  What is an underground Room...

  There are no issues with the room, facility, or location. However, if I had known the room was in the basement, I wouldn't have made the reservation. There were four rooms, so it might be fine for those who don't mind. It's not clear with online reservations, and as someone with countless stays, it was a shock to me.

  Luxury Business Hotel

  I stayed to visit ROHM Theatre Kyoto. It is very convenient, being just a short walk from Higashiyama Station and about 10 minutes on foot to the venue. There is no bath, but the shower is comfortable, which was actually preferable. There is also a living space, and the toilet and other facilities are spacious. On the first floor, there is a drink bar available 24 hours, allowing for a pleasant stay.

It is conveniently located about 15 minutes by subway from Kyoto Station and a 1-minute walk from the nearest Higashiyama Station, providing excellent access to tourist attractions. Nearby, you can find Heian Shrine, Kyoto Zoo, and ROHM Theatre. Some Rooms in the Hotel are equipped with bathtubs, and we sincerely look forward to welcoming you again.

  I think it's worth t...

  I think it's worth the price, but the impression that there's no room cleaning for up to three nights (charged if requested) is a bit... I don't mind not having the sheets changed, but since there's no large public bath, I would have liked the bathroom cleaned and the towels changed. There were no issues with the facilities.
