    I stayed on a Multiple Night Stay Plan without meals, but…

    I stayed for two nights. On the first day, I arrived a little late, but check-in was smooth. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, which was appreciated. However, there were many spider webs around the stairs and ramp at the entrance from the parking lot into the Hotel, so I felt that area should be cleaned more thoroughly. When I entered the Room, it clearly felt like an older Room that had been renovated. What surprised me most was that there was no switch for a ventilation fan in either the toilet or bathroom. When I asked a staff member, they said both are ventilated by a central system, but the toilet vent was covered in dust, and it didn’t feel like there was much ventilation in the bathroom either. In addition, the air conditioner didn’t cool well. I lowered it to 21°C, but it seemed to stop partway through—possibly due to automatic temperature control—and the Room never cooled down properly. On the second day, since it still wasn’t cooling at all, I left it running while I went out. Even when I returned, it didn’t feel very cool and the temperature remained high. Since this was a Multiple Night Stay on a no-meals Plan, I brought plenty of drinks with me. However, the refrigerator also didn’t cool well—the beer was very lukewarm. When I called the front desk, they came at night to replace the refrigerator. During that process, dust from under and behind it blew into the Room and I had to do some cleaning myself. I checked how well the replacement refrigerator cooled by next morning, but there wasn’t much difference. After being out all day and returning at night it had cooled slightly—but I think you should provide one that cools more (it felt about as cold as a wine cellar). On arrival day we received discount vouchers for an affiliated restaurant and used them for dinner; that part was good. Because both housekeeping staff and front desk staff were pleasant, I hope you can improve more on your Facility going forward.

    The Room is spacious.

    Used for a business trip. Stayed alone in a double Room. The Hotel is old, but it has been renovated, and the Room was very spacious and relaxing. There was also a sofa, which made it comfortable. It may depend on the Room, but the unit bathroom in the Room I stayed in was spacious yet still felt old. Also, perhaps because it is an older building or because the walls are thin, I couldn’t sleep due to extremely loud snoring from another guest that sounded like rumbling vibrations. When I spoke to the front desk, they responded immediately and changed my Room. However, unfortunately, even after moving I ended up dealing with similarly loud snoring again. It wasn’t really the Hotel’s fault, so I couldn’t bring myself to complain a second time, and it turned into a night with little sleep. For meals, I used the on-site restaurant for both dinner and lunch. It was delicious.

    Spacious

    The price was affordable, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. Since this plan was No Meals Included, I can’t comment on the food, but the parking lot was at the back and hard to find.

    Close to the airport.

    Close to the airport and conveniently located for easy access to the city. The Room was clean and comfortable, allowing us to relax.

    I’d like to stay here again.

    It was better than I expected. The Room was spacious and clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I was satisfied. There was only one trash bin in the Room, so I thought it would be nice to have another one near the sink.

    There was no advance notice about the construction work.

    The entire exterior was under construction and covered with sheets. I checked in after 3:00 p.m., and outside the Room there were scaffolding and sheets, with very loud drilling noise and strong vibrations. When I asked the front desk about the construction hours, I was told it would be from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., but it was already 4:30 p.m. when I asked... The next morning, I planned to leave before 10:00 a.m., but at 9:00 someone walked past on the scaffolding! I was startled and closed the curtains. It seemed like construction started after that, and again there was very loud noise—what exactly was the front desk staff’s explanation? For such large-scale work, they should have known well in advance, yet there was no notice; the announcement on their website appeared only the day before my stay. It seems the work will continue until May, so guests should confirm in advance. The Room had been renovated and was clean.

    Hotel signage is unclear.

    The building was under exterior construction and covered with protective sheeting, and there was no visible signage from the national highway, so it was impossible to find. The contractor’s response was poor. The Hotel should take this seriously and ensure proper measures are in place with guests in mind.

    Hotel near the airport

    There is a family restaurant on the premises, which was very convenient. However, breakfast starts late, so I would have used it if it started a bit earlier.

    Not for business—highly satisfying.

    I was in a panic because the Tosa-cuisine place at the airport closed earlier than I expected and I missed dinner, but this Hotel has an izakaya on-site, which was a huge help and made me very happy. The Hotel also gave us tickets we could use at the izakaya (a snack set to go with drinks), and we even got delicious seared bonito for free. 　It’s also great for family trips that elementary school children can stay for free with Child Sharing Existing Bedding. The bed was large too—if you go thinking it’s just for business travelers, you’ll be mistaken. I’m very satisfied with this Hotel. It exceeded my expectations and I’d like to give it 5 stars, but both my child and I found the bed cover completely messed up by morning, so I would prefer a cover that doesn’t slip off the duvet for cleanliness as well. Breakfast is served at the same izakaya restaurant, and it’s close to the airport—highly recommended. There are lots of carp in the izakaya, which kids will love.

    Peace of mind for exam takers

    We chose this Hotel for my daughter’s entrance exam, considering the access to Kochi University. Since all the twin rooms were booked, my daughter stayed in a Comfort Single and I stayed in a standard Single. The Comfort Single was comfortable as the name suggests, and I had no complaints except that there was no bathtub. The Single felt like a typical Business Hotel—neither particularly good nor bad. There is a Lawson convenience store within walking distance, and we had dinner at the restaurant next door. They offer plenty of options like a Japanese-style family restaurant, including Kochi specialties such as seared bonito set meals, and everything tasted great. The front desk gives guests coupons; we received a free snack set of about four items such as seared bonito and whitebait. Arranging a taxi for exam day and borrowing an iron were both handled without any issues. Many exam takers were staying there, and on the morning of the exam day reserved taxis lined up in front of the Hotel. The staff coordinated well with the drivers, so departures went smoothly. All staff were very helpful, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you very much.

