    Close to the station

    Just a 2-3 minute walk from Higashiyama Station, the location is excellent with a convenience store nearby, and the area is quiet. The accommodation cost was very affordable compared to other facilities. The facility was simple with only the bare essentials. There were no sleepwear provided, which was slightly inconvenient but acceptable for this price. It was common to see international guests smoking in front of the entrance.

    The property, which appears to be a renovated apartment, had a room with a courtyard that was pleasant. The staff provided good responses, but the front desk has time restrictions. The bathroom and toilet are separate. Cleaning services are available for an additional fee, so please note this if you plan a Multiple Night Stay. For luggage storage, you will need to take your belongings to a nearby affiliated Hotel (the storage location is conveniently close to the main street).

    No cleaning for 7 days

    Although it was a one-night stay, for guests with a Multiple Night Stay, there is no cleaning service for 7 days, which raises serious hygiene concerns. If desired, cleaning is available for an additional 2000 yen, which was quite surprising. Most Business Hotels usually provide cleaning after three consecutive nights. The Room seems to be a renovated apartment. While the independent bath was appreciated, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable as if staying in someone else's space. The lampshade of the floor light was also stained. However, the Room does include a microwave, making it suitable for budget-conscious travelers who prefer not to eat out. The location near Higashiyama Station, Shirakawa area, and Gion was convenient; however, the front desk has limited hours and luggage storage is only available at an affiliated Hotel nearby. This made it quite inconvenient overall.

    Pest control requested

    Whether it was due to the heat, the lack of air conditioning in the hallway, or insufficient cleaning, I got bitten by insects all over, and the itching hasn't stopped even after returning home. Although the appearance wasn't too bad, there might have been bugs around the linens, and the squishy mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on, which was disappointing.
