    The large public bath is excellent.

    This was my second stay, following last year. The lobby, Room, and large public bath are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The large public bath is excellent. The Onsen leaves your skin feeling smooth, and I especially liked the open-air bath with a very hot option. Breakfast featured many Chichibu specialties and was healthy, so I could eat plenty without feeling heavy—while still offering hearty options for those who want a more filling meal. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Chichibu.

    The service was excellent.

    I will never forget the refreshing welcome from the front desk staff and the warm, friendly greeting from an employee I met early in the morning. The foreign staff member at the breakfast venue was also very kind, and I truly felt welcomed by everyone. It had been a while since I had such a pleasant stay at a Hotel. Next time, I hope to stay longer and relax more.

    Solo travelers are welcome.

    I stayed here during my trip for the Chichibu 34-Temple Pilgrimage. When I visited in April, I completely fell in love with Chichibu, so I had already decided to stay again this time. However, when traveling solo, many Onsen Ryokan do not accept single guests and can be expensive. That’s when I noticed that this place (a Business Hotel) also has an Onsen. The Hotel seems new, yet the price is reasonable. The Room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were kind. It’s also less than a 10-minute walk to Chichibu Station, where I was able to buy souvenirs. There is a roadside station next to the Hotel, and across the street is a large shopping complex with Yaoko as well. (I picked up miso potato as an extra for dinner.) Overall, it was very comfortable, and I would like to stay here again when visiting Chichibu. Thank you very much.

    I visited during the Chichibu Pilgrimage.

    Thank you for your hospitality. The Travelers’ Bath was wonderfully soothing for my tired body after the pilgrimage. The Facility was clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. Thank you very much.

    If you are staying overnight during the Chichibu 34 Kannon Pilgrimage Special Opening, please consider our Accommodation.

    Best of all, the large Onsen bath was very relaxing. For dinner on the first night, we ate on the 1st floor, but it felt a bit pricey. On the second day, we had dinner out.

    A great accommodation.

    This is a comfortable Accommodation. The breakfast, in particular, is excellent for an Accommodation of this class. If possible, I would love to enjoy a Multiple Night Stay. Highly recommended when staying in Chichibu!

    A Hotel That Never Disappoints No Matter When You Visit

    We have stayed here several times as a family and loved it, so this time we made a Reservation for the New Year's holiday. The Room was clean, and the spacious and bright Onsen was once again very relaxing, helping us recover from the year-end fatigue. Despite it being the New Year period, all the front desk staff were extremely polite and pleasant, which has even improved our impression of Chichibu itself thanks to this Hotel. Since it was New Year's, the breakfast buffet included traditional dishes like ozoni soup and other festive foods with perfect replenishment—absolutely flawless! We also managed to visit a shrine in Chichibu with its clear air for our first prayer of the year. It was an excellent stay for our family. We are grateful to have started off the new year so well. We will definitely use your services again!

    The bath is excellent.

    Negative points: The location is a bit far from the station, poor ventilation in the combined toilet and bathroom, and hair likely left by a previous guest was found. Positive points: The large public bath is very pleasant, the breakfast is delicious, and there is a roadside station right next door.

    It was a wonderful experience with some new aspects. The restaurant meals were very delicious (including the breakfast buffet), and the pickles were so tasty that I couldn't resist inquiring about them. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

    This was my second stay, and I had another comfortable experience. As with last year, the front staff provided courteous service, and the room I stayed in was impeccably clean. It was a stay that made me want to make a reservation at this hotel again next time.

    Highly satisfied.

    We visited after a tiring walk to Mitsumine Shrine, and the friendly and smiling staff at the front desk made us feel unexpectedly at ease. As mentioned in other reviews, it was comfortable, with an onsen that left us extremely satisfied. The room was excellent, and the onsen was truly relaxing. We were lucky to enjoy it during quiet times, allowing us to unwind fully. Thank you very much! We know you're busy, but please keep up the great work. Thank you again!

    It was a new and comfortable Room.

    The Hotel seems newly built, and the Facility was clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated that the Room had a no-shoes style with slippers provided. Since I checked in late at night, it was helpful to have the dining area on the first floor available for dinner. One thing I would like to suggest for improvement is the smell in the dressing room of the large public bath. There was an unpleasant sewage odor near the entrance area of the dressing room, which was disappointing.

    Dining Hall Improvement

    Initially, the dining hall had staff responding promptly at the press of a button, but it has now been changed to a self-ordering system using customers' smartphones. While the front desk service was excellent, the inattentive attitude of the dining hall staff was disappointing. Additionally, the menu selection has been reduced, making it less enjoyable to dine and drink.

    Had a relaxing stay.

    The welcome drink was delightful. The Room was spacious and comfortable. I could see the sunset from the Room. The lobby was also spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast satisfied both my husband, who wanted a hearty meal, and me, who preferred a healthy option—it was delicious! We stayed here due to price increases at nearby Hotels but would love to stay again.

