The Facility was new and felt very comfortable, but the pillow was too high and made it hard to sleep.

Even at best, this is as far as it goes.

(Important) Below is a list of concerns. Some proper names have been omitted. - Although payment is required at check-in, the staff’s attitude made it seem as if unexpected circumstances would not be taken into consideration. - I asked in advance for restaurant recommendations because I wanted to try certain menu items, but some restaurants were not included in the email. The restaurants not listed were ones I researched on my own. - On the day, another guest tried to ask whose breakfast side dishes they were, even though mine had already been placed there, because they wanted to use that space. Details of the breakfast menu from my previous stay are omitted—please infer from the photos. A spring festival was also held on May 15, but due to what happened (which I caused), I decided to return home immediately. Although the Reservation platform is different, I have one more stay at this Hotel scheduled. Depending on how that goes, I would like to decide my priority for future stays.

(Important) This is additional context to supplement my comments. (Meals) I think this is a “classic failure case” of “reviewing and renewing” the breakfast offering. In that case, a “No Meals Included Plan with a QUO card,” and then having breakfast at a nearby Lawson or 7-Eleven using roughly the value of the QUO card, might honestly be better. (Overall) Even if I understand that the breakfast renewal was “at the direction of the group headquarters,” if this is the result, I feel as stated above. This stay left me with the impression that, while other aspects were generally acceptable—including how they handled my call to inform them of a significant delay in arrival—the breakfast alone was enough to be an immediate deal-breaker. I won’t upload photos; I’d rather leave impressions of the actual contents to other guests.
