    The walls are thin.

    Late at night, I could hear vibrations and noise from the neighboring Room. It felt like the pillows were placed head-to-head. I even hesitated to sneeze. I won’t be returning. Also, the public areas are small and don’t feel very upscale, and the cleaning and overall maintenance didn’t seem particularly good—surprising for such a newly built Hotel. From the outside it still looks shiny and new, though. Compared with other hotels, there were many loud inbound travelers, which also took away from any sense of luxury.

    Breakfast included

    From the moment I entered the Room, it felt spacious and open. The Room was also a relaxing place to unwind on my own. I was happy to have Shuri miso soup for breakfast, but it would have been even better with some ingredients in it.

    I stayed here again because I had used it before and was drawn to its convenient location. The Room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you very much.

    Due to unforeseen ci...

    Due to unforeseen circumstances during my trip, I couldn’t stay at the Hotel I had planned and made a last-minute Reservation here. Even though it was a short-notice booking, they kindly accommodated me, which was a huge help. The male front desk staff member who assisted me at check-in left a great impression, and I’m glad I chose this Hotel. The Room was spotless, with separate bath and toilet facilities that were convenient to use—overall functional and very comfortable. The location is excellent: there’s a supermarket right in front, duty-free shops are close by, and the area stays well-lit even late at night, so I felt safe traveling alone. When I’m in Naha again, I’d love to stay here.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay this time for work and golf (work-related). As it was the PREMIER type, the Room was spacious and comfortable. I requested no cleaning and asked for amenities to be replaced, and everything was handled smoothly. Having a convenience store on-site is also very convenient.

    A Hotel You'll Want to Visit Again

    As a relatively new Hotel, cleanliness is impeccable. I personally loved the amenities provided. With separate bath and toilet, and a sliding door between the bedroom and hallway, the thoughtful design truly stands out. It's a safe choice for families with children. The kids' amenities were also adorable. While there are dining options available, it was disappointing that there weren't many places nearby offering authentic Okinawan cuisine. Other than that, everything was perfect! I would definitely love to stay here again.

    Clean and Convenient Hotel

    It was a very clean and comfortable Hotel. The front desk staff provided excellent service, and the Facility was new, making it a pleasant stay.

    It was a new and clean Room.

    Stayed as a couple. The property felt new and clean. There is a large supermarket next door and a convenience store downstairs, making it very convenient. Breakfast was average.

    It was comfortable. The amenities, especially the skincare products for women, were well-stocked, and my wife was very satisfied.

    I was able to relax in the Room.

    Thank you for taking care of us again this time. The Room was not square, bright with a view outside, and felt very spacious with a separate bath and washroom. The bed was also large, allowing for a restful sleep. It was spacious enough to comfortably sleep with my young grandchild. The bath always allows for pouring water over oneself before soaking slowly, which is helpful. I would like to stay again next time.

    New Hotel

    The Hotel is new, so it's naturally clean. I wonder if it's unreasonable to expect hospitality from a Business Hotel without even one star? But I thought it might have been better if it was unmanned! The response from the front desk staff was that bad. There was an older male front desk staff member who spoke ill of guests and gave orders with his chin, and a female front desk staff member who didn't even know the opening hours of the only restaurant near the check-in counter... It might be better to make it an unmanned Hotel!!! After all, there is a payment machine.

    Parking issue

    The parking lot could only be accessed from 7 AM, so I couldn't use it for golf and had to park at the pick-up parking, paying double the fee. Other than that, I was satisfied.

    Close to the station and convenient!

    Close to the station and T Galleria, the Room is clean with separate bath and toilet, making it a favorite Hotel that meets all desired conditions.

    Convenient Stays Options in Naha City

    It is new, clean, and conveniently located for shopping. After check-out, they helped arrange a taxi to the airport, which was very helpful. I would definitely like to use it again next time.

    It was a new and clean Hotel.

    Being next to T Galleria made shopping convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. Since I arrived a little early and tried to leave my luggage, they allowed me to check in right away, which was helpful. I would like to use it again. Thank you very much.

    The overall space of...

    The overall space of the Room is very spacious, and the soundproofing of the Room is excellent, so you can hardly hear any noise from outside, making it the top choice if you go to Okinawa next time.
