    Excellent. The break...

    Excellent. The breakfast is very good, the Room is also great, and it’s a nearly flawless Hotel. If you’re driving, parking might be an issue, but even considering that, I think it’s a very good Hotel. If I go to the Ise area again, I would definitely like to stay here. That said, it would be even better if there were a guide map for nearby restaurants and local information around the Hotel. I found the map for the bento shop in front of the Hotel later on, but if you ever go to Tsu, this is an Accommodation you can book with confidence.

    It was comfortable.

    It would be convenient to have a simple chair near the lockers in the changing room for placing items. Thank you very much.

    The Room is small but very satisfying.

    Before our stay, we were concerned about the parking lot as reviews mentioned it was narrow. However, while the entrance was slightly tight, the parking spaces had been re-marked and were not particularly cramped, which was reassuring. The size of the room also worried us initially, but it turned out to be sufficient for a one-night stay. There were power outlets by the bedside, so we didn’t experience any inconvenience in that regard. Using a unit bath after a long time made us wonder where to place our clothes while changing, but this seemed more like an issue of getting used to it and wasn’t a significant problem. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of options and everything tasted delicious.

    Choose us for your Tsu sightseeing!

    Unfortunately, the Center Place itself has no tenants, but Tsu Center Place Hotel has been renovated in a modern style and is very comfortable. The hotel offers welcome drinks from vending machines, a large public bath with an open-air bath and sauna (with a view), as well as coin-operated laundry facilities (separate washer and dryer). On the 9th floor, there is a shared microwave and ice machine. For breakfast, you can enjoy local specialties such as black wagyu beef, tuna carpaccio, and Ise udon. While the variety may not be extensive, it is luxurious. Additionally, buses heading to Tsu Station area, Tsu Shinmachi area, and Tsu Nagisamachi area gather at the Mie Kaikan-mae bus stop right in front of the hotel entrance. The bus service provides convenient access to various parts of the city.

    Extension Fee

    Check-out was at 11:00, but I received a call around 11:15 and decided to extend my stay until 12:00 for an additional fee (1,500 yen per hour). Later, I received another call at 12:05 reminding me that it was time to check out. In a rush, I went to the front desk around 12:25. However, I was informed that exceeding the time by more than 20 minutes would be considered an additional hour of extension and was charged 3,000 yen. If I had known this earlier, I would have taken my time and checked out at 13:00 instead. It would have been better if they had mentioned during the call at 12:05 that exceeding past 12:20 would incur a charge of 3,000 yen. This wasn’t my first stay at this Hotel booked through IKYU.com; I've used it several times before. This is the first time I've experienced such treatment regarding extension fees. Even in luxury hotels, I've never been charged for being about half an hour late before. Unfortunately, I don’t think I'll be staying here again in the future. Please be cautious!

    The large public bath and sauna were excellent.

    This was my first time staying here. Since it was late on a weekday, the large public bath and sauna were almost private, allowing me to relax completely. Both the bath and the room were clean and comfortable to spend time in. The staff were all polite and provided pleasant service, leaving no unpleasant experiences at all. I received a 200 yen discount ticket for parking, but it would be more convenient and appreciated if parking could be free for guests. This time I stayed with no meals included, but next time I’d like to use the restaurant and enjoy a more leisurely stay.

    A wonderful Hotel.

    The meals and facilities were excellent. The Hotel staff were very kind, making our stay pleasant. The open-air ceramic bath offered a luxurious private experience. The curry and roast beef at the breakfast buffet were incredibly tender and delicious.

    Beautiful Hotel

    It is a newly built and clean Hotel. I arrived late at night, and since it's a bit far from the station, I headed from Tsu Station, where it's easy to catch a taxi. It cost a little over 1000 yen by taxi. The Room amenities only include a toothbrush and towel, and you can get more at the lobby if needed. There was no trash can in the sanitary area, and the Room wear was the same size for both men and women, which was not usable. There is a large public bath, but it was inconvenient that there was no toilet in the changing room area. (It is next to the shoe box at the entrance) The lighting in the bath area was too dim, and having a staff room in the back was a strange design. You have to bring towels from the Room, but there is no bath cap provided. There was a white ice box near the noren, offering a one-bite ice cream service, but it might be hard to notice. There were a few points that made me think "huh?", but overall it was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The freshly cooked rice was glossy, and both the roast beef and the miso soup with meatballs had a refined taste. It was the right choice to choose a Plan with breakfast included.

    Although I specified...

    Although I specified a non-smoking Room, the smell of cigarettes was all over the Room. They immediately changed the Room for me. The temperature of the large public bath was lukewarm. The open-air bath was just the right temperature. It's a newly renovated and beautiful Hotel, so it was a bit disappointing. The breakfast restaurant was stylish and clean.

    Comfortable Hotel

    Three beds in the Deluxe Twin for three people. It was spacious and comfortable. It was also nice that the Room's toilet and bath were separate. The pajamas with pants were comfortable for sleeping. The Facility had a large public bath, open-air bath, and sauna, which were pleasant. There was no parking lot, so we parked at the nearby municipal Phoenix Street parking lot and received a 200 yen discount ticket from the Hotel.

    Business trip stay.

    I travel for business frequently, staying at hotels about 60 nights a year. This time, I had business in Tsu City and chose this hotel. - Location: It's quite far from Tsu Station, so I took a taxi. - Common Areas: Some areas seem to have been renovated, resulting in a nice finish. Originally, it seems to have been built as a high-grade city hotel in Tsu City, but there seems to be little demand from general travelers willing to pay high accommodation fees. The price is about the same as a business hotel, but the distance from the station is a downside. - Room: It felt a bit old. - Breakfast: Buffet. Perhaps due to low occupancy rates, the number of menu items was fewer than those at typical chain business hotels, and there wasn't much I wanted to eat. - Satisfaction: There is probably little demand for tourism in Tsu City, and even if a high-grade hotel is built, the demand is low. Ideally, I would have liked to stay at a more modern hotel in Nagoya City, but considering my schedule the next morning, I decided to stay in Tsu City. After researching and deliberating, this hotel seemed to be the best in Tsu City according to the OTA. I thought that if there were a slightly larger room or a higher-grade room with renovated interiors, I could have decided more quickly and been more satisfied, given my business trip budget.

    If the issues with the Room can be resolved

    For some reason, the single-use twin is cheaper than the single. I see, there's no desk, so I can't use a computer. Even though there is a simple round table, there is no outlet nearby, so I had to use the outlet by the bedside and use it on the bed. The air conditioning is also central, so I couldn't adjust the temperature and it was cold. The good points are the bath and breakfast. The breakfast has a limited variety, but the quality is good and delicious.

    It was a relaxing and calm stay.

    As a business, it is a very satisfying Hotel. I used the deluxe twin, and the bed, room space, bathtub, etc. are very satisfactory for this price.
