    I was very satisfied.

    The Room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious, which helped me relax and recover from fatigue. The breakfast was delicious—I even had seconds. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Highly recommended.

    I was looking for a convenient place nearby to visit the Nakanoshima Museum of Art to see Vermeer’s *Girl with a Pearl Earring*, and chose this Hotel because the Reviews were good. It was just one stop on the Yotsubashi Line to Higobashi Station, the nearest station to the museum. It felt like a bit of a walk from the station for me, though it may depend on the person. The museum was extremely crowded and I was exhausted from standing, but this Hotel was very relaxing—even in a single room, the bathroom is separate, which made it especially comfortable. The room was thoroughly cleaned and spotless; that’s what I appreciate most. Breakfast had great variety, and I enjoyed Osaka specialties like kushikatsu and takoyaki in the morning. The red miso soup, lemon salad dressing, and pudding were particularly delicious. Just as everyone’s Reviews said, I highly recommend this Hotel.

    We’re happy to offer a separate, private bathroom.

    The bath was separated by a door from the toilet and washbasin area, which made it very convenient to use. There was also a bath chair and a water scoop. The Room was spacious as well. I would have liked a few more sencha tea bags in the Room, as there was only one. I also liked that at breakfast you could pour tea from a teapot into a mug cup. What was disappointing was that the breakfast venue staff were so absorbed in talking with other guests that they didn’t notice me even after I entered the venue. After noticing me and showing me to my seat, they can talk as much as they like. It was also disappointing that the Shizuoka oden seemed like retort food, and the konjac was hard. I would like to stay again.

    We stayed for three nights. Although it’s a new Hotel and not particularly spacious, we had a very comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the lighting could be adjusted in three levels, which was convenient. The air conditioning worked well throughout the entire Room, making it pleasant. The TV was also large, and we were able to fully enjoy watching sports. When we arrived before check-in, the staff kindly stored our luggage with a smile, which we really appreciated. The Room was kept very clean, and amenities and supplies were replenished perfectly. Our whole family was completely satisfied in every way. We will definitely stay again.

    Great value for money in a convenient location

    The place was very clean and comfortable, but when I tried to take a bath in the morning, the water was lukewarm… The shower was also lukewarm…. Even though it was hot summer weather, the water temperature was almost cold, so I gave up. Other than that, I have no complaints.

    About two years ago?

    This is about my stay from around two years ago. In the Review I left after that stay, it seems I wrote that I wanted the humidifier’s water to be filled in advance. When I checked in this time, a message appeared on the screen saying something like, “We have something to tell you, so please come to the front desk.” When I went there, they explained what I had written above and said that they actually cannot do that due to hygiene concerns. I couldn’t help but think, “Of course—that makes sense. Did I really write something like that?” and was surprised. I was truly impressed that they carefully brought up something from about two years ago. It showed me how sincere this Hotel is. I will stay here again.

    There was nothing to criticize.

    I chose this place based on the Reviews, and they truly didn’t disappoint. It was such a wonderful Business Hotel that I honestly can’t find anything to deduct. There is an automated check-in machine, but you’re not left on your own. It was a record-breaking hot day, and I really appreciated it when a staff member who stayed nearby to assist handed me a cold wet towel. I was also very satisfied with the Room. It was thoroughly cleaned, with no unpleasant odors. The TV was a SONY with great sound and color, and it supported Chromecast, which was very helpful. The bathroom was separate, and the bathtub wasn’t shallow—it had good depth. The hot water filled quickly too (not the kind that takes forever), which made mornings and evenings much easier. I was also happy that bath salts were provided among the amenities. And breakfast—you should definitely have it! There were plenty of Shizuoka and Osaka specialties, and the layout and seating weren’t cramped at all, so choosing food was fun. Being able to brew tea from loose leaves in proper cups, plus Shizuoka oden—everything was beautifully presented, and it made me happy from the morning. After returning home, I’ve been dealing with intense heat every day and felt like I might get summer fatigue, but I’ve been more energetic than usual. I think it’s because breakfast here was so satisfying and nutritionally excellent. I’ll be recommending this Accommodation to colleagues who often stay nearby as well. Thank you for taking care of me—I’ll be back again.

    Experience Shizuoka

    Conveniently located in Shinsaibashi, this hotel is in a popular area with a well-known ramen shop right in front. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast is unique, offering not only Osaka specialties but also Shizuoka oden, and it tastes great.

