    Unbeatable convenience! And the onigiri... delicious!!!!!

    We stayed two nights in a twin Room. We came for Miyazaki food, so we thought we could skip breakfast, but the onigiri were far better than expected (sorry!). The fillings were different each day, very generous, and about the volume of two convenience-store onigiri. The miso soup was also delicious. It was great that they can pack the onigiri to go as well. Since our goal was a gourmet trip around the downtown area, it was just a short walk away. The airport bus stop is also right by the Hotel, so the location was extremely convenient. We were also happy with the extension fee of 1 hour / 1,000 yen. There is only a shower, but the water pressure was strong and there were no issues. The sink area and toilet are separate, which actually made it very practical for two people. The toilet is spacious too, without that cramped feeling typical of business hotels—better than expected. The vanity is wide enough to place makeup items and such. If choosing between a combined bath/toilet unit and this setup, this is definitely better. It may depend on the Room, but ours had a window and high ceilings. We will stay here again next time! Notes: No mini freezer compartment in the refrigerator. No electric kettle. Plenty of outlets. Mini table with chairs. Full-length mirror. It felt larger than the listed square meters. Space for suitcases; storage under the bed. Early check-in not allowed—about 10 minutes early at most. Airport bus stop nearby; one-meter taxi ride from Miyazaki Station; 3–5 minutes’ walk to downtown dining/entertainment areas.

    It was new and nice.

    This was my first stay, and it was a bit disappointing that there was no bathtub—only a shower—but I suppose many Business Hotels are built in this compact style these days. With breakfast included, it’s nice that you can choose either egg over rice or an onigiri set for free. The room was also very clean. It’s close to the downtown area, and I’d like to stay again.

    Smart Hotel?

    Very convenient location, and I use it often. However, with the smart check-in system: When making a reservation for two people with the same last name and address, clearly indicating a parent-child relationship, they persistently ask for the other guest's phone number every time. Even when explaining that we are students, they still insist. I understand it's part of the manual process, but this interaction always feels troublesome.

    Parking

    Located near the Miyazaki Prefectural Office and along Tachibana Street, it is ideal for enjoying the nightlife. The bathroom has only a shower and does not allow for filling a bathtub. The affiliated parking lot fees are higher than nearby 24-hour parking lots, so if you plan a Multiple Night Stay, it is recommended to check nearby parking options in advance.

    A decent bathhouse is desired for seniors!

    I stayed because it was new and reasonably priced. It's a bit disappointing that the bathroom only has a shower and no bathtub. I like the Super Hotel across the road because it generally has decent bathing facilities. Can't something be done about breakfast? The Super Hotel also offers a buffet style which is quite satisfying!

    Overall, I am satisf...

    Overall, I am satisfied, but it would have been nice to have an electric kettle in the Room. In addition to face towels and bath towels, I wanted regular towels.

    Is it too simplified?

    Overall, I felt it was oversimplified, and I think the first stay will be challenging.

    Overall impression!

    I was worried because they couldn't provide directions when I asked on my first visit. I was satisfied because the building is new. There is no kettle in the room. The facilities are quite streamlined.
