    That’s enough.

    Clean, close to the station, and at this price—more than enough. Both check-in and check-out are automated and hassle-free. If I visit Tokuyama again, I plan to make a Reservation.

    Clean, convenient, and excellent.

    Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations for a Business Hotel, but both the location and the cleanliness of the Room were excellent. It’s close to the station and conveniently located for shopping as well. The Room was spotless, making it very comfortable and easy to relax in. I didn’t use the Hotel dining or the large public bath, but a friend who stayed there did and strongly recommended it, saying, “You should definitely try it—go in! It’s really great.” I went out drinking late and had an early morning, so I couldn’t use it myself. That was a shame. I think it’s very convenient for anyone visiting Tokuyama! This is a Hotel I’d like to use again and highly recommend.

    Sounds good.

    This was my first time staying here as Accommodation for a live concert. The location is extremely convenient, right next to Tokuyama Station; the building and Facility are new and clean; and the staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet, which many reviewers seem to rate rather strictly, was fine for me—tasty with a decent variety, and considering the price I think it was very good. If I had to say one thing, I would have liked a bit more seafood. I also appreciated that it wasn’t crowded even when I went expecting it to be busy around just before 9:00. If I had to point out drawbacks, could something be done about the crowding at the 15:00 check-in start time? I was about third in line from the front, but still felt like I waited quite a while. When I turned around, there was a line all the way to in front of the elevators, and I wondered how long those people would have to wait. It might help if pre-check-in were available in advance so that guests who have completed it only need a quick confirmation after 15:00. Also, even though it was June, the heated toilet seat power was turned off—and because it’s an administrator setting, guests can’t turn it on themselves. That left me wondering why; even in June, the seat feels cold. I’d like to stay at this Hotel again if I have another opportunity. Thank you very much.

    Breakfast not recommended.

    I stayed in a room with a separate toilet and shower, which eliminated the discomfort of a unit bath, and I enjoyed taking a refreshing shower. The room felt spacious and open. I thought this layout was quite nice. However, I cannot recommend the breakfast—it is overpriced, has limited variety, and lacks freshness. It seems to lower the hotel's overall rating. Other reviews have also criticized the breakfast for some time now, so it feels like there is no intention to improve it. Therefore, I recommend booking accommodation without breakfast included. The facilities are excellent.

    It was very beautiful.

    Great location with clean Room and Facility. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating even though I arrived late at night. Breakfast included the specialty kawara soba, which was delicious, but I felt the variety of Western-style dishes was a bit limited. Additionally, it would be helpful to have more signs for parking and direct pathways to the station for easier navigation.

    Second Stay

    Convenient for business trips due to its proximity to the station. The Room was clean and comfortable. However, the elevators are slow, and with only two available, there might be some waiting time depending on the time of day.

    A bit disappointing.

    Last time, my grandchild was delighted with the breakfast, saying it was more delicious compared to other Hotels in Tokuyama, so we decided to stay here again. Although it might be inevitable due to rising prices, it was a bit disappointing (such as no egg dishes and only raw eggs). Other aspects remained unchanged from before.
