    Nice to have

    With free parking available, I thought it was a convenient base for sightseeing. I chose the breakfast plan, and the curry was delicious. I would have liked to have tissues in the Room. There were tea bags, but it would have been even better if coffee was also provided. It was affordable and clean, so I’d like to stay again.

    Although I checked in late, the staff assisted me courteously. It was my first stay at a Route Inn Hotel, and it was a good experience—the Business Hotel breakfast was delicious.

    TV Placement

    I usually watch TV almost straight on while leaning against the headboard, but in this Room I had to watch it at an angle. Due to the Room layout and the size of the TV and its stand (the refrigerator cabinet), it couldn’t be moved, making it very difficult to see. I hope this can be improved. The Room felt larger than usual.

    I stayed here on a trip right after the New Year holidays. The accommodation rate was relatively affordable, and the Room was clean and comfortable. There is also a large public bath with natural Onsen, and the staff were courteous. Breakfast was quite good as well. For a Business Hotel, I’d say it ranks among the better options. If I had to mention one thing, it would be perfect if there were an open-air bath in addition to the large public bath. It’s a shame there isn’t one. Since you operate many locations across The whole country, I hope more Route Inns will add open-air baths in the future. Still, I was very satisfied overall during my stay. I’m planning to travel to Shimane Prefecture this summer, so this time I made a Reservation at Route Inn Higashi-Matsue. Thank you again in advance.

    Request to install a clock in the large public bath.

    It would be helpful to have a clock in the public bath, as it’s hard to keep track of time. We understand it might be challenging due to humidity prevention.

    It was comfortable.

    The property was very clean and comfortable. Most importantly, during the New Year holidays when nearby restaurants were mostly closed, the on-site restaurant was open, which was a great help! I would love to stay here again! Thank you so much!

    Public Bath

    A clock would be appreciated. Knowing the time or duration while bathing would be helpful.

    The entire place was clean.

    As a local resident, I stayed at the accommodation simply because I wanted to try it out. Since I booked at an affordable price, there was no view as expected—just a parking lot, which was quite disappointing (laughs). Now, I feel like staying again on a higher floor to enjoy the familiar view of Maizuru from above. However, for those unfamiliar with the city, they might not realize that the main road in front is one-way, which could be concerning.

    Perfect for solo accommodation

    I used this place during a motorcycle touring trip. There was parking space for light vehicles, which made it easy to park. However, when I inquired beforehand, the front desk did not provide this information, which was disappointing. The guidance given was simply "if there's space available for motorcycles or cars, feel free to use it." It would be better if more detailed and polite guidance were provided. Additionally, I stayed in a Single Comfort Room, but there were no tissues provided. Is this due to cost-cutting?

    Onsen

    Route Inn Hotel often features artificial Onsen, but this one had a natural Onsen. It made my skin feel smooth and soft.

    We stayed here during our trip as a couple.

    Located approximately 50 meters from the main intersection in front of Nishi-Maizuru Station, this beautiful 10-story hotel is easy to spot and highly accessible. With ample parking available, it is convenient for guests arriving by car. The interior is newly renovated, featuring slightly firm beds that provide excellent comfort and help relieve fatigue. Equipped with USB outlets, the facility caters well to both business and leisure travelers. A highlight of the hotel is its natural Onsen. Although it’s an indoor bath, the facility rivals those of Onsen Ryokans, offering a relaxing experience after a long journey. The spacious area includes lockers for valuables, and the refreshing hot spring water leaves a lasting impression of comfort. The breakfast buffet is lively and offers an extensive selection of dishes. Guests can enjoy choosing their favorite items in their preferred portions for a delicious start to the day. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit!

    Exceeded expectations.

    The room was amazing. I wanted a spacious room, and when I made the reservation, it had separate bedroom and living room areas with a door in between. Additionally, there were two restrooms, two sinks, and two TVs, which was perfect. The design also made it very convenient for makeup application. It was excellent!

    I would like to use it again.

    The interior features a new, simple, and modern graphic design, and it was very comfortable with thorough cleaning. When I asked the front desk for dinner recommendations, they responded very politely. The bath also has a large public bath with natural Onsen that is clean and pleasant. Usually, in Business Hotels, even if there is a large public bath, I only use it once at night; however, here I also took a morning bath. There are many popular video streaming services like WOWOW and U-NEXT available so you can have an enjoyable time during your Hotel stay. Breakfast is buffet-style with well-seasoned and delicious dishes that were highly satisfying. The parking lot had ample space which was appreciated. When staying in the vicinity again, I would definitely like to use this Property again.

    A quite convenient and good Hotel

    The room was clean and comfortable. The large public bath was also an Onsen. The breakfast had a sufficient variety of items. The free parking lot was spacious and had enough spaces.

    Unfortunately, I couldn't have breakfast... Disappointing.

    Among the Route Inn hotels, this one was new and the room was clean. The parking lot was flat, allowing us to park with peace of mind. The downside was that the breakfast venue was very crowded, and we waited for a while but eventually gave up as no seats became available. There were tables where people had finished eating, but we hesitated to speak up. I felt that the staff needed to ask customers who had finished eating to give up their seats. I liked Route Inn, but maybe not next time?
