    The Room was covered...

    The Room was covered in dust. The wall-mounted TV cables were hanging everywhere. I made a Reservation because the same Hotel in Sapporo was clean, but I will never stay here again. Terrible.

    The location was convenient and close to my business destination. However, the table was small and there was no bathtub.

    The front desk staff provided excellent service.

    I stayed for 3 nights. The voices of a group of young girls in the neighboring room were constantly audible, so I consulted with the front desk about changing rooms. Instead, they kindly offered to address the issue directly. The moment the front desk staff knocked on their door, it became quiet. Although no one initially answered, they persistently knocked and tried to address the situation. Eventually, someone came out from inside, and after being spoken to by the staff, there was no more noise, allowing me to sleep peacefully. I deeply appreciate the professionalism and courage shown by the female front desk staff in handling such a situation amidst various guests staying at this accommodation. I would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much!

    The room was clean and tidy.

    The room was neat and clean, making for a pleasant stay. The water facilities were spotless with no areas of concern.

    We stayed in a room with a double bed and bunk bed for two people. - Convenient power outlets and USB ports by the bedside - Facilities are relatively new - The bunk bed is sturdy and does not wobble - Note that the bathroom only has a shower; unsure if rooms with bathtubs are available - Cleaning under the desk, etc., is slightly lacking, so it's not recommended to place luggage directly on the floor - Convenient access to detox water and coffee on the first floor It's fine for a 2-night stay. For stays of 3 nights or more, consider choosing a slightly larger room.

    The showerhead was broken, and some of the power outlets were not working (possibly due to a loose connection?). Also, the Room was not cleaned.
