    I’m a returning guest.

    I stay here during the winter season. I always book No Meals Included, and I’m satisfied with the Facility. The Japanese-style room felt a bit small. Parking is first-come, first-served, so if I go out for dinner at night, it’s usually full when I return. Also, in the morning, if I step out to go to a convenience store, my parking space sometimes gets taken by a car with Nagano plates...

    Unfortunately, parking is not available.

    The Facility is good, but staff park in the guest parking lot, so there aren’t enough spaces. I’d like them to secure a separate parking area for staff. Disappointing.

    I had a relaxing time.

    The parking lot was spacious and convenient. The Room was clean and functional! The only slight dissatisfaction was the lack of a nearby convenience store, but while exploring, I found a yakiniku restaurant and enjoyed a delicious dinner. I appreciated the staff's thoughtful gestures, such as the handmade map.

    Good.

    We stayed here for the first time as a family. The front desk staff provided pleasant service, the room was clean, and the large bath with "natural onsen" was spacious. For women, there were selectable shampoos available, which was satisfying. The reviews mentioned that the food was delicious, and it truly was! There were plenty of dishes to choose from, leaving us very satisfied. We look forward to staying here again next time.

    It was comfortable.

    The room felt more spacious than the photos at the time of reservation. The large sofa was comfortable. Although it was mentioned that the water in the washroom is drinkable, I hesitated a little. The public bath was almost private, allowing for a relaxing experience. However, there was no water dispenser commonly found in other hotels, which I believe is essential to prevent dehydration. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The Facility is well-equipped, new, clean, and user-friendly.

    It's still new, so it's clean. It was our first time staying in a "Japanese-style Twin" type Room. It was convenient to take off our shoes and step into the Room, and there was no confusion about where to place our luggage. However, the bed height is quite low, making it a bit inconvenient to sit on. I felt that it would be better if the Room were a bit more spacious. When trying to pass by someone, the space felt narrow. Since we had suitcases, there wasn’t enough space to open them in the Room, so we opened them near the entrance step. The amenities were minimal but sufficient, so there was no inconvenience. However, it would have been nice to have makeup remover available. The public bath wasn’t very large, but it wasn’t overly crowded either, and we could use it comfortably. It was convenient to check the congestion status on the Room’s TV. There were several types of shampoo to choose from, which was a nice touch. The Room wear was like pajamas, and you could go to the public bath wearing it. The public bath is on the first floor, but the layout is designed so that you don’t have to pass by the front desk when heading there from the elevator, which was considerate. For the women’s bath, you receive a special key, and you can’t enter without it, which adds a sense of security. Since it’s close to the station, there are several restaurants in the area, and the staff kindly provided helpful information. I would like to stay here again.

    Conveniently located near the station

    I had business in Obuse and Suzaka, so I stayed here as it is close to the station. There is a large public bath, so I was able to stretch my legs and relax. The restaurant on the first floor was closed that day, so I went to a nearby shop introduced in the lobby, and it was a delicious place with dishes using local sake, Shinshu salmon, and local vegetables. There is no convenience store in front of the station, so I found it a bit inconvenient, but there are vending machines available, so I was able to get drinks.
