    It was a safe, clean, and pleasant Hotel in Japan.

    The front desk staff were Japanese, and the Hotel staff handled both the check-in process and payment courteously, which was great. The Room and hallways were clean, quiet, and relaxing. Also, having an in-room extension phone made me feel at ease because I could contact them if anything came up. I also appreciated that the Room didn’t have any unnecessary fragrance. Lately, I’ve often found it bothersome when Hotels require guests to use machines for check-in and payment, or when communication is difficult because the front desk staff are not Japanese—so I was especially happy with this stay.

    The toilet is a bit small.

    I stayed in a Deluxe Corner Room to enjoy the view. As you can see in the photos, there was a taut wire that was quite obstructive, but once I moved the chair directly underneath it, it became comfortable. I was assigned to the 15th floor—the lowest floor—but it was adorable watching cars move around like tiny Tomica models, and I couldn’t stop looking. If you want to enjoy the scenery, Stargate Hotel is best; if you want something more dynamic, Odysis Suites is better. (There are two Hotels in the same building.) The Room and Facility were clean, but the toilet smelled of urine, and since it shared space with the bath, it was unpleasant. On my way out I noticed that the area between the toilet and the wall hadn’t been cleaned (there were quite a few hairs), so urine from previous guests may have been left behind. At first I thought the whole toilet area smelled, but it’s disappointing because this probably wouldn’t have happened if just the floor had been cleaned properly. Other than that—aside from some unusual design choices and air-conditioning blowing directly onto the pillow—it was good.

    The Room was cleaner...

    The Room was cleaner and more convenient than expected. It is directly connected to Rinku-Town Station, about 30 minutes to Namba, and offers great value for money. I would like to stay again.

    I stayed the night b...

    I stayed the night before my flight. It was conveniently located near the station, and there was also a convenience store nearby. The Room was spacious, with the bedroom and living area separated, so I could relax comfortably. I was also happy that it was cheaper than staying near Haneda. I would like to stay here again when flying from Kansai International Airport.

    Stay the night before your Ishigaki Island trip

    Thank you for upgrading our Room. Thanks to you, we had a very comfortable stay. From the window, we could relax and enjoy views of the sea and ships, and since it was perfectly clear, we could even see Harukas in the distance. On the day of departure, we really appreciated being taken by the bus leaving the Hotel around 5:00 a.m.! We were able to catch our flight easily and fully enjoy Ishigaki Island! We would love to stay again next time.

    Spacious Room with Stunning KIX Views

    The Room is spacious! In the living area near the entrance, there’s a desk with plenty of workspace, a cabinet with lots of storage, and a refrigerator. There’s also a comfortable sofa and table for relaxing. The bedroom is beyond the bathroom in the middle, so it feels like a junior suite. The closet is also roomy. Beyond the motorized curtains are views of the expressway and KIX. After staying for two weeks mostly in Rooms around 20 m², just having a larger Room helped me relax both physically and mentally and significantly eased my work fatigue. I don’t usually stay at KIX after business, but this time choosing an overnight stay after KIX due to scheduling was absolutely the right decision. I wanted to take it easy until the last minute, so I didn’t add breakfast; that was also the right choice. Please also clean on top of the sofa and similar areas. In early April when it was 12–13°C outside, full-building air conditioning is tough. I understand that some foreign guests get extremely hot easily, but could something be done? You do need to travel one stop by train, but it’s directly connected to the station, and even if it rains there’s only a very small section where you have to walk outside. Highly recommended Accommodation for staying before or after KIX.

    It was excellent.

    We arrived around 1:30 PM, and since the Room was ready, we were able to check in early. We stayed in a twin Room and were surprised at how spacious it was. We were satisfied with everything, including the cleanliness and the front desk service. We would like to stay again.

    We stayed here the night before and the night after our trip. Above all, the Hotel was very convenient, with excellent access from Rinku-Town Station and a shuttle bus to Kansai International Airport. The front desk staff were kind, and the Room was spacious and clean, so we had a very comfortable stay.

    Used on the way back from our honeymoon.

    We stayed here on our way back from the Maldives for our honeymoon. Check-in was polite and quick, and the room was clean despite the reasonable price. The view was also great and really impressed us. We would love to stay here again if we have the chance.

    Two hotels are locat...

    Two hotels are located in one building, which was unexpected, and there was very little guidance, making the front desk hard to find. I called the internal line about 50 times with no response, but when I used my mobile phone to call the external line, they answered immediately. During this season, the air conditioner only worked as a fan without cooling. Additionally, although I don’t recall causing it, water may have overflowed from the bathtub. When I opened the shower curtain after bathing, water had pooled on the tiles and wouldn’t drain at all through the drain hole. I had to repeatedly wipe it up with towels and return it to the sink. While affordable and spacious with convenient aspects, there were many inconveniences during my stay at this accommodation.