    Reliable service, a safe and comfortable accommodation.

    This was one of my several stays at Hotel Route-Inn. No matter the location, the consistent quality of service is what makes Hotel Route-Inn appealing. It’s one of the hotels I often choose for spontaneous trips. Grand Chichibu had a new and clean building, making it very comfortable. After a bath, I enjoyed relaxing while reading manga. The meals were also delicious from breakfast onwards, leaving me satisfied. If I have another chance, I’d love to use it as a base for sightseeing in Chichibu again.

    Beyond expectations

    It exceeded my expectations. First of all, the hotel is new and very clean, with well-maintained facilities. The bath is not a natural Onsen, but it includes a sauna and an open-air bath, which are spacious and enjoyable. The room's bed was low and comfortable for relaxation. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which was very satisfying. Hotel prices seem to be rising these days, but with this quality at this price point, I am extremely satisfied. I would love to visit again!

    A comfortable Hotel to stay

    We decided to stay for 3 nights as a family of three on short notice, and since we had a great experience here two years ago, we chose this Hotel again. Previously, we stayed in a triple room, but as it was unavailable this time, we reserved two rooms: one twin and one single. The rooms were arranged close to each other, making it easy to move between them. As a result, my father stayed in the single room while my mother and I shared the twin room comfortably. Opting out of cleaning services came with perks like free vending machine coins and daily towel exchanges, allowing us to enjoy our stay comfortably. The Onsen was not crowded, providing a relaxing space to unwind. We had dinner at the Hotel's restaurant where every dish was delicious. We especially enjoyed Chichibu's local specialties like miso potatoes and shakushina fried rice. With a shopping mall and supermarket right in front of the Hotel, it was convenient to get anything we needed. Since we're planning another trip to Chichibu next month, we've already made our Reservation. We're looking forward to staying here again!

    Family Trip to Mitsumine Shrine

    It takes time to reach Mitsumine Shrine by bus from Seibu-Chichibu, so I planned to stay overnight, enjoy the Onsen, and visit the shrine. This accommodation was the best choice for that itinerary. As expected, I could relax, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

    A rare Business Hotel that exceeds expectations!

    I chose this hotel for my first stay because of its high review ratings. As I noted in the room memo at checkout, the room was exceptionally clean and spacious, likely because it’s a new hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, which made me feel relaxed and allowed me to enjoy my stay with peace of mind. (When making the reservation, I mentioned being sensitive to noise, and they kindly called to recommend a suitable room. They also assisted greatly with reservation changes.) The large TV equipped with Netflix (login required) and WOWOW was a nice touch, as well as the spacious and user-friendly bathroom. The lobby offered welcome drinks where you could relax comfortably, along with plenty of cozy sofas for waiting during check-in or check-out. Most importantly, I thoroughly enjoyed the onsen bathhouse and clean sauna—they were spacious, comfortable, and truly rejuvenating! Almost all aspects exceeded expectations based on reviews—choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision! If I had to point out anything that could be improved: having an in-room security box would provide extra peace of mind; also adding a tissue box in the bathroom would be helpful. Thanks to staying here, my trip to Chichibu became 50% more enjoyable! On returning home that very day, I immediately made another reservation for my next Chichibu trip. My only hope is that prices don’t increase like business hotels in Tokyo due to temporary inbound tourism demand. Thank you so much for your hospitality! Looking forward to staying again next time!

    Very satisfied.

    The Room was spacious and clean, which was great! Since everything is new, the bath and Facility were also clean and comfortable. The lemon water in the lobby was delicious and much appreciated. Breakfast was tasty with a wide variety of options for a Business Hotel. As it rained, the table tennis and library were very useful, making my family satisfied as well. It would be nice if check-out time could be at 11:00 AM.

    We stayed here the night before strawberry picking. The hotel is conveniently located next to a roadside station, and the restaurant allows you to order meals directly to your room. The facility is new, and the large public bath was very clean. There is an Onsen with an open-air bath, and the amenities were well-stocked. However, it would be nice to have hand towels available in the room's washroom. We would love to stay here again if we have another opportunity!

    I used it for an overnight stay before visiting Mitsumine Shrine. It is a bit far from Seibu Chichibu Station, but the room is compact and well-organized, and I was very satisfied with the water pressure in the room. There are no restaurants around, so the izakaya (breakfast venue) on the first floor was very helpful. There seems to be a large Onsen bath, and the room cleaning is done properly, and the price is reasonable. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant, and their advice on arranging a taxi was very helpful. I would definitely like to use it for an overnight stay before visiting the shrine.

    Noise issue!

    I stayed for the first time. It was a new building and was good, but the second-floor room on the roadside was so noisy with truck noise that it was hard to sleep. I think improvements like double windows are necessary. If you stay, I recommend the rooms on the roadside station side.

    The price at that level is surprising. The Room and Facility were very clean, and the bath was also good. We would like to visit again with our family.
