visit the Otsuka Museum of Art the next day, it was convenient as there was a bus stop right in front of the Hotel. I think it's also a convenient location for those using the airport. I have used Route Inn Hotels in places like Nara and Nagano before, and I always enjoy their large public baths where you can stretch out and relax, as well as their delicious breakfast. This time was no exception, and I was very satisfied with my stay.

    It was great.

    I stayed at the accommodation during a business trip. It was conveniently located 2 km from my destination and newly built, so I decided to stay here. The area has restaurants nearby, making it a convenient location. The room size was moderate, and since it had a double bed, I could relax comfortably. I would like to use this accommodation again when visiting Tokushima.

    It was very comfortable.

    The staff were very friendly, the Room was spacious for this price range, and the large public bath was very comfortable! The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious! For those traveling by car, it is highly recommended as it is close to the main road, but I missed the parking entrance at first as it was a bit hard to spot.

    Recommended for middle-aged and senior travelers

    Staying to visit the Otsuka International Art Museum. The property is very clean, has an onsen, includes breakfast, and has a spacious parking lot. The women's bath even has a dedicated coin laundry, making it convenient and reassuring. For a couple who loves traveling, Route Inn Hotel is cost-effective, and we would like to use it again.

    It was very clean and the facilities were up-to-date.

    This is my second time using it, and it was very clean with the latest facilities. The layout was functional and very good. I made a reservation on IKYU.com and by choosing pre-payment, I was able to use a twin room for less than 10,000 yen even though it was a Friday. I would like to use it again when I go to Tokushima.

    Naruto Sightseeing

    I used Route Inn Hotel for the first time. I was looking for a new hotel near Naruto and decided on this one after checking reviews. The room was a twin and was more spacious and clean than I expected, making it comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was delicious. After having rice, my husband brought all types of bread (about 6 kinds), and we shared them. Surprisingly, we could eat them all (laughs), which shows how delicious they were. When I checked the congestion of the large public bath on the room's TV, it seemed to have space, but when I went, it was quite crowded. I wonder what "having space" means in this context? There were only two hairdryers, so it would be nice to have one or two more. The card key was convenient and hassle-free. The parking lot is spacious, and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it a well-located place. I would like to use Route Inn Hotel again. Thank you very much!