    Beautiful

    The interior renovations are complete, and everything is now clean and refreshed. It’s quiet, with convenient access by car. There are Japanese, Western, and Chinese restaurants as well, so even on a Multiple Night Stay you won’t have any trouble with meals. I’d like to stay at this Accommodation again next time. It was a business trip, and the rate was good.

    初めての四国家族旅行！！！

    Clean and comfortable rooms

    First trip to Shikoku from Kyushu. After having dinner in Kochi city, we arrived in just 15 minutes by car. The location is convenient with many nearby chain restaurants, conveyor belt sushi, beef bowl shops, and ramen shops. Parking is free for those traveling by private car. The male staff at the front desk was very kind and pleasant. The Room was a Japanese-Western style with tatami mats, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom in the Room was clean, though I thought having a ventilation fan would be better. There were thoughtful amenities like a smartphone charger and insulated coffee cups, and the TV had mirroring functionality to view your smartphone screen on it—perfect for reflecting on the day’s activities. I was satisfied with the price as well. If I may suggest one improvement, having carts to carry luggage would have been helpful.

    The stay was very clean and comfortable.

    It was a single Room, but it was well-cleaned, still new and beautiful, allowing me to sleep soundly. I would like to use it again when traveling to Kochi Prefecture.

    A Hotel You’ll Want to Visit Again

    The first impression of the Room was that the photos were quite enhanced. The design of the Room felt like a Ryokan, giving off a somewhat dated vibe with features like cylinder keys and push-down faucets at the sink. However, the Room itself was thoroughly cleaned, had a sense of cleanliness, and there was no unpleasant feeling at all. Relaxing on the tatami mats was definitely enjoyable. Above all, the bath was exceptional. It had a washing area, was very clean and spacious, with washbasins and bath chairs provided. The chairs were slightly higher than usual, making it easier to sit down and stand up. While the sink area was spacious, as mentioned earlier about its faucet type with strong water pressure, adjusting water flow could be tricky at times. The bedroom was also spacious; beds were comfortable but having power outlets only on one side opposite to where the side table is located felt slightly inconvenient. For those bringing suitcases: since there’s no designated spot indoors for them directly placing onto tatami-mats might risk dirt-stains hence carrying along leisure-sheets/newspapers underneath helps avoid such issues! Additionally cold beverages/mineral-water weren’t pre-stocked inside hence pre-purchasing beforehand would've been better idea! Considering price alongside facilities offered overall value-for-money ratio remains excellent enough wanting repeat stays here again albeit requiring car-accessibility being necessary condition though. Suggestions For Improvement: - Cylinder-key usage quirks mean clearer door-opening/closing instructions would help ease user-experience. - Towels despite appearing clean seemed worn-out frayed edges overly stiff causing discomfort even minor friction leading disappointment thus deserves addressing urgently!

    The perfect accommodation for sightseeing in Kochi.

    A few years ago, we first stayed at this accommodation when my child was preparing for exams. During their time in school, we visited Kochi multiple times and fully enjoyed the breathtaking views and delicious food. Even now, after graduation, we visit Kochi once a year to relax and stay at this accommodation for a multiple night stay while exploring Kochi Prefecture. This accommodation has been renovated and is very clean with thorough housekeeping. The room includes a sofa and table, making it perfect for relaxing. There is also a long table with lighting, ideal for writing or working. A restaurant is conveniently located next to the hotel, allowing easy access to meals. It’s about 15 minutes from Ryoma Airport and offers great access to sightseeing in Kochi City as well as trips to Cape Muroto. Above all else, the staff at the front desk are incredibly kind, making us feel refreshed and happy that we chose to visit Kochi again. We look forward to visiting again next year!

    Business Hotel with Spacious Bath

    I chose this place because I was with my child and wanted cleanliness and a spacious bathroom. The cleanliness was not great, but the Room was spacious.

    Good Hotel

    Free Child Sharing Existing Bedding for elementary school children was very appreciated, the guest room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. There were many restaurants around the Hotel, so No Meals Included was perfectly fine. There is a restaurant next to the Hotel where we received a service coupon and ordered a hospitality set, which was very delicious. Thank you very much!

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    I always stay here when visiting Kochi. Conveniently located along the main road. The Hotel interior feels a bit dated, but the Room has been beautifully renovated, making it very comfortable and relaxing. The TV also allows YouTube viewing, which was great. I will definitely stay here again.

    I stayed in a twin room. The facility feels a bit dated, but the spacious guest room was satisfying. One disappointment was that there were no Diamond Member benefits during my stay. When I asked about it at checkout, the staff could only say they didn’t know, which was disappointing. However, I would like to thank the senior female staff member working outside who kindly assisted me as I left the hotel. I plan to stay again soon and hope to enjoy Diamond Member benefits next time.

    It was excellent, just as the Review said.

    I suddenly decided to stay and quickly made a Reservation. As per the Review, it was a wonderful Hotel. I could feel the attention to detail in everything, from the front desk service to the Room size, cleanliness, and Facility. This time I traveled by car, but I would like to know if it is accessible by public transportation. I would definitely like to use it again.

    Business trip use

    I used it for a business trip. The room was clean after renovation and spacious and comfortable compared to business hotels in the same price range. The bed was also comfortable to sleep in. However, it is far from the city, so access is difficult without a car. The breakfast was also delicious. I will use it again if I have the opportunity.
