    Thank you for your support.

    This is a very comfortable Hotel to stay at. I was very satisfied with the Facilities, including the cafe hours, the large public bath, and the sauna, and my stay was pleasant. Although I also stay at luxury Hotels, this Hotel—especially thanks to the staff—stood out as truly considerate and welcoming for guests. I also appreciate how you handled an unexpected incident. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

    The staff and clientele were disappointing.

    The staff was unprofessional. When I asked a young male staff member at the 1st-floor café about the operating hours, he responded with a sigh and said, "Didn't we show you this information during check-in?" while glaring at me. Although he eventually provided the information, it would have been helpful if they had clarified their policy of not repeating explanations upfront. While I acknowledge that forgetting the initial explanation was my fault, such behavior felt unnecessary. I don't expect customers to be treated as royalty, but if staff cannot control their emotions over simple questions that are not complaints, perhaps promoting an atmosphere of excitement should be reconsidered. This interaction dampened my enthusiasm for what was supposed to be an enjoyable trip. Additionally, the public bath was crowded with guests who lacked proper manners—many of whom were foreign visitors—making it far from a relaxing experience.

    We recommend it.

    Unbeatable at this price. The room is clean and tidy. The front desk staff are friendly and approachable, always providing pleasant service, which made for a truly wonderful trip. Thank you very much. The bartender was also kind and knowledgeable, answering questions about drinks in detail. Highly recommend the whiskey!

    Check-in Assistance

    The front desk staff, seemingly a female employee, handled the check-in process. However, despite waiting in line, one of the women at the counter appeared disengaged even after finishing with another guest—looking down and not acknowledging those waiting. Observing her behavior, it seemed she might be busy with urgent work, but nothing changed. Holding our luggage while standing and waiting was uncomfortable until we had to call out to get her attention. She only then realized there were guests waiting without offering any apology—a far cry from a welcoming reception. After events concluded, the large public bath became extremely crowded like a packed space. It might be helpful to display such information on room TVs or post updates visibly as during pandemic times. Additionally, using hair dryers felt like playing musical chairs due to their limited availability.

    Comfortable hospitality

    We stayed as a family of three. The twin room was converted into a triple, so the extra bed was placed directly under the TV and air conditioner, making it somewhat inconvenient to use. The staff's hospitality was pleasant. Additionally, the breakfast was as delicious as its reputation suggests, with creative touches that were excellent!

    Continued use following attendance at the live event at Okinawa Arena in February. The hotel is close to the venue, and the cleanliness was excellent, making the decision to complete the reservation again a great choice. I will definitely complete a reservation for my next visit.

    Satisfied with the front desk service

    This is a recently constructed Hotel, and it is impeccably clean. I stayed here for a live concert of my favorite artist at Okinawa Arena, and the location is perfect, just a little over a 5-minute walk. I stayed in a Deluxe Room, which featured tatami flooring—a common feature in a Ryokan but rare in a Hotel. It was truly a unique and relaxing experience. Additionally, the front desk staff responded to sudden schedule changes with a smile, making it a pleasant trip. I would definitely like to stay here again for my next concert visit.

    There was a live con...

    There was a live concert at Okinawa Arena, and I used this facility for the first time. It was very good as it was close to the venue, and the facility and bath were clean. The breakfast had a wide variety, including dishes that can only be enjoyed in Okinawa, and I was very satisfied. Although I traveled by bus and taxi, I was treated kindly. I would like to use it again. Thank you very much.

    Stayed on October 1st The amenity bar is decorated for Halloween There are six types of Blue Seal ice cream for breakfast DJ Squeegee event on Sunday, pool party is ongoing I will be staying again in November

    Recommended for group use

    Stayed on Friday, September 6th. Many Okinawa residents were also staying. Even in Okinawa, where morning and evening traffic jams are severe, the location adjacent to Okinawa Minami IC allows for comfortable travel. A group of eight children came to the pool in the evening. It was a group of more than 10 people including adults, but they said it was comfortable because there was no waiting for the bath thanks to the large public bath. The breakfast venue has various types of tables, allowing groups of more than 10 people to dine together at a large table. Women seemed to enjoy choosing from the amenity bar. The hair pack received high praise. I will be staying again in October.

The breakfast is rich in meat, vegetables, and Blue Seal ice cream, and is delicious The Okinawa City shop map is becoming more and more comprehensive. The Friday beer hall is popular and seems to be full of local customers On Saturday nights, there is an event hosted by DJ Squeezy. The elevators are state-of-the-art and can be used without stress, displaying congestion status The buttons have sensors, so they respond without needing to be touched directly. I will be back again