    Chosen based on Reviews.

    As this was my first stay, I chose this Hotel based on its Reviews. As expected, the Room was spacious for a Business Hotel, and having the bath and toilet separate was very convenient. Breakfast included Osaka’s famous “niku-sui,” which was a pleasant surprise, and it was delicious. There were also Shizuoka specialties. I had a Multiple Night Stay, and the buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, which I really enjoyed. However, I should have used navigation from the start—I tried to find it by feel and got a little lost. Just as the Reviews said, it was a great Hotel with excellent value.

    This Hotel offers a relaxing and comfortable stay.

    The nearest station is Hommachi, but because Hommachi Station can be confusing to navigate, it’s easier to come from Shinsaibashi Station. There are plenty of convenience stores around the Hotel. At the Hotel entrance, there was a “welcome drink” tea tap, and it was very delicious. The Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet featured a collaboration of “Osaka” and “Shizuoka,” and I especially recommend the Shizuoka oden. The kushikatsu and dashi chazuke were also delicious. We chose this Hotel based on Reviews, and it was a relaxing place to unwind. The front desk staff were also very kind. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Very satisfied.

    I stayed for two nights to see a kabuki performance at Osaka Shochikuza. They told me a Room was available and upgraded me, so I was able to relax and enjoy a spacious stay. The bathroom had a separate washing area, there were bath salts, and the amenities were well stocked. I also enjoyed delicious tea from the tea tap. If I come back here again, I will stay here.

    It was a satisfying stay.

    It’s a clean Business Hotel. It’s a bit of a walk from the Hotel, but the area has a pleasant level of bustle. I stayed here for a concert trip, and I was happy they kept playing that artist’s songs in the entrance. I booked with the Room type left to the hotel, and by chance I was assigned a universal-access Room—both the Room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The cleaning was extremely thorough. I’d like to stay here again.

    A Convenient Hotel

    I stayed for four nights for work. In addition to the bathroom with a washing area, there was bath salt among the amenities, so I was happy to be able to soak in the bath both morning and night. It was a very convenient Hotel, with a desk lamp that could charge my phone and a coin laundry that didn’t require exchanging money.

    I chose this Hotel because I expected to return late after watching sports. (The deciding factor was the bathroom with a separate washing area!) I had planned to check in late at night, but I stopped by in the early afternoon hoping you could store my suitcase in advance. I was told that the Room was already ready. Maybe I was just lucky, but it really helped to be able to leave my luggage beforehand. Thank you for your flexible and kind support. The meals were delicious as well (as expected of Shizuoka—I was happy with the wide variety of teas), and I had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the chance! Just one thing...! I wanted to use the air purifier in the Room, but there was quite a lot of dust on the filter, so I decided not to use it. That part concerned me a little—please make sure it is cleaned.

    Both check-in and check-out are handled by machines, but the front desk staff provided courteous assistance. There were recommendation maps for the area around the Hotel and an in-house guide map available, which were very easy to understand. The amenities were basic but sufficient, and I was satisfied. As for the bath, there was a washing area, and I appreciated being able to use it while seated on a chair. I used a wheelchair, and I was very grateful that the doors were wide; however, the space under the sink is designed in a way that can bump into a wheelchair, making it difficult to use, so I would appreciate any future improvements.

    Wonderful Hotel

    Since I was told that luggage storage would be available around check-in time, I stopped by the Hotel at around 2:00 PM. They said my Room was ready, so I was able to check in early. I had an early morning and was tired, and I wasn’t sure where to rest until my evening plans, so being able to relax in the Room was a big help. I booked a discounted Room Plan with some limitations, and I was assigned an accessible (barrier-free) Room. It was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast also had a great variety, and I was very satisfied. This is a Hotel I would recommend to friends.

    It’s very close to Orix Theater, and I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. It’s a bit of a walk from the nearest Honmachi Station and busy areas like Shinsaibashi, but there’s also a shopping street nearby, so I found it very convenient. I arrived a little early because I wanted to leave my luggage, but I was told that my Room was already ready. Although it was an assigned Plan, I was grateful to be shown to a spacious twin Room. The receptionist at check-in was very pleasant and kind. The Hotel itself was clean and well maintained, and the Room was well cleaned too, making it comfortable to stay in. There were plenty of bath salts and amenities, and I also appreciated the self-serve coffee and hot tea available in front of the front desk. This time I chose a Plan without breakfast, but they seem to offer some Osaka-style dishes as well, so I’d like to try it if I have the chance. I would like to stay here again when visiting Osaka. Thank you very much.