    Late check-in allows for a restful sleep.

    I always use this place for early morning flights, but this time I stayed after arriving on a late-night flight for the first time. I was able to check in after the last Nankai train and enjoy a relaxing rest since check-out is at 11:00 AM. Moreover, the bedroom and living room are properly separated, so noise wasn’t an issue, making it truly comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

    Conveniently located.

    I stayed in the Standard Twin Bay View room. Each floor's entrance requires a key for access, ensuring excellent security. There is a 24-hour Lawson convenience store on the second floor with a great selection, making it very convenient. The room had two beds and a sofa at the back, offering plenty of space to relax. From the room, I had a clear view of the Kansai Airport Access Bridge and planes taking off and landing. The bathroom was a unit bath but spacious with a large bathtub. However, when filling the bathtub to its brim while using the shower, I noticed that the drainage system struggled slightly to keep up, so caution is advised when filling it fully. Disposable slippers were provided in the room, which was very thoughtful. With direct access to Rinku Station and such clean and spacious rooms at an incredibly reasonable price, I would love to stay here again!

    The unit bath had a strong unpleasant odor.

    The Room itself was spacious and nice, but there was a strong foul odor coming from the unit bath and toilet. It was so unbearable that I had to hold my breath just to wash my hands, so during my stay, I used the restroom near the lobby instead. I believe some cleaning measures need to be taken to address this smell.

    The Room was clean and satisfactory.

    The Hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. In the morning, several shuttle buses to Terminal 1 were available, which I used. The Room was very clean. The toilet and bathroom were a unit type but slightly spacious, allowing for a relaxing soak in the bathtub.

    I used the property for a specific purpose. Therefore, I wanted to keep it as reasonable as possible since it was just a stay, and it was really good. It's perfect for those who are particular about having a spacious room with a decent view from the room, even if it's just for staying.

    Very convenient for early morning flights.

    The room was more spacious than expected, with the bathroom separating the bedroom and living room, and a TV in both the bedroom and living room, which was convenient. The bed was also comfortable. It was great that by making a reservation, I could be dropped off by bus at the entrance of the international departure floor of Kansai Airport early in the morning. Moreover, the accommodation cost was very reasonable, which was excellent.

    Mysterious

    The directions from the entrance to the hall were unclear, and it felt like a maze until I found the room. The room was clean, but it was slightly different from the photos shown at the time of reservation. There is an airport shuttle service, and breakfast is on the 54th floor with a panoramic view of the sea. This is the only part I found good.

    For a corner Room,

    First, I went to the triple corner room, deluxe, and found that ① The room was two connecting Rooms? with separate beds! ② There was a structural reinforcement (diagonal pillar) and the airport side was hardly visible. The back Room had no windows ③ The view on the sea side was not very good either ④ You can see the corner Room and the next Room, so if you don't have curtains, it's completely visible I stayed last year as well, but this time it was extremely disappointing. I think it was Room 2026? 2025 maybe

    Odysseus Suites Osaka Airport Hotel利用して

    We stayed as a couple before my overseas assignment every six months. It was a very quiet and cleanly maintained comfortable Stays. The view from the window was spectacular, and we plan to stay again next time.

    Spacious Room

    I stayed as an after-trip stay. It is very convenient as it is a few minutes by train from the airport and directly connected to the hotel at Rinku Town. The room is spacious with a living room and bedroom, and the bath is like a home bath, allowing for relaxation. The accommodation fee was also very reasonable, which I appreciated. It was a high-quality hotel and very pleasant, so I definitely want to stay again next time. Thank you very much.

    A hotel where you can stay comfortably

    Bathroom odor

    I have used your services several times and always had a comfortable stay, but this time there were many disappointing aspects, leaving a bad aftertaste. Upon entering the bathroom, there was a fishy smell that hit my nose. I couldn't determine if it was coming from the drain. I have concerns about the response from the front desk staff at check-in. Although there was an apology at check-out, it was disappointing to be treated as if I were a complainer. Additionally, the quality of the breakfast menu seemed to have declined compared to before.

    We stayed as a group...

    We stayed as a group of three adults, and the structure was unusually long with a twin room at the back, a bathroom in between, and a single room, which was an interesting layout. The slightly complicated part was that two hotels coexist within the huge building. The facilities are up-to-date, and the price is reasonable. There's a 24-hour Trial store nearby where you can buy a bento and heat it up in the microwave at the hotel's laundry corner. It seems that a reservation is required at check-in for the free shuttle bus to Kansai Airport the next morning (about 15 minutes).