    I’ve stayed here several times.

    This is a rare Hotel near Shinsaibashi with separate bath and toilet. It is a bit far from any station, but that makes it quiet and relaxing. When staying in Minami, this Hotel is the only choice for me.

    I stayed here alone ...

    I stayed here alone as a woman, and the Hotel had a bright atmosphere. The Room was clean, and I had a very comfortable stay! I also really appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate. It is quite a walk from the station, so it may be tough if you’re arriving late at night or if the weather is bad... I would definitely stay here again when I visit Osaka.

    The staff’s thoughtful hospitality makes for a comfortable stay.

    On my first stay, I made a request and the Hotel kindly accommodated it. Since then, every time I stay, the front desk staff ask, “Would you like us to handle it the same way as last time?”—a level of attentiveness that makes this a very comfortable Hotel. The bathroom has a separate washing area, which is very convenient. In a typical Business Hotel, you usually get one bath towel and one face towel, but here they provide two face towels as well, which is a nice touch. If I had to ask for anything more, I’d love it if the foldable mirror in the Room were a bit larger. And it would be even better if decaf coffee were available with the coffee in the lobby.

    Clean and the bath was excellent.

    A bit far from Shinsaibashi. It's fine in good weather, but can be inconvenient on rainy days. The room is comfortable. Amenities are fully equipped, and you bring what you need yourself. There are pajamas provided, but unfortunately, they don't include pants. You get two bottles of water per day. Breakfast was added since the price difference wasn't significant, but if it costs around 2000 yen more, it might not be worth it. The bathtub is deep and spacious enough for a relaxing soak; bath salts are also provided. The water pressure is excellent and fills the tub quickly. The bed is very comfortable, and the TV is modern with access to Netflix and YouTube—very convenient! The welcome drink of tea from the tap is delicious; definitely give it a try! For Multiple Night Stays, you can choose whether or not to have cleaning services; however, there are no perks for opting out of cleaning services—offering some benefits might encourage more guests to skip cleaning services.

    Best value for money

    I stayed for one night with breakfast included to watch a play in Osaka. For a Business Hotel, the separate bath and toilet, along with a bathing area, were very convenient and appreciated amidst rising costs. I personally enjoyed the meal, especially the steamed egg custard, which was delicious. Although it’s a bit of a walk from the station, the location is convenient for sightseeing. Next time, I plan to stay with my daughter.

    The Room is spacious...

    The Room is spacious, with a separate bath and toilet, and very clean. Security uses a card key that you touch on the elevator control panel. Breakfast offers enjoyable menus from Osaka and Shizuoka. The location is on a back street, which might feel a bit quiet. A convenience store is just a few minutes' walk away, and Midosuji Road or Shinsaibashi Shopping Street can be reached in under 10 minutes on foot.

    Good Hotel

    Self check-in and check-out make the process easy. Additionally, having a separate bathroom is very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, but it was crowded on the day and required waiting in line. The Room lighting cannot be adjusted; it can only be turned on or off. However, cleaning and organization were thorough, making the overall experience pleasant. I would like to stay again.

    The staff was very friendly.

    Despite the sudden accommodation, I was fortunate to find a very comfortable hotel. The staff observed the machine operations during check-in and check-out from a distance without being intrusive, and once completed, they approached to greet me. I felt their thoughtfulness. The price range, location, and separate bath and toilet were delightful points. Being able to watch YouTube on the TV was also a considerate touch.

    Unique to Shizutetsu

    Unique Shizuoka hospitality by Shizutetsu was wonderful! The tea is from JA Hainan, a local product. I will make this my regular accommodation in Osaka.

    A three-person room for a single reservation.

    The "Room Assigned on Arrival Plan" led to being assigned a room with bunk beds and a simple single bed, similar in size to a single room. Naturally, after filing a complaint and paying the difference, I was moved to a double room of the same size on the same floor. I will not stay at such a Business Hotel again.

    The location is slightly far from the station.

    This is my second stay. It is one of the few business hotels in Osaka with a separate type layout. The price is reasonable, and the satisfaction level is high. However, it is a bit far from any station, so getting there can be slightly challenging.
